Un lugar de ensueño, parece sacado de una película, por unos momentos sientes estar en un mundo ancestral, los productos son de una calidad inigualable y lo que es muy importante, certificados por la administración local. Como dirían los franceses, la crème de la crème, a mi hijo le ha encantado, un lugar muy especial para una excursión con la familia o los amigos.

Can Sivella es un paraíso reconquistado, reinventando otra realidad paralela donde los olivos se imponen en un entorno paralelo a la cotidianidad que parece se nos lleva por delante . Disfrutar de los otros sonidos de la vida, de la lentitud y el propio ritmo vital para llegar al paraíso...y compartir...encuentro de miradas, de buena comida, de experiencias, de confiar ,confiar en el buen hacer de la vida, y el buen hacer de los anfitriones. Espectacular para pasear con niños y familias y descansar del paseo. Gracias inmensas por la hospitalidad y por ese respiro. Un abrazo

Un oasis en medio del camino al mirado de Biniaraix! En el camino vimos un pequeño letrero sobre el aceite de oliva y su hacienda. Aprovechamos en descansar y probar el aceite de oliva. Fue una experiencia fantástica! No sólo Natalie y Felipe son personas muy amables con una linda historia y aceite de oliva muy especial. Tambien tienen muchos productos locales de Mallorca como sobrasada, cerveza y demás. Fue una parada que duró horas y nos fuimos con una gran sonrisa como saliendo de casa! Una parada completamente recomendada!

I was looking for something authentic as a Christmas present for my family and I found it! We took a hike in Barranc de Biniaraix and stop by in Can Sivella olive farm for the tasting. Warmly welcomed by Natalia and Felipe and their 2 lovely dogs Simon and Mela, we felt like to hang out with the old friends. We tasted not only homemade virgin olive oil, but also local products from Mallorca. It was a total blast for my family, thanks to Natalia and Felipe. We will be definitely back!

Arriving at Cansivella is the most rewarding experience after a scenic hike up the valley. From the minute you walk through the gate you feel like you have walked into a good friends home being welcomed by both Natalia and Felipe. Cansivella has the most breathtaking views and just so tranquil. We sampled delicious products made by Natalia and Felipe themselves, as well as amazing local products that they had on offer. Natalia guided us through the very interesting process of producing olive oil, herbes and more. Her knowledge of the local produce in the area is incredible. This is the second time I have been to Cansivella and have learnt something new each time I have been. Thank you Natalia and Felipe for a wonderful morning, can't wait to return.

We visited Can Sivella today and had an amazing experience! Felipe and Natalia are amazing hosts and they’ve created an incredible oasis in the middle of mountains. They explained everything in a lot of detail and I really enjoyed everything they serve is sourced locally from Mallorca! Food was amazing as well as the olive oil they produce at their finca. Highly recommend to visit this place, we’ll be definitely coming back.

Wonderful experience overall!! Nat was very friendly and informative. It’s great to see the owners are so passionate about what they do. The olive oil along with the local food was incredible. Plus you get to spend time with their amazing dogs! I hope I get to make it back someday, 10/10 would recommend if in Mallorca!

Wat een onvergetelijke ervaring! 🌿 De wandeling naar Can Sivella vraagt wat inspanning, het is een serieuze klim en even stappen, dus neem zeker voldoende water mee 💧maar zodra je boven bent, weet je meteen: dit was het 100% waard. We werden ongelofelijk hartelijk ontvangen door Natalia en Filipe, twee mensen met een warmte en gastvrijheid die je niet vaak meer tegenkomt. Het voelde alsof we bij vrienden op bezoek waren. Alles was privé , we waren met z’n zessen en mochten letterlijk eten waar ze wonen, midden tussen de olijfbomen. 🌳 De sfeer was intiem, relaxed en authentiek. Je mag echt jezelf zijn, alsof je thuis bent, maar dan met een uitzicht dat je de adem beneemt. 😍 Het eten was een culinair feest: heerlijk, overvloedig en met zoveel liefde bereid. Ze gebruiken hun eigen producten, waaronder hun zelfgemaakte hierbas en olijfolie – puur en vol smaak. 🫒 Dit was zonder twijfel één van de mooiste en meest unieke dingen die we ooit hebben gedaan. Een plek waar alles klopt: het uitzicht, de mensen, het eten, de sfeer. 👉 Een absolute must-do als je in Mallorca bent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – uniek, warm, en onvergetelijk.
