One of my favorite places to come for lunch. For under $15 you build your own pizza. I just love the pineapple on the pizza and thin crust 😋

Came to this location because my son has severe allergies and was really hungry. Valeria, Evelyn, Joshua and Alondra very very detailed and went out of their way to make sure my son could eat without worries. They made and prepped the gluten free crust in the spot and got everything from the back to make sure there wasn’t cross contamination, clean gloves and knives! My son was bouncing and dancing while he ate everything happily. His specific review “Great texture. Flavoring is nice. Really good crust very seasoned. They’re nice people.”

Pizza was great!!! Service was great!!! This is a great place to bring your family, even your little ones. Usually it's always busy but today wasn't that bad even though it was Valentine's day.

The food was delicious. But the service is why really won me over. The sweet employee was super kind she offered to cut up the ham for me because it was too big. I wanted to give her tips but unfortunately they didn’t have the option. So corporate or the manager should do better and allow tips for their employees because they deserve it.

Since I usually go to my local Blaze Pizza in South Gate, CA, it was great to see that the San Francisco location maintained the same high standard of service and taste that I’ve come to expect. It’s clear that Blaze Pizza values consistency and customer satisfaction across all their locations. Overall, my first-time visit to the San Francisco Blaze Pizza was a great experience — fast, flavorful, and friendly. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality pizza made fresh to order.

I love Blaze pizza. This place was alright. They made my pizza good and I ordered the pizza for two which comes with cheesy bread or salad of choice. They didn’t have salad at all or they didn’t take it out. I understand it is slow at times but it would of been nice to have a sale with my pizza. How long can they leave the dough out before they make a new one or they just let the dough sit there until it is sold? Anyways this is why they got 4 stars which should be 3 I’m an just being reasonable.

It seemed well kept/clean throughout. Staff was courteous and attentive. Dinner times are usually busy here. Late night is pretty slow...recommend it. Pizza was very tasty and looked awsome! Thank you.

The food is the star here. The employees just do t care. They’re mostly kids outta high school, so what do you expect. At least the pizza is good

Definitely enjoy the build your gig, especially how many toppings you can load onto the pizza for the same price. The toppings are quality and the place is clean. They recently stopped allowing you to mix the white and red sauce on the pizza so that is disappointing.

I love the food here. Best way to have pizza. Thin crust is perfect. The oven adds perfect flavor. The dough knots are good too. Dough with cheese and marinara sauce. Rich flavor. Fast service. Good price for the amount of toppings you can put. I get one with mushrooms, pineapple, and pepperoni. Another one with pepperoni and a bunch of vegetables. Would give it 5 starts but on a few occasions my pizza has had to be remade depending who is in charge of the oven, it has gotten burnt.

I really love the idea of the build your own pizza. I am Vegan and they really cater to many individuals needs. They have an array of topping not just limited to meat eaters. The crust is on the thin side so if you want a thicker crust all you have to do is ask for double crust and it will feel and taste like a more traditional crust. The staff is fairly kind if it’s not too busy, would definitely recommend.

When I arrived she was in the middle of cleaning and asked me to please wait one minute to ensure a clean location for her to make my food. This was pretty impressive and she even washed her hands! The food was made to order for the most part..I asked for it well done and well needless to say it came out just like their regular cooked. I'm hungry so I ate it anyway.

The food tasted good as this pizza was very different. We ordered a regular pizza with their galic mixture and that itself elevated the taste of that pizza so much. The service itself was great. A bit pricey tho and the line was very line it was about a 45min wait in line.

When this place opened I craved the fresh build my own pizza. Unfortunately, the quality has taken a downturn. Pizzas are being served with a lot of sute from the ovens. It doesn't add anything but a burnt taste and so I assume that there's some cleaning that isn't properly being done. I no longer enjoy their pizza because of it.

I’ve only had Blaze Pizza once before, in Alhambra. Today I wanted to grab lunch with my wife, and since it was her first time here and my second, we took a couple of minutes to look at the menu and topping options. Other than a couple eating, we were the only ones there. We were helped by a girl with glasses who seemed bothered that we were there. Two other employees in the back seemed to be idling, but we're probably busy as they were a bit out of sight. This is to say, they were not swamped, and we were not “holding up the line.” I asked a question about thin crust, and she replied as if she were annoyed. I don't want to put her in blast for getting her name, but if someone is in an industry where their job is to serve people, they should try a little harder to provide good customer service. It's no wonder that these establishments are replacing rude, lazy people with self-ordering kiosks. When I began my order, I wanted to add a few different types of cheese, but couldn't, as when I asked for a second type, she seemed upset, as if I was asking for something I shouldn't have. I just ran through the other topping choices and felt rushed. My wife was still trying to decide, as there are a lot of choices to make, but in the end defaulted to the same plain pizza you can get at any budget pizzeria at a fraction of the cost, ultimately losing what makes this place unique. I will avoid this location in the future. $40 is a premium I chose to pay for an experience ruined by bad customer service. I could have had a better experience for $13 at any hot-and-ready pizza shop. As always this was my experience and may not be yours so try it for yourself.

I had a terrible experience with the food! The staff was great, and the location was considerably clean, but the food was just bad. This location needs to update their procedures when they are overwhelmed with orders. My pizza was rushed with toppings and cook time. The dough was not cooked thoroughly, and all of the toppings would fall off when I would pick it up. I also found pieces of plastic in my food that appeared to be fishing lines or something similar. I had swallowed one piece, thinking it was tough chicken skin or tendon, but the second one got stuck in my throat, and that's when I noticed what it really was. I wouldn't recommend it when the restaurant is full!

I went there yesterday around 7pm the girl at the front she really needs to be trained more on customer service as i got there there was no type of greeting she kept talking with her friend and jist got a simple can i help you! It seems she was not happy to see us the restaurant was completwly empty. There was no hi welcome etc. Very bad attitude like if she was not happy there.

I always bring my family here.we love the pizza great price and selection. But recently the pizza has been burn, not enough sauce or cheese. We asked for a fork and never received one. Customer service has not been great like usual.

First time here, felt rushed ugh had no clue how to order. There was a good amount of flies flying around landing on the prep linr area no Bueno one worker noticed but did nothing. One girl didn't change gloves when working on different sections of the kitchen hopefully no cross contamination happened

Ordered a Caprese Salad with Tomatoes and Mozz via UberEats. This is what I got! What in the world is this??????

Latina short manager with a strong accent was very rude. Rudewith us, rude with the staff, specially with the a Latino gentleman with colored eyes. He was very helpful. It's called build your own pizza lady. If I want more cheese then you put more cheese.it We went last Saturday. Training or not you don't embarrass or speak down to the employees. Someone needs to train her with better customer service skills. You could feel the tension she caused the staff. Staff was friendly and kind.

Customer service has dropped dramatically. This used to be my favorite spot, but I can't support this business anymore. The workers ignore the customers when in line. The fountain station is disgusting, I think it could be a plumbing issue. The pizza is almost never cooked completely. Don't spend your money here.

I placed an online order for takeout from this location on 10/3/2024 (Order #30075829501870085). I’ve been meaning to share my experience since then, but it wasn’t until today, when I considered ordering Blaze Pizza again, that I realized I’d rather avoid this location entirely—and that’s disappointing, as it’s my local spot. My order included two build-your-own pizzas, a side salad, and pesto garlic bread. I also requested utensils, napkins, chili flakes, and parmesan packets. When I arrived, I couldn’t simply grab my pizzas and breadsticks from the counter because my side salad was still behind the register. While waiting for the staff member to retrieve it, I noticed he already seemed irritated—despite us not even having spoken yet. When I asked for chili flakes and parmesan, he sluggishly took his time retrieving them from a box and only handed me two small packets. There were no utensils or napkins included, and frankly, I didn’t feel comfortable asking for them. The employee’s demeanor made it clear he had no interest in providing even basic service. When I got home, I discovered my pesto breadsticks came without the dipping sauces I had selected during the online ordering process. Unfortunately, this experience was so frustrating that I won’t be returning to this location. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you enjoy your pizza served with a generous side of attitude.

I suggest you bring in someone who's been there before to help you order. It was my first time, which I voiced to the person behind the counter, they weren't really helpful. Not sure if I had to tell them to add seasoning bc my pizza was really bland, there was just no flavor. The only person with good customer service was the person baking and handing out the pizzas which is why I'm leaving 2 rather than 1 star. Overall, the pizza was not worth the $18.

The brownie was also missing ingredients and tasted bland. I would give them a second chance but only in person, they take advantage online.

I like Blaze Pizza but this is one of its worst locations. When I went in, there was a customer sort of in front of the employee taking orders blocking the way but not doing or saying anything. Just staring at the counter. Making things kind of uncomfortable. When it came time to take my order, the cashier was mumbling and I couldn't understand anything he was asking or saying. He had a cold gaze that just stared right through me.

At this point I was just gonna suck it up and eat it because I was starving but I was really upset since it had no protein or anything I liked on it so I decide to head back over there and tell them they gave me the wrong pizza. I live 10 minutes away, I never go back in situations like these because people make mistakes I understand, but I didn’t even like the pizza that they gave me. It was not even busy at that time that I got there, there was no one in line in front of me or in back of me she was just busy laughing with her co workers. I go back and I tell the cashier Kimberly V that she gave me the wrong pizza. She questions me and asks to see the box, and then asks me what I got in it so I told her. She did offer to remake the pizza but I honestly did not want to wait another 20 minutes. She wasn’t apologetic at all did not say sorry once just acted like everything was okay when everything was not okay, I was inconvenienced. I work in a fast food place as well and I always apologize to guests when they’re inconvenienced and when there was a mistake on my part as everyone should. Overall just a really bad experience. She also forgot to give me my brownie which i had to ask her for. Do better and be nice to people.

First and last time at this location. Purchased two large pizzas both burnt. My kids are refusing to eat this total waste of money.
