Taco Bell

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this Taco Bell location. The service is always prompt, and the food comes out hot as well. Easy access to the front entrance and drive-thru, with parking in the rear if you intend to dine inside. It's been some time since I've eaten inside, but the windows are floor to ceiling, making it easy to identify cleanliness of the lobby; so basically always spotless.

This is one of the cleanest taco bell I have ever seen and it is not busy, The fillings were generous which is unseen in other locations + the staff is very helpful and humble which is not the case in Bay area Taco bell locations

I love there coffee but price increased from $1.72 to $2.06 and the cups are not even bigger.

Just another taco bell

its Taco Bell. Come on people, there is no such thing as a dorito cheese taco shell in Mexican cuisine. There are no donkey shows (at least not since the late 60's) and there are no enchiritos to be found anywhere in Mexico. Ground beef mystery mix is not a common ingredient in Mexican food. You will never find a taco with that type of taco shell in Mexico. I gave this Taco Bell 3 stars because it is a chain fast food restaurant. I rate all of them 3 stars or less. 3 stars if food was delivered fast and didnt appear to have been sitting around for 5 hours. This particular location serves quickly and the food appears made (notice i said made not cooked, cus its not really cooking when its fast food) as ordered. I like the smoothies and the happy hour drink prices. Empanadas are nothing like the real thing however they are very tasty nonetheless. A stoners paradise.

Online and in store touch screen ordering. Staff will not recognize your prescence in store ordering otherwise. Understaffed and impersonal.

It is in convenient occasion next to the motel that we stayed in, Had nacho for lunch it was ok, I saw a very bad drinks spilled everywhere under the table and on the table and no one of the employee seems notice it I guess it looks terrible.

Having a sign showing to order at the kiosk or someone at the register at all times will help. Nobody should have to wait 5 mins to finally order.

Disappointed. This takes the cake for slow service. Food was put together sloppily but it did taste ok. Restrooms are really in need renovation.

No effort. Food was typical. If you like this food, no disappointment. Tacos were poorly wrapped and easily came undone when grabbing out of the bag.

A few times I went the wait in the drive thru was ridiculous. Also they charge for a cup of sour cream and barely put any in the cup.

Service was good, food was great. I'm eating it so low because the restroom was disgusting and there were no toilet seat covers. Gross

Very very poor customer service, was given very bad attitude and was asked to "now wait" because I needed a minute to figure my order? If bad attitude is what your looking for then be my guest.

Nasty, wrong order, cold food, needs new workers who actually want to work there and do their job correctly.

Workers are lazy they are always trying to close early.. According to the website tey close at 12am. I was at the spot at 11:39 and they told me the where close.. update the business hours if they are not accurate..

10-15 mins on drive thru before they could take my order .. seriously one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the whole county of Monterey ! Very disappointing!! If I could give zero stars I would !

I agree with the other review. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to in the monterey county. Staff is very rude and it seems like they would rather be elsewhere. The food is disgusting this will be the last time I come here.

Thanks for the crunchy and stale delights, they weren't even soft at all!! I keep regretting my visits here but I continue to give them chances.... I'll take my money elsewhere. Thank you again!!

30 minute wait in the drive thru for only 3 cars on front of me! I would have left but you get trapped in line. Ridiculous

Terrible! Door dashed about 45 minutes before they were closing and got no meat in all my tacks or cheesy Gordita crunch!! If you are ready to close just close to go skimping your product because of some lazy workers want to go home!

Most staff sound like they hate working there, blunt people no personalities. I understand having a bad day but this is a constant at this taco bell location i suggest driving more to the greenfield location or gonzales location.

They were an extremely slow team. I have been in and out of a Taco Bell faster during a lunch rush. Took forever to take my order. Then another 10 minutes and they got 2 orders out.

I have always had to repeat my order. The same lady lets you get 2-3items before she tells u to wait then you start over with her or someone else. Slowest drive thru

Just make sure when going through the drive-thru that you put your car in park. That will prevent your foot from cramping from having to hold the brake for so long. This place has by far the slowest most unmotivated and unapologetic staff in the area. Taking 15 minutes to get my food after ordering is appalling. When I got the food it looked like it took 30 seconds to make. So wondering why they can’t move it faster. This place is a dump. Eat in Greenfield or go up the road to the one in Gonzales.
