I went in to get a sandwich because I had a coupon for Subway. But I was informed by the employee that they do not accept coupons. I had about 10 coupons that came in the mail. I usually don't go there because of the high prices.

Below average, plain tasteless . Clean store . Togo's is must better. And it's right next door. Not much meat and very dull looking sandwiches.

Tried the Footlong Dippers today. I was surprised that they were $4 because in the commercial it says $3. They were tough, dry, and chewy. There was barely any chicken on it and barely any cheese, I thought there wasn't even any on there at all, but when I looked really closely there was a tiny bit. I wouldn't get it again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have had nothing but bad experiences at The Junction location. I used to love Subway so I kept trying to give them a chance but I'm done with them at this point. One time we tried their churro and pretzel footlongs. The churro had no flavor and the pretzel was burned on the bottom. We tried them again a second time and got the chicken dipper. I'm not exaggerating when I say there was only probably 5 small pieces of chicken on it and there was so little cheese I actually thought there wasn't any on there at all. Again we tried them ONE last time because we got a coupon for them in the local newspaper. When we went to place our order, the worker told us they don't accept coupons. We just walked out. I haven't been to the location downtown so I can't speak for them but as far as this Junction location they have extremely gone downhill.

When the store does not honor what's on their website and charges me double without even calling me is ridiculous. Subway has been going down hill for years and this will be the last time I come to this restaurant.

The sandwiches I got were just filled with lettuce. I ordered ahead so I didn’t get to see them make the sandwiches otherwise I wouldn’t have even bothered getting them. When I called to inform them it had no meat they told me they know it was there and I needed to look for it. That should tell you all you need to know. I will wait to return when I see they wanna make good sandwiches again.

Bad service, my girlfriend went in to get my sandwich and she was having trouble reading my order and the man that was in there was being extremely rude and didn’t even help. I can’t help but to notice that darsh is the best worker at subway, if it’s anyone else, DONT TRUST. Unless its those ladies that are super nice too. Love subway still, just not the costumer service.

Does not accept coupons & if you order ahead, they skimp on everything. My cold cut combo lacked any ham, salami or anything I specified to have on it when it came to veggies or condiments. This situation is the same as the only thing they put on the sandwich, bologna. Ordered sandwiches for my family which also hardly had anything on them. If you're not gonna accept coupons, not gonna opt-in to any advertised promos and you're gonna skimp on take-out orders, you may as well put a "I'm cheap" pin on your name tag. Fix the value in this location or close it. There are better sandwich shops in the area that cost less than either Subway location in Sonora, especially this one.

I usually enjoy coming to this location, but today was completely disappointing. I made an online order so that the food would be ready for pickup at 5pm. My mother and I arrived about 10 minutes early and the employee told us we were too early but we tried to explain that we were fine with waiting. During a conversation I was having with my mom, the employee says to me that they are out of avocado and rudely said, "do you want to change it or not," so I already had paid extra for no reason. Then I had also ordered two chocolate chip cookies online, but he said that he didn't see what cookies I ordered, which was true so I'll that. But just my luck they were also out of chocolate chip cookies. How was I supposed to know that they would be out, and what would happen? Would I still have been charged for those items? Then when I asked if I could just switch it to get chips he argued and said I couldn't, because of the price difference. I had to walk to my car to get cash to pay for the extra chips. At the end, he handed me the cups for our fountain drinks and I was waiting to sign the receipt for the order since it was paid with a debit card online. He completely forgot until I asked him for it. When I had returned home, not only did he mess up my sandwich order, but the other sandwiches were not cut and my family and I had to cut then ourselves. Definitely won't be returning to this location for a long time.

Stephanie was rude, disrespectful and downright unprofessional in her behavior! I have never been treated in a more disrespectful, rude way by any restaurant or fast food place employee! She was clearly having a bad night and thats ok but taking it out on the customers is not ok! She was all but snarling, she put our order together all wrong which we let slide and then when I asked her if it had been a long night she just ignored me and continued to glare...it was an inconvenience that we were in the store and she wanted us to know exactly how she felt! Also she kept using her phone while making our orders...extremely unclean and unprofessional! Ultimately I hope I never have to deal with her again!!!
