1 person working the whole restaurant. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Food was good, but why is there 1 person working at 12 noon while everyone is trying to get lunch???? Corporate needs to staff this location or just close it down. Waited 20+ min for 1 bowl????? And in years passed this was my favorite location. Sad sad sad:,(

So I went into this KFC thinking that the bad reviews about this place were possibly unwarranted. There was no one eating there, which should have been a hint. The place smelled like rancid, old oil. I stood at the counter while the workers in the back were chatting and laughing. I coughed a couple of times loudly to get their attention, and was, of course, ignored. After I had waited about 5 minutes I finally had enough and left. I could have rated the food if I could have ordered it. Don’t waste your time here.

Food was bland, biscuits were over cooked and hard. We asked for extra honey and butter when we ordered, after standing in front of the register for 6 minutes being ignored. She said remind me, got our tray, no honey butter, went back and stood for another 5 minutes as she looked directly at us four times and ignored us. She was so unfriendly.

The cashier who wears red dress was really rude and impolite. When we order online, I ask her for my package but she didn’t answer me correctly and when after 20 minutes she forgot to put drink and dressing, when I ask her, she angrily told gave me my stuff and told me are you sure and wanted to search my package and behave like I am lying,I think because I didn’t speak Spanish, she was rude with me , I ask her to speak with manager and she said I am the manager paty and laughed me!!!! I am sorry for KFC that she is a manager ( if she didn’t lie) of SPI KFC

We showed up around 830pm. Hours posted online and on the physical door in front of me said open until 10pm. Lobby was locked with people inside who had to figure out how to unlock it to let themselves out. Went through the drive through. Cashier was rude as could be. We ordered two chicken tender meals and one set of 3 breasts. We received ZERO chicken tenders. All of our chicken was bone-in with random wings and drumsticks thrown in. I asked for sauce and got an eye roll. This was some of the worst service I’ve ever received and I was ready to give them the benefit of the doubt, but to not even receive the proper food? It wasn’t even worth driving back to deal with the same shitty service to try to get the right damn food I ordered. Y’all were awful and we will be going back during the day to complain to a manager.

The ladies that were working on 07/20-07/21 are so slow! They took more than 30 mins to complete my order. The first time I thought it was because it was Sunday, but today the SPI location was empty, and they took so long to complete my order😡 None of them have a name tag, or using gloves to handle the food. I will never come back to this location😤

We arrived 20 minutes before closing was told they were only serving chicken tenders. A family comes in 5 minutes before closing and they were able to get a whole family meal stuff other than tenders! They were rude and In my opinion I felt discriminated against because we were white and the family was Hispanic! Will never be back again.

80.00 for a family meal and 5 drinks. That is freaking expensive. This was at the island. I spend 45.00 for the same meal in edinburg just 60 miles away. Never again Kentucky fried chicken.

Employees pissed that we walked in 15 minutes prior to closing. Locked door at 7:50 behind us. Rude. While ordering, manager stomped past and told us what chicken was available—aka almost nothing. It’s locations like these that have bankrupted KFC. Lady in drive thru (of same ethnicity) ordered and got fresh chicken. Then another lady showed up, unlocked door and walked in with tin foil pans—aka like she was taking home free leftovers. DONE WITH KFC. Go Popeyes and church’s!!

Ordered 2 pot pies for pick up. Ordered at 6:20 for 7:00 pick up. Arrived at 7:00 and was told 10 minute wait, actually took until 7:20. There was only one couple eating in the restaurant. Pot pies were bland. I'll buy frozen from a store next time
