I had a great experience at this Thai restaurant yesterday! The flavors are slightly on the sweeter side, which really suits my taste. The portion sizes are huge and very generous. The Tom Yum soup was especially delicious — after getting caught in the rain and taking a cruise, it instantly warmed me up. The crab fried rice was tasty, and my husband’s pork shoulder was not only flavorful but also came in a very large portion. Overall, highly recommended if you don’t mind (or even enjoy) a slightly sweeter Thai flavor profile!

Cozy Restaurant with delicious food! The Avacado Rolls were a delight and really filling. Tom Yum soup was good and opens up your palette. The hungover noodles was delicious but with a lot of meat, which worked perfectly for me. Next time in Tahoe, will come back for sure!

I have eaten in Thai restaurants in San Jose, all over the San Francisco Bay area, Seattle and Tacoma. Best Thai food I've ever had, in the service and atmosphere were phenomenal. When I stayed in South Lake Tahoe last night, a Sunday, My hotel parking lot was empty. My Thai was packed at 7:30 pm and had been for hours. I had the house specialty Curry with shrimp, it was phenomenal. All of the staff were friendly despite the very busy situation up front, and The packed tables.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was elegant, warm, and beautifully designed—such a gorgeous setting to enjoy an unforgettable meal. I ordered the crab pad thai, the healthy roll, and the mango cake. Every single bite was pure perfection—so fresh, flavorful, and made with such care. The crab pad thai was rich and perfectly balanced, the healthy roll was light yet packed with deliciousness, and the mango cake was the sweetest, dreamiest finish to the meal. The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. You can feel the love and pride that goes into both the food and the experience here. This is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to. And honestly, anyone who gives them less than five stars must not know what they’re talking about. Do yourself a favor and come experience this gem—it’s a true 10-star place!

Long wait time on a weekend night, but worth every minute! Sauteed Ginger seafood was perfect, which is hard to do with the different seafood ingredients (shrimp, scallops, mussels, calamari, fish). Jasmine rice came with a heart imprinted ; spicy duck also very good.😊

This is a great restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and staff! We came here because of the variety of vegan options and were not disappointed. The food was delicious and we had plenty of options. I was also presently surprised that their yellow curry was vegan. Highly recommend!

Who knew some of the best Thai food in the Bay Area would be in Tahoe?! HIGHLY recommend this place. Some of the best dishes we had (not pictured, too busy eating) Appetizers: crab Rangoon (11/10), my Thai hot wings (11/10). Pad See Ew with chicken: the best I’ve ever had Spicy basil fried rice

Tasty Thai food, not just in the area, but everywhere! Great pan frying skill and wok-hey! Not excessively sweet, Americanized Thai food, but authentic Thai food. - hangover noodles 5/5 - pad thai (a little too sweet but tasty still) 4/5 - Thai fried rice 4.5/5 - Panang curry 5/5 Highly recommend!

This cute little restaurant was a very big hit! It was a packed house! Lots of locals and travelers come to this place. The service was exceptional! The food was amazing! Definitely will come back here when we do vacation in Tahoe again!

Hands down the best Thai food I've ever had. The food and atmosphere was very authentic and the service was so incredible. This is going to be our go to dinner place whenever we come back. Definitely recommend the hangover noodle. Can't wait to try the rest of their dishes 😋

Review for My Thai Cuisine After hearing rave reviews from a friend, I finally had the chance to dine at My Thai Cuisine, and I must say, it certainly lived up to the hype! If you're a fan of authentic Thai food, this place is a must-visit. First off, I should mention that parking is somewhat limited, so be prepared to search for a spot, especially during peak hours. Once inside, you'll find a cozy atmosphere with a good amount of seating, which is perfect for a casual dining experience. The standout feature of My Thai Cuisine is undoubtedly the food. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service was impressively fast, and the staff was attentive without being overbearing, which is a testament to their professionalism, even when the restaurant was busy. They manage to maintain a welcoming vibe, far from the pretentiousness you might encounter in other places. I particularly appreciated the authentic Thai decorations that added to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. It really feels like you’re stepping into a little slice of Thailand! Now, onto the food. While most dishes were absolutely delectable, I did have a bit of a mixed experience with the papaya salad. As a die-hard fan, I found this particular version to be a bit too fishy for my liking, which is surprising given my love for the dish. It might just be a matter of personal taste, but the strong fish sauce flavor overshadowed the freshness of the papaya. I couldn't finish the small portion I had, which was disappointing. However, everything else we ordered was fantastic, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality and authenticity of the cuisine. I highly recommend giving My Thai Cuisine a try if you’re in Tahoe—it's hard to believe such a gem exists in the area! I will definitely be returning for more delicious Thai food in the future.

We went there for dinner and ordered the My Thai Hot Wings, Pineapple Fried Rice, My Thai Sizzling, and Pad Thai. The food was pretty good, not amazing but decent, about what you would expect from a typical Thai restaurant. Since there aren’t many dining options around the lake, it’s a nice spot to go when you’re craving Asian food.

11:30 a.m. Monday: fast service, quickly served. My usual Thai dish was adequate, but not stellar for the high cost and small portion.
