AMAZING!!! Most shops are facing Lake Tahoe Blvd (main strip). It just so happens this wonderful establishment is behind the main strip off Heavenly Village Way, almost missed it had it not been for a detour. The decor is absolutely gorgeous and everything from the chocolates, candid apple and champagne tasting were incredible. I couldn't wait to try the champagne and chocolate tasting. I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed the champagne glass rim was covered in chocolate. I thought the champagne would be served with individual complimentary chocolates. Overall, wonderful experience, friendly staff and high quality product, a must on any South Lake Trip!

Champagne & Chocolate in Heavenly Village is an absolute gem! The shop is elegant, cozy, and filled with the most decadent treats. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the amazing aroma of rich chocolate and the sparkle of champagne bottles beautifully displayed. Luana was our expert in champagne and chocolate pairing, and she made the experience unforgettable. Her knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm truly elevated our visit. She guided us through the perfect combinations — every sip and bite was pure bliss! The champagne truffles were divine, and the overall presentation and atmosphere made it feel like a luxurious escape. If you’re in South Lake Tahoe, this spot is a must-visit for anyone who loves sweets, bubbles, and a touch of elegance. 🍫🥂💫

I looked up good chocolate places nearby and this was the first result! I walked in and it smelled amazing and I was fascinated by all the different one-of-a-kind of sweets they have. Definitely recommend stopping by for a visit.

Champagne and Chocolate is a very sweet chocolate shop. Wonderful customer service Everything looked so good but sadly I only got one box of champagne infused chocolate and a slice of the lemon loaf which was delicious. If I'm ever in Tahoe again I will definitely shop here again. Highly recommend!

While I was walking around Heavenly Village, I can smell how good the chocolate was coming out of Champagne & Chocolate. They have fresh made chocolate and it’s super delicious. Do not leave Lake Tahoe without stopping by, FrFr.

Our bartender Misty was so kind and knowledgeable she really helped me decide on menu items and was overall attentive. The atmosphere is fun, elegant, and instagrammable perfect for groups of friends, there’s nothing exactly like it in Reno. The desserts are to die for.

Stopped by here while walking around town. Very cute inside with different varieties of champagne, chocolates, coffees, pastries, and candied apples. Their vanilla lavender latte is a must try.

Always love to stop in for a carmel covered apple when we’re at Heavenly Village. I appreciate that they offer to cut it up for you or leave it whole. The line is sometimes long but moves quickly.

The staff was courteous & friendly. The chocolates were tasty & mouth watering. The only improvement I can suggest is to add stevia based chocolates.

Super cool little gift shop. From Candy to coffee, they’ve got something for just about every flavor. Stop in for a nice warm cup of coffee or a slice of their bakery choice cakes and pies.

The chocolate candies are just “okay”. The dessert looks better than it tastes. Definitely don’t waste your money on a latte. The english toffee latte I ordered tasted like and looked like watered down tea. I trashed it after 2 sips. The caramel cheesecake was so-so.😞

I suggest staying away from the high quality champagne by the Glass. My Veuve was pretty much flat and I have drank this particular champagne many times and that's why I love it because it normally has major, yum bubbles. Update. I did mention it, not looking for another glass because I didn't really want that but they were nice enough to open up a whole new bottle and pour me another glass which is the way it should be.

The store sells Hot Apple Cider and advertises it as “Steamed apple juice infused with cinnamon and nutmeg”. It’s actually just the same instant powder you might find at a big box store mixed with hot water. Would not recommend.

Don’t buy the $13 white chocolate vegan bars. Not edible. My son took one bite and did not want to eat the rest and they would not let us exchange it for the dark chocolate vegan bar. Oh well, $13 down the drain

I came in today in the afternoon with my cousin to order coffee, first off some man cut us in line and the worker witnessed it and didn't acknowledge it whatsoever. I go to order my drink, an iced latte and I asked the girl taking my order to add whipped cream on it. She says ok. The girl making the drinks made 4 drinks for the man that cut us and everything he asked her to fix about the drinks she did it no issue. I get my drink and there's no whipped cream on it so I ask the one making the drinks to add it, in response asking for this she rolls her eyes at me and turns around, then she comes back around grabs my drink and says "it's extra" so I tell her to then give me my drink back and she ignores me adds the whipped cream then slams it on the counter. After that she says something under her breath. She made my cousins drink wrong as well but seeing the attitude from that girl my cousin decides to just leave instead of getting WHAT SHE PAID FOR. Im not sure what prompted such a rude and distasteful experience from this person but i definitely won't be back, I should've just gotten a refund instead if this is the type of customer service that represents this business

Guess what, in all that time the lady did not bother to look up, say anything or offer help. So we went out. And I do not plan to go in ever again. Happy to spend especially for food but not when the shopkeeper does not even dignify me with a look.

We spent some time looking at chocolates wanting to buy a large box, already made our selections but the employee there didn’t offer any help, or asked us if we were ready to buy or MAYBE going a step further to offer some advice. We went out and even then she didn’t look at us, or say goodbye - not a beep. As someone who spends quite a bit of money on my travels, and never leaves negative reviews, I had to leave one now because this was an extremely negative experience. We won’t be going back to a place we sincerely looked forward to visiting, and only because of the people.
