Spiro’s 📍Rocky Point @spiroslounge Spiro’s Restaurant and Lounge is one of the hottest spots on the North Shore. Lead by Chef Spiro for more than 30 years, it is a staple in the community. They offer a huge bar area/lounge with multiple large TVs, an elegant dining room, and a beautiful private party room. They also have an awesome back patio that is sure to be a hot spot when the weather is warmer. The food, cocktail, and dessert menu is vast, and sure to offer something to your liking. Their focus is on fresh seafood, high quality cuts of meats, and daily rotating specials. We absolutely loved both appetizers that we got, and the Prime 10oz filet mignon was cooked perfectly. We went all out of their dessert, trying some of some of our favorites that they executed very well! All the cocktails that we had were fresh and delicious. Great meal! We went on the weekend, but their Monday Lobster Night menu is insane! $58 includes your choice of appetizer, a 2lb whole stuffed lobster, and a dessert! We have to come back for that soon! Food was excellent. We had the octopus for the appetizer and it was cooked perfectly. I ordered the rack of lamb medium rare and it was great quality and seasoned well. It’s worth the price. Service was great as well.
First time and definitely will not be my last! Matt, our server was great, informative and attentive. The food was amazing- I ordered lobster tail and Mac and cheese, flavorful and just right 10/10 However, the hostess was not the most accommodating. We had asked to sit more towards the back and she said that the tables were reserved (restaurant wasn’t even full at 50% capacity).
Spiros never disappoints. Their pre fixe menu for that day was a hit. You really cant go wrong eating here.

Im so in love with Spiros.. its expensive however, well worth it & highly recommended I have been here less than a handful of times however, bday was spent here twice. SO IN LOVE 😍 w/the Seabass Avacodo Salad.. Happy Hour is wonderful too & so was my stuffed lobster, steak, Drinks, so were the EMPLOYEES very nice & timely fashioned. Reservations was great.. 😍😍
05/28/2025 Despite having gone here numerous times since first review, I must update. Came for happy hour in bar. By far the best garlic muscles I've ever had. Their wings are big meaty and deliciously fried. The chicken/ spinach meatballs with chickpeas are amazing. 02/07/2020. 5:30 Friday reservation. Seated immediately. Waitress very pleasant, attentive and accomdating. 2 appetizers, baked clams: nice flavor, but didn't see or taste any clams. Very heavy on the breading. Florentine shrimp: excellent with feta and a delicious sauce. Entrees, tuna taste was delicious. Ask to be not raw just a little pink. Had to send back, was very raw. They were not hussy about it, apologized and it came back perfect. We also had the seafood Porto. This was their version of a mixed seafood pallea. It was absolutely delicious on a bed of linguini. Desert was house made by style cheesecake. Very good and well presented. Only issue is I feel the entrees were a little steep in price. I will return
This place is great. I took my wife for her birthday. Food was excellent, service was great. Server was attentive even though they were packed, and we felt well taken care of.
My lady and I went to Spiros on Monday night lobster madness, we had some timing issues with our entrees. Jay handled it with professionalism and we'll be back. Excellent espresso martinis...

I just moved to Miller Place and tried Spiro's with my daughter who is a restaurant snob. We loved it! We had Mussels in the White Wine sauce superb 👌 a soup each then we split an entree Baby Lamb Chops with a Stuffed Lobster Tail. She ate the chops and I had the tail more than enough especially for those who are weight watching. The drinks were great too. I highly recommend this place everything was great even the prices! 💞

Absolutely loved it! The vibe was super welcoming, and the food was on point. Filet mignon was spot-on, creamed spinach was so tasty, and the salmon with fingerling potatoes was a winner. To top it off, the crème brûlée was melt-in-your-mouth good. Our server was awesome and made our special occasion extra memorable. If you’re still on the fence about going, just do it—you won’t regret it!
High marks for excellent service, food and atmosphere. Michelle did an amazing job planning and setting up a private party for 20. The staff, especially Stamatikos followed with fabulous service throughout the evening. Everyone loved it. Thank you Spiros for helping to pull off the event without a hitch and make a special occasion even more memorable.

This was my first time here. I must say, my server Matt was one of the best servers I've had. The atmosphere was great, food was delicious a d the staff was very professional. The manager Michelle was such a sweetheart. Will be coming back here no questions asked. Highly recommended.
We always have a great time at Spiro’s for drinks and desserts. We tend to go late- around 10pm on the weekends to sit and it’s always crowded! The bar is packed so we get a table and enjoy a few rounds of drinks and order our favorite desserts. We aren’t huge fans of the dinner food or menu, not to say there’s anything wrong with it, it’s just not what we are into, but the desserts are to die for the the drinks are delicious every time!
We heard from a new friend that he had eaten here a few weeks back during a promotional period, and urged us to try it. We missed the promotion, but feel the experience was worth the full price. We shared a salad, had top flight main courses and sides, ended with a dessert to share, and took home leftovers that will be another full meal. We don't often post about our dining experiences, but these days it's important to support local restaurants, so we don't lose them. It was a great night out, and we will certainly be back to do it again.
This place is absolutely amazing. I’ll echo what others have said and yea, it’s on the pricier side but the portions are great and the quality and taste of the meals is beyond exceptional. Service was solid, cocktails were tasty and there was plenty of parking space. Easy recommendation for events or just the occasional treat yourself meal.
First time here. We went for our anniversary with our parents. The food was spectacular! Everything was delicious, great portions. All meals were hot. Dessert was delicious. We live in Nassau County and it was worth the drive to rocky point. We will be coming back. We got several appetizers. Mozz sticks, calamari for 2 and shrimp cocktail (has r jumbo shrimp) We had chicken francese, ny strip, shorts ribs and a shrimp dish. Dessert we had lava cake, apple donut, apple crumb, raspberry sorbet. Im recommending this place to everyone. Our waitress Julianna was amazing as well. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. We sat outside on the patio. (There are 2 outside areas)
Fantastic seafood, steaks, and Italian food. Small dining room but feels amazing. The bar is always a happening place for locals. Reservations are an absolute must. The spare rib is my favorite, as well as tuna tartare. Anything seafood will be great. Excellent wine and spirits selection, really a very high quality spot for dinner and drinks!
We had a reservation for 6 people on a very busy Saturday night. We ordered from the anniversary menu. Our party was seated when all of us were there. Our waitress Donna introduced herself and asked if we were ready for drinks. I was unsure of what I wanted and asked for white zinfandel. Donna suggested I might enjoy a white sangria, and I said yes. It was delicious and looked like a gorgeous caribbean drink. The martinis came in beautiful glasses, and a rum drink was also presented as a carribean drink. We ordered our appetizers and dinner. For appetizers, the baked clams were OK. The beet salad was delicious, as were the oysters Rockefeller and the Crab cakes. For dinner, the duck was divine, the grouper came with crab cake on the bottom, then the grouper and a shrimp and scallop in white cream sauce on top of the grouper, very tasty. The paella was a dish that could be shared. The filet mignon kabobs were cooked perfectly. All of us were very satisfied with our meals. The desserts were delicious and more than enough after dinner. Donna is a true professional. She checked in with us often to refresh drinks and make sure we had everything we wanted. We will certainly be back.
Five Star in every category with a 5+ on the food. Caesar Salad very fresh. Shrimp Athenian was awesome. The Linguini with Shrimp and Clams was also very fresh. Lastly, the baby lamp chops were off the charts and cooked perfect. They serve it with mint jelly but I am a purest and ate them as served and to the bone. Service and decor also five star. Attention all foodies, put this on your bucket list...
We loved coming here while we lived in NY, and always try to do our best to go back whenever we visit, no matter how busy our schedule is. We were here last time with the kids, Dad and the big granddaughter when she was a baby, now we came again with the kids and the second granddaughter and everything is just as we remember it, great food, great place and always a good time.
⚡Lisa - Spiro's is as beautiful outside, as it is inside. Sparkles like a blue 💙 diamond as you drive by! Their front reception & staff are all nice & helpful. The inside dining area is exciting. Excellent excellent food absolutely delicious!!!! This is how it’s done !! Ordered a delicious chicken franchise with mashed potatoes and veggies. Every flavor was the perfect note and balance of lemon, wine, butteriness and yummy-ness. My companion had the filet mignon with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Meat perfectly cooked tender and delicious! Asparagus was fresh and the mashed potatoes were light and fluffy. The service was warm and courteous and the atmosphere felt friendly.

Amazing. That’s all I can say. The ambiance to the food. Everything was amazing. It was our first time here and it didn’t disappoint. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, the cream spinach was so tasty. The salmon, potato fingerlings was great too! If you’re thinking of coming here, do it! The Creme brûlée was fantastic! Our host was pretty great, her name was Taylor so if you can request her, do so! She pays attention to detail and you can tell she cares! She made our anniversary very special!
I believe ashley was our waiter and she was very pleasant to have. We started off with a ceaser salad that was so big we were able to share. It was probably the best salad I’ve had, the dressing was so rich in flavor. We had margaritas that were good. The portabello was good no complaints. The paella was great and humongous! It came with scallops, sausages, shrimp, muscles, and baby octopus. I didn’t eat the shrimp it was king of bland and I had the sausages removed as it was pork. It was so much I had to take it home for leftovers. I recommend for a date night.

Carson, the bartender is an awesome person who is great at creating drinks off the menu such as his version of St. Catherine. Stam is an amazing man who is above and beyond delivering excellent service to those coming in for drinks or food. Always a great time.

Our daughter made her confirmation this morning and we decided (15 of us) to make a reservation at Spiros for the after party for the family. First of all, the food was excellent. Everything that came out was delicious and fresh and the timing between our appetizers and main couse was perfect. Our server Ashley was an 11/10, she must have checked back 100 times with us throughout the course of the meal, and literally waited on us and our children hand and foot, if the owner reads this review, throw this girl a bonus because she's an absolute rockstar! (Coming from a family including local restaurant owners) - but in all seriousness a huge thank you to Spiros for making this special occasion so memorable for us. We have been here before and will absolutely be back soon, this place is a local treasure!
I have been to Spiros many times and usually just sit in the bar area and the food, drinks, staff, and environment are always spot on. But this time I made a regular reservation for my parents anniversary in the main dining room and all i did was tell the lady on the phone it was an anniversary dinner and the staff made it very special. They lit candles at our table, let us bring our cake that they brought over and severed for us. They also let us order bar food even tho we were in the dining area! Our waiter Max was so unbelievably professional and kind, making sure that not only my parents felt special but us as well! Over all a great experience and would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a classy nice dinner out without breaking the bank!😊❤️
Hadn't been to Spiro's for a while and I'm glad we came back. Food was excellent, service was stellar and they really fixed the place up beautifully. The huge outdoor section has beautiful plants everywhere! Our party of four had the grouper, short rib and tomahawk pork chop specials and the regular menu chicken franchise. We all loved our meals. Donna took great care of us!!! Will definitely come here more often.
I was a bit nervous coming here for a family dinner with 4 kids total for our group. But we made it work, the food was exceptionally delicious, and the staff definitely helped and were friendly. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting in the future! For reference, my two year old had the chicken orzo soup, but the other kids had dishes from the kids menu like pasta too. The drinks looked yummy, and I was happy with my unsweetened iced tea with a lemon.
Dinner at Spiro's in Rocky Point, NY with TJ’s mom Anne was relaxed, delicious, and just the right kind of indulgent. We started with mussels in a white wine sauce, simple, rich, and full of flavor. Oysters Rockefeller and crispy calamari followed, with warm bread rounding out the opening act. TJ and I shared the shell steak special, perfectly cooked and generously portioned. Anne’s shrimp and clams linguine looked like it came straight from the sea, fresh, balanced, and beautifully done. We wrapped with a classic slice of New York cheesecake, dense, silky, and exactly what dessert should be. Shoutout to our waitress Debbie for being sharp, attentive, and adding to the good energy.
This place is cool, with a great vibe, elegant dining room, delicious food from a thoughtful menu and, even better, excellent service! The eggplant parm and lobster tails were super tasty + they made a really good rice pudding for dessert! My hubby thoroughly enjoyed his juicy steak and chocolate mousse. 😋 For our first time here, we got an outstanding server, Max. He was kind, attentive and helped us patiently, on a very busy night. It is a good idea to make reservations. Although, the management and staff are very accommodating.

I've eaten here many times over the years so of course i chose Spiro's to celebrate my birthday at and I must say everything was perfect! Michelle the GM and Sprio originally helped me set up the reservations and went over all the details. Michelle did everything to accommodate me and I was extremely happy. Taylor was our server and she handled our group flawlessly and did an amazing job 👏 the food all came out on time, cooked to everyone's likings, wonderfully plated and absolutely delicious. Everyone in my party had nothing but great things to say. Thank you again for making my special day a day to remember 💗 🙏
I ordered the surf and turf. The filet mignon was perfect! However the lobster tail was overstuffed with the stuffing. My husband had the rack of lamb which was very fatty. And my apricot sour extra sweet didn’t taste like an apricot sour. Usually the food is excellent but fell a little short this time. I will still go back.
Excellent! Service and drinks from Elias were amazing! Best calamari we have found in suffolk county! Pita and soup were just as good. HIGHLY recommend visiting spiros, especially when Elias is there. However the other bartender at the time was NOT friendly at all and didn't look like she wanted to be there at all.
Our waitress (Sara) was so inviting, kind and friendly. Her service was top notch and has guaranteed me as a return customer. Service aside, the food was tasty, we'll prepared and flavorful. The ambiance was very romantic and the drink selection is superb. Spiro's was a top notch experience for my fiance and I. We'll definitely be returning for additional dining experiences.
Good service. I had the onion soup. Great as flavorsome and not salty at all. A lot of times places put way too much salt in their pinion soup. Not here. Had the half rack (appetizer) ribs. Good meat. Comes off the bone. The only complaint is I wasn’t given a choice of dry or with a thick sauce covering. I recommend they offer the option to the customer to not put the sauce on. I’m sure they could accommodate. Had tartufo dessert. Good.
I think I'd enjoy this place if my wife and I both start earning a sum of around $250k a year. I mean it's a fancy place with a very nice table service. Didn't order any drinks because it wasn't in my budget ( this was a group dinner to say goodbye to a friend from Spain who was leaving for Europe and he wanted an authentic American experience) but the cocktail menu, especially the martinis looked fabulous. Had the chicken Parm portobello mushroom and wife had the southwest salad. The Chicken was too pricey for $30, but I would have loved it at $15, should've gone for the burger but I'm cutting back on red meat fml. I think if you can afford it, you definitely need to come here. Also I don't think I've ever seen so many white people at a single place and not seen any other ethnicity except for that one server lady. That's the North shore of Suffolk county I guess, too much culture shock for me after frequenting too many non American spots around Stony Brook University. Well I can't wait to review a place near the Hamptons next ;-) 4 stars for you today Spiro's, it's not your fault, I'm just too poor to enjoy a 5 star experience at your fine establishment.
Came here to celebrate a birthday last night. It was my second time in a few years, but the food was phenomenal! Amazing size portions and great service. We were legit so full before the end of appetizers that most of us took a good part of our entrees home. For apps, we started with the Oysters Rockefeller, Calamari, Cobbs Salad with Chicken (dressing on the side), and Scallops Wrapped in Bacon. All so good!! That salad was one of the best I've ever had. So much chicken on top and grilled to perfection. Just wish they gave a little more salad to even it out. For entrees, I had the NY Strip, the Lobster and Shrimp meal, the hamburger, etc. Our server Colette was so kind and attentive, and even with four kids in our party, she was so patient. It was a Tuesday, so the restaurant was busy, but not overly loud, with folks sitting on top of each other. We will definitely be back. Everything was great!!

There’s a nice advertising video of the place. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Came here during happy hour-the host let us sit in the dining area instead of the bar, which I appreciated . 🦋Our server Ashley was attentive, checking in with us here and there. 🦋I tried their signature award winning drink: chocolate peanut butter cup (heavy) -my partner got the old fashioned 🦋I was surprised there was no fresh bread for the table…in such a nice restaurant… 🦋The food came in a timely manner. I remembered to take pictures of the food this time! Lol Atmosphere was very pleasant, lighting was spot on and beautiful inside... Service was beyond exceptional, we had Taylor who was both informative and attentive to our needs. Greeted us promptly and checked in throughout the experience. Food was good! It might deserve more of a 3.5 than 4, it was all technically sound (from a cooks perspective) however clams were slightly cold upon arrival, and overall everything could have done with a tad more salt. Thankfully, salt is given at the table. Dessert was delightful, but I'm a fatty so it's hard not to please me with chocolate. Drinks were terrific, great options and innovative ideas. Wife enjoyed hers thoroughly. Menu definitely takes risks in a good way, will be going back to explore more of it.

While the server was kind and ambiance was ok... the rib eye steak was charred, too fatty, and simply un-flavorful. The drinks were good. I am leaving this review because of the high rating this place has on google. 4.5 stars is a misrepresentation of this establishment. I was underwhelmed. More like a 3.5-4 star restaurant at best.
The before and after dinner drinks were both amazing. Appetizers of pepper calamari and steamed mussels, along with the dessert of roasted almond cake, were perfect. The entrees were both just ok; nowhere near the high grade of the other courses. The prime ribeye was very fatty, with the meaty parts being difficult to chew (and we both have great teeth). The flavor was fine, though. The pork chop was large with plenty of meat but extremely dry. It was saved, however, by a delicious sautéed mushroom and onion sauce. All portions were generous. I wish that I could've given them a better score but I will still give them another chance, hoping they earn a better overall score. The service was cheerful and friendly and better than average.
My wife and I went there Friday night for their anniversary special. The food was not good and they were taking away our plates before we finished. My wife asked for rare and got well done. I got Duck which was dry with an inedible stuffing. We’ve been there in the past but won’t be running back there anytime soon. The price we paid with the suggested tip was 175.00. 3 glasses of wine.
The restaurant seems busy enough, so my experience may be the anomaly, but I didn't find enough good points to justify a higher than average rating. The ambiance was decent and our waitress was friendly and attentive enough, but the bar was extremely slow to get our drinks. I was a bit concerned when I tried to order the duck rare or medium rare, but was told it was already fully cooked. I'm still unsure what that means. Started with a tuna tartare dish topped in crab meat that was decent and well-presented, but a bit bland without being rich. As a main course, I had the surf and turf. The lobster tail was exceptionally good, seasoned and grilled perfectly... one of the best lobster tails I've had to be honest. But the filet mignon, although I ordered it rare, came out closer to medium, and didn't seem to be seasoned in any meaningful way.
Finally made it to Spiro’s!! And this is my take away…I am 5 mins away and always passed by the outside is beautiful and wanted to go. I get there and it’s super busy all the locals are there. I’m waiting for a table and look around to see the decoration got lazy and worn, so don’t expect much on that end. We get seated and ordered… food and service were good.
Lovely atmosphere wonderful service...food was lovely..took off a star for the over cooked tiny scallops wrapped in bacon. The shrimp Athenian was excellent...another star off because we were told we could only sit by the bar area...when there was a few ppl were seated to the far corner and another waiter told us we could !
I ordered the pork chop, which came highly recommended from the staff… Horrible, I actually thought it was overcooked so they brought me another one and it was just as bad… Appetizers and desserts were fantastic… Tables are a little bit on top of each other… But the service was absolutely fantastic… I wish I could say that about the pork chop lol
Man, I was so excited to eat here only to be disappointed. From start to finish there were errors. We were a party of 4. The first thing to go wrong was the wrong appetizer was brought out to the couple that was with my wife and I (they recommended it). Then the wrong entree was brought for one of them. I ordered the 24oz NY Strip medium rare and it came out well done. My waitress happened to be walking by and saw my face and instantly knew something was wrong. She was great and took it back only to bring me another steak that wasn’t medium rare and to be honest, did not taste great, needed seasoning, maybe a dash of salt. At this point, I just smiled said thank you and choked down half of it. The mash and sauce couldn’t be anymore boring. The waitress was kind and offered us a free round for the mistakes and steak which was really nice (I really just wanted a good steak dinner). We decide to order dessert. The bill gets dropped off at the table and my wife has to ask for the dessert that never showed up 🤦♂️ I didn’t plan on reviewing this place which is why I don’t have any pictures of the food. Didn’t think I had to. What a mistake. So I decided to write a review. A place like Spiro’s and how much they charge has to do better. This was a failure all the way from the kitchen up. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Others should maybe think twice and go spend that kind of money on a better more consistent restaurant.
We've been to Spiros many times without disappointment. However, last night was not one of those times. Our server Donna? I believe was awesome! Friendly, attentive and wonderful. However, my wife disappointed to find they were out of the short ribs chose another rib dish. Her meal was decent, she enjoyed it. However, I opted for the 24 oz rib eye with rice on the side. The steak charred and overcooked was not to my liking. I found it dry and without flavor. My rice was served in a ramekin was cold, again, without any sort of flavor. Although it was corrected, I was underwhelmed with my meal. For $200 with 2 drinks, I left disappointed and seriously debating if I would return. They could have absolutely done a better job.
The restaurant ambiance is nice, was there once but got take out this time.. Lobster tail was painfully bland, as if freezer burned or something. Not flavorful/juicy like it should have been. Also on the overcooked/tough side. Same with the bay scallops that came with it. Oysters Rockefeller were very good.
Used to be one of the favorite places(visit every other week) to eat that was local but has since gone down hill. ~6 months ago we felt the food and service was dipping and decided to take a break. Just went back and it's definitely worse. Got the order wrong(my wife), my food was cold and over cooked. I got the rib eye, over cooked yet cold(probably because they got my wife's order wrong and had to bring it back) and half of it was uneatable because it was complete filled with grizzle(you would think they would notice my plate half not eaten), terrible for a $65 steak. The waitress was friendly but definitely not going back anytime soon if ever. I prefer to eat at places with quality food and service and willing to pay for it. This doesn't match my needs anymore, very unfortunate. Was hoping to a local spot again...
We were a party of 4 with a reservation and when we arrived there seemed to be an issue with the hostess and the Manager of the restaurant. We were finally seated and the service and the food was marginal at best. The Manager did pass by our table and we found him to be a bit condescending and almost confortational , asking about our reservation and for some reason asking if we owned a black Mercedes, I'm assuming was parked or blocking someone.... Don't believe I will be back or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We went here for my birthday last night. I specifically picked Spiros because I love the food and atmosphere inside so I booked an inside table. I also specifically put it was for a birthday celebration. We got there and the only table available at my reservation time was the outside. Before we sat we did ask and the lady upfront said they still consider that inside but it isnt. Its next to the outdoor wall, on bricks, smelly musty, and we sat on outside dining chairs. Yes its a covered area but its still outside. They offered to give us the next table they thought would be open but they were just ordering dessert. The ambiance is completely different inside, hence why I booked inside. It was too chilly to even stay and get a dessert, our food also got cold quickly because of this. A very disappointing experience.
Horrible experience! I will never go back and I will not comment anything good about this place. We went last night for Valentine's Day, Very little variety on the menu and SUPER EXPENSIVE! A filet mignon for 75. I ordered Ribs ($68) the Mashed potatoes were SUPER COLD, the meat had no salt OR FLAVOR, for that price, really? the main dish that my husband ordered the rice had no flavor at all. They brought the main dish while we were still eating the appetizer, they did not clean the table even once. A DISASTER! The worst experience! A total disaster!
Horrible experience. I have been coming to Sprio’s for years and they just lost a customer. I had made reservations last month for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday dinner on 1/28/2025. In the reservation notes I wrote “please bring out desert after dinner with Happy Birthday on the plate” A week before my reservation I called to change the count of my party from 2 people to 3 and confirmed with the manager my note which stated to bring out desert. The manager assured me it would be taken care of. We got to the restaurant 1/28/2025 for our reservation, as soon as we were seated we were given bread, I asked the hostess if she could please bring out the olive oil and vinegar, she never returned to our table. 20 minutes later a young man poured us more water so I asked him if he could bring us the olive oil and vinegar since the hostess never came back. He returned with an empty glass of olive oil and stated “we ran out of olive oil….” And continued to place the empty glass at our table. At the end of our meal the water asked if we were ready for the check, I said yes, expecting him to surprise my boyfriend with the desert. He literally came with the check…. No desert. I then got up and walked up to the hostess, I stated I was extremely upset since I put in the reservation notes to please bring out desert, also confirming with the manager. She said I’m so sorry I’ll take care of it. I sat back down expecting them to finally bring out the desert for my boyfriends 30th birthday. The waiter came out with the desert in a to go bag …. And said he apologizes and the desert is on the house…. I was beyond embarrassed. Later that night when called to speak with the manager, he gave not a care in the world. He kept saying “accidents happen…. We’re only human….” I asked if I would be compensated for my experience and he said “for what …. I apologized and the desert was on us…” I told him he lost a customer and again he could care less. I spent a decent amount of money here for me to be treated like garbage. I will be telling all of my friends and family not to go here. I am extremely disappointed in the entire experience.
We went there last night and the restaurant was packed up and they have no staff to serve people , they runout of lobster !!! you open for a lobster night and you don’t have lobster!!!!!! We were waiting for the food over an hour and half ??? A cheeseburger????? The service was the worse I’ve ever had in my life , The food is not that good so it’s bad ,never go again !!! My advice for people don’t go and get abused with a ridiculous dining experience, thanks
First time eating here and reviews seemed good . Service was fair not great . We ordered baby back ribs and mash potatoes. When the entrees came the mash potatoes were instant mash and cold. If you’re going to charge 50 dollars for an entree you shouldn’t be service instant potatoes as a side. We also got the stuffed salmon and it was ok , nothing special . Also the baked clams were disgusting they were mushy clams and some sort of stuffing . We will never come back
Went there last night for lobster night. They ran out of lobsters by 7:00 pm. They offered a 1 1/4 lobster and shrimp as a substitute. Kind of odd considering its Lobster night. THe restaurant was packed but they couldn't get the food out. My husband ordered the t bone since they ran out of lobsters. My lobster was dry and the shrimp were like rubber.The steak was ordered medium rare and it was medium to well. Everything was overcooked . The baked clams were a mush of soppy breadcrumb mixture with little to no clams on a huge clam shell. . The worst I have ever had. Whats the sense in packing a restaurant for business if you cant provide the food and service. This is a one and done , would never go back.
Roach on the chair in dinning room , waitress was very nice and the only good thing about the place , calamari was absolutely horrible , rubber rings coated in a weird almost soggy pancake like coating that was Popeyes biscuit dry and raw coating /overcooked calamari.. , salad was lack luster and to be honest I wish we left when I seen the roach..dont get me wrong , a lot of places get roaches but for 50/ to 100 dollars a dinner they should truly try harder. Over priced and really disappointed , the waitress asked to make it up by offering a gift card , we were very polite but declined it , she asked for us to try again and again we declined , I still gave her a 25%tip but I am sorry , we will never return there again
