It's a small place but they work there magic and can sit 96 guests comfortably. From hand made tortillas to traditional Mexican dishes. It's a great place to eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Place is ALWAYS packed....however they are very quick. Great service, and the food is amazing. Never wait too long to sit or get food. Portion size is great for the cost.

This place has homemade food. The champurrado is the first time I tried it here and it was delicious!! Totally recommend it. The chilaquiles are a huge portion and a caution, if u order it with meat, its a lot more extra. The waitress did not tell us about it.

Everything it great, but no, businesses cannot legally charge a fee for using a debit card in Texas. Texas law prohibits merchants from imposing a surcharge on a buyer for using a debit card instead of cash or another form of payment. The only exceptions are for state and local government entities and private schools. And we get charge extra fee for using DEBT CARD. DONT GET IT CONFUSED WITH CREDIT CARD.

The food here was not too good. We ordered 2 gorditas and 1 caldo de res. The meat in the gorditas was tough. The res in the soup was tough and had a lot of grease. The soup it self was mostly the juice with very limited vegetables. We spoke to the waitress about our food and she looked at the manager and the manager said, well thats just the way it is. The only thing that was good was the horchata. The cleanliness was subpar. We had been here before a while back and it was definitely not this bad. We will not be going back to this location.

Food: we were looking for more mex place, but it's more tex mex. I wasn't really impressed 😕. I had huevos ranchero. My potatoes were a little hard. Service: I felt she lacked courtesy. Felt a little harsh tbh. She offered the other table two types of tortillas (2 hand made or 3 packaged). We got the 3 with no option. However, prices are a good deal. Atmosphere: cute. Appropriate parking. We were going to Las Morenitas, but my son said 'lets try this one'. I low-key regret the decision.

It's a hit or miss... I guess depending on the cooks. I ordered green chilaquiles plate they were very dry didn't have much green salsa. The other plate of breakfast pork hops weren't cooked properly as to grilled to brown color. Too much choriso spice on the beans BUT DEFINITELY loved that they make the flower and corn tortillas from scratch where you can see. Service was great. Family atmosphere.

I was greeted with a server who lacks friendly manners and has poor service skills. I asked for one thing and got another one. When I approached the server to let them know it was not what I asked for, they said “no you order this” (my table guests knew it wasn’t true). As I tried to convey my reasoning, the server placed down the plate and left. This server continued to be disrespectful, eye avoidant, and hostile. Very unsatisfactory service.

I love coming to this restaurant the food is good. But yesterday the service was bad and when I mean bad, they sat us down asked for our drink order and gave us the menu. About 2min later they wanted us to order, didn’t even give us a chance to look at the menu. The lady was literally rushing telling us to look at the menu first and then we could talk. ( she said it in a joking kinda way but she was being serious). After they brought us our drinks she asked again and we placed our order. About 5 min later our food was out, and she proceeds to say, now talk can continue talking 😑and the food was not great. The cook was rushing the waitress was rushing. We were eating and she kept asking what else we needed if she could remove plates (we weren’t even done) we literally had got our food about 10min prior. She proceeded to take the tab to our table kept cleaning while we were still eating, like why the rush? It’s not full, there was plenty of tables. Then when she had finally cleaned up all our table and we paid asked us if there was anything else we needed if not she was gonna need the table because another waitress only had 2 tables and we need to sit other people and there was about 7 tables available. We were catching up with an old friend that we hadn’t seen in over 6yrs, but we bought a good amount of food! I don’t know what the rush was but I will never ever be going back again!

Horrible the waiters are horrible rude don't ever check on u just until u bout to finesh I wish could give a zero rating this was my favorite spot many many moons ago I come once a year to see if they got better but everytime I come here I leave disappointed some times mad at the rude waiters on top of that my food not fully cooked over priced I rather go to road house n get great service n full cooked meal then come back sadly this will be my last time ever coming back
