El pollo loco is always a great place to go when you want Mexican like food.. I typically get the chicken nachos..it used to be 5.00 and now it's 9.65? Not sure why.. probably changed it.. maybe the chicken.. I don't know.. but the people are always nice.

Friendly and accommodating customer service. The manager went out of his way to make my party feel welcome and took our order in a prompt manner. The inside of the store was clean: recently swept. One worker was wiping off tables and colecting trays. The chicken was broiled to perfection; the rice cooked well, and the mashed potatoes were reasonably creamy. Overall, a good Friday dining experience with the family.

Excellent location to grab a quick bite. Another Pollo Loco with outstanding service. This is also another location I've been going to for many years. Service has always been outstanding, and today was no exception. Have never had a bad visit here. So whoever manages this location (as well as the ones with employees with super customer service skills), should be applauded. Not that good customer service is hard to find at the various Pollo Loco restaurants, IMO, the employees here are exceptional. Another plus is its always clean and the food is cooked exactly the way it should. Today, I ordered the chicken tostada salad with double chicken and cilantro dressing. Absolutely delicious! Try it.

This is literally the best El Pollo Loco that I've ever been too. The guy who took our order asked if we wanted a cup of water while we waited, since we didn't get drinks. That was super nice. Another employee there helped us with the sauces, and we didn't even ask. This was super nice, the store was clean, totally awesome! :) Wonderful staff. Food and sauce was good, as always.

Convenient location in Pasadena. Small but has a lot of large windows which makes the place more open and not feel so enclosed. There's a parking lot so there's convenient parking which can be a challenge at some Restaurants out here. Recommend this location over Colorado Blvd location.

This location surprisingly good! Their 8 piece family meal is a deal with 8pcs of nice chicken, a salad, mashed potatoes & gravy, beans, tortillas salsa and churros was around $20 with coupon!! Pretty good value!

It's fast casual food. Enjoy the quality. Favorite is tostada salad (double chicken). Prefer the location on So. Fair Oaks ... They appear to take a little more care in handling of each order.

The chicken is a bit on the dry end these days. I get the leg and thigh combination and I'm just surprised since thigh shouldn't be that dry, like chicken breast. I hope they get better at it cause it's disappointed that such good flavor chicken can be dry. Their green sauce is the most tasty!

I usually love this pollo loco, but today wasn't a very good experience. First they ran out of French fries ...which is understandable so my daughter ordered mashed potatoes ....but then when we were waiting the lady said they didn't have and mashed potatoes neither. Which I know happens so she just got macaroni ...but then they didn't give us the drinks so we asked about them and they said it only comes with a meal combo...which we had ordered. So when we got home all the chicken was extremely dry and crispy...really bad. And the pieces were so small...it looked as if they had chopped the thigh and breast in half. It was too dry to eat so we threw most of it away. The lady that works there is always really nice and welcoming ...but the food was horrible today...well at least the chicken . Like I said...it is usually very good here...so I'll go back one more time...hopefully it will be better.

Had to wait long for a small order. Only one employee working cashier , order taking, pack up orders, add salsas and condiments alone. One cook only. Need more help. Took ,30 min for a chicken salad.

I ordered wing and breast, broccoli with mac n cheese and soft corn tortillas and got mashed potatoes, and corn which I can’t eat and chips. I’m on my Lunch break and don’t have time to return to fix my order. Thanks smh

Kind of rude staff. The guy "yes Boss", "Boss" but in reality you better talk Spanish so they understand what you order. Make sure you check the receipt to see if there B.S. charges or add-on. This branch needs a redesign and staff change to be suited for Pasadena!
