10/10 Best KFC spot, I've been coming for more then 10 years, people at this location are great. Always top tier KFC compared to other KFC stores. 19 times out of 20 food is server on time or earlier shown on the app's timer. Any mistake made is taken care of very fast and the workers are always very nice about it. Love this spot and all the people there

The flavor of chicken and mashed potatoes is unique. I enjoy it and share it with people who like it and I let them know if they need anything and they always say yes. The service is great

It was a quick service. They just forgot my sauces twice and my mom's coleslaw. It wasn't busy at all when I went in. But at least the food was good.

This is our go to kfc , the food is great , only thing is that on today's oder they forgot to pack the gravy for the mash potatoes ! Very disappointed. Didn't realize the gravy was not in the bag until we got home and we did not want to drive back to kfc .

Tried the chicken pot pie for the first time. Was shocked to find it not only cooked to perfection, (golden brown flaky crust, moist, not dry at all and an abundance of chicken in every bite) but also surprisingly absolutely delicious! If you haven't had one before, highly recommended!

Parking is limited, at this location. But all in all it's the KFC meal that I grew up on. Little disappointed that the no longer serve the grilled chicken sandwich though. Staff was very friendly

Not many people in front of me at the time I went. I believe it was one person and the time it took to order was fast about 3 minutes. The food was ready within the next 10 minutes. Ordered a bucket of chicken and sides. It was good but nothing to great. Will be back again

I had a #9 combo chicken sandwich. It comes with nuggets too. The total quantity was more than enough for me. I just tried KFC after a long time. The food was good.

Location is right on the corner so it won't be hard to miss. One thing about the parking entrance is that it might be a bit of a challenge if you have a big truck. The staff moves fairly fast and so far they have been nice about attending the customer. Chicken is like any other KFC I've been to. In my opinion they make better chicken then Popeyes so is a tragedy they made a Popeyes where another KFC was and I used to frequent. Anyway good chicken.

The staff are pretty nice however there has been a few times that I have received more small size drum sticks when I order a 16pc Chicken Only or meal and from my understanding you are supposed to get 8 drum sticks and 8 thighs when you order a 16pc leg and thigh meal or Chicken Only bucket. Make sure to ask the cashier how many pieces of each Chicken do you get when you order a specific meal. Otherwise you could end up with 12 pcs of drum sticks and 4 thighs when you are supposed to get 8 drum sticks and 8 thighs. Remember this is your hard earn money you are wasting here so make sure you get what you are paying for. If they changed the way they give you your Chicken then they need to tell you up front before paying.

Typically KFC is a guilty treat. But here I'll say while the staff was nice the food was brutal. Felt like prison food. How is chicken chewey? Not the best location if you've never had KFC before.

Its been years since I had KFC.. prices seemed 2 have increased dramatically.. still tasty.. but cost will prevent me from ordering and eating the the "Col's bird" on a regular basis.. "specials" tend 2 B "online" staff is limited as far as flexibility..

I dont like the manager lady..she said what i was trying to order was only available online when all the other people havent made me aware of it and just fulfill my order. I had to walk away for her to say..okok ill make an acception this time... 😩😒 i felt like i was bothering her from her atitude. Now im gonna feel embaraased and shamed for ordering my favorite meal☹ i dont think ill ever eat kfc again..maybe delivery

I saw the chicken pot pies advertised on TV and they look very good. So I ordered one and there was no chicken inside the pie. There were maybe three little cubes of chicken in the entire pie where is the chicken? I don’t think I would order it again.

My Son and I deliver for Uber Eats and we went in to pick up one of our deliveries that night at this So. Pasadena KFC on Huntington Dr/ Fremont Ave. Upon arriving.found the order not ready and after waiting in the car for about 20 minutes I was getting ready to go in and see what was taking so long, seeing the delivery address was showing delivery way up in the South Pasadena Hills, wanted to get it done. When My Son finally exits the rear door where I was parked. And said, IDK they're just slow I guess? Which takes me to this observation; Be thankful that there is work for people who want to work? Others please stay home. Thank you in advance? Lol okay I'm done. Thank you all again and stay tuned for another review. (.Hope it's much better than this one) .

This KFC feels a bit muggy inside even with all the fans blowing full blast. The dining area looks a little worse for wear with blue magic marker used to hide peeling paint in a few areas. The food was the usual fare from KFC. They must have either mixed up my order or didn't tell me that they were out of grilled chicken tenders because I ended up with extra crispy battered chicken tenders and one drumstick. Granted, the server told me she was short a tender and offered me a choice of parts. The amount of time it took to get my order was a lot longer than expected and I was hungry so I didn't bother getting my order corrected.

Fried chickens taste so so, kind of oily and not crispy as I ordered. No choice of ice cream and we can't order only 1 pc of chicken without the sides. The cashier who helped us was not friendly. Didn't look happy with customers. Parking is so easy at the back.

One of the slowest services I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I do not blame the staff but I do blame the person who manages this location for not having adequate staff to run this location. How is it that you only have two employees during the lunch time rush hours? I've been coming here for the last week and it has been a headache to wait almost 10 minutes to get somebody to help me out at the register. This is not fair for your customers nor is it fair for the understaffed location that you are running.

I love the food here. I went there two day ago. I odered 16 pieces crispy chicken and ten biscuits. But the worker only gave me 2 honey BBQ sauce packets and 5 packets of hot sauce. Then I asked him to gave me more honey packets and sauce. He took a look at his co-worker and sneered. I felt like he donated for me . Then he gave me 5 honey packets. My daughter loves to eat biscuits with KFC'honey. But we don't have enough honey packets for ten biscuits and packets sauce for 16 crispy chickens . I think KFC need training more professional for the worker to make customers feel great when they come.

I have never been so disappointed. The chicken was greasy as heck, and almost inedible. They shorted me on my order even though I paid for it. We've had these problems before. I think they leave the chicken in too long in there heaters.

HORRIBLE!!!! I love KFC but this location gives the company a bad name. The food was cold with no taste what so ever. They use day old chicken for there chicken pop pies ,actually found 3 small leg bone pieces. The service wow the lady that took the order had a bitchy attitude. All the tables were dirty and were not nailed down. I might go back to KFC but I will never EVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRR go back to this one.

Pickup orders usually take at least 5-10 mins behind the pickup times. The chickens are not crispy and the taste is so so. Gave my order to other customer. Ordered regular sized chickens and got nugget sized chickens while messing up my order. I feel like a fool buying from them.

Terrible staff. Just terrible. I got home and they forgot one of my classic chicken sandwiches. I went back and told them I’m missing a sandwich. They fixed it by giving me my classic chicken sandwich and an extra for free. I got home and they’re both spicy. What a waste of my time.

As I stand in front of the register I wait for 7 minutes while workers stare at me and don’t acknowledge me and offer help for my order. I ended up leaving as they stood in the kitchen slowly making it look like they were working. Oh it was dead inside

Manager needs to change her attitude. She gave us a rude attitude just because we’re BUYING extra BBQ sauce. Definitely not buying again in this location!!!

Order a chicken sandwich and I found a plastic tool inside my sandwich.the place itself is very dirty rude service smash potatoes taste like nothing and the Mac and cheese was very salty everyone that’s works at this kfc is rude.

The cashier was so blahhh I was about to snap at her because she doesn't wash her hands after touching the money then she goes and touches the food. Oh and her attitude... Not welcoming at all. She obviously hates her job.

I don’t even know how they are even in business. This place has no drive-through, has the worst customer service and the food is just terrible. We came in here because we were in a hurry. I just wanted to quick bite to eat. The food completely sucked. The service was terrible felt like we were bugging them. The atmosphere well, there is none it feels gross being inside there like the oil is sticking to your body and can they just clean the place up. Idk how this place passes inspection to be honest with you. AVOID IT

I visited this store on Tue (6/11/2024) for the 8/$10 special and it is my first time visiting such place. I usually go to the one nearby on Colorado in Pasadena but unfortunately they did not participate in the promo. Placed order online scheduled for pickup at 3PM, arrived at 3PM with nothing. Waited after another customer and the order-taker - a South Asian or Indian man helped me and asked if I was picking up and I said "yes" and gave him all the info....but get this....all of a sudden he gave me a deer-in-headlight moment for a mere 10 seconds and just froze looking at me in the eyes and I thought he had a seizure or something. I had to raise my voice for him to snap out of it. Weirdest experience I have ever encountered with a human being (or was it?). Great deal at $10 for 8pcs BUT the chicken were a gooey mess stuffed in a box and not 'the bucket' as advertised. The breading was still very soft and wet, and falling off like the chicken had gone though napalm with skins hanging on all of them. It was the grossest KFC I have ever eaten. Anyway, he was the only employee visible for the longest time until another big and tall Hispanic lady/aunt appeared. Could of sped up the process, but nope. Lazy as ever and definitely NOT worth the $20/hr raise as it has also raised the prices on my food. On top of all that, homeless people were sleeping in the patio area and front entrance.

Lady who I gave my order to was rude! I went back to talk to her because my order was wrong. She did corrected my order SHE PUSH MY BOX BACK AT ME LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT!!. Place is dirty. Service barely excises, took 25 minutes for someone to finally start taking orders. When I finally got my food, I had an item missing. Avoid this place if you don’t want to loose your appetite.

I went in for lunch. I ordered a chicken combo meal. I didn't think nothing of it even though a customer sitting near by complain to the staff that she felt that the chicken she was eating might have been undercooked. When I got back to the office i began to experience nauseous and had multiple episodes of diarrhea. I pain managed myself by taking over the counter pepto and drank a 7 up. And continue to work feeling more nausea. I called the location and asked to speak to upper Management ome no sense kid with no manners came on th e phone to just acause me of it being me with a stomach problem. They lack of customer service and I will no longer go there.

My experience was awful! To start everything off it was difficult to place my order becasue the cashier hardly understood what I was trying to tell him. Secondly I was trying to order 8 chicken littles however they charged me for 16 but at the moment I didnt realize it because they didnt give me a receipt. Usually I check my bag before leaving but I just wanted to go home becasue the order itself took FOREVER and I didnt want to wait any longer! when I realized that they had charged me for 16 instead of 8 it was too late because I was already at home when I noticed what had happened. And I did NOT want to go back and deal with them. Im so disappointed So I would NOT recommend going to this locations whatsoever!

I had an absolutely disgusting experience at this KFC. I walked in and stood at the counter waiting while the female employee behind the counter either ignored me or didn’t notice me. She was eating her lunch behind the counter, which was already unprofessional. Before helping me, I saw her picking her nose, and her hands were visibly greasy.I ordered a small mac and cheese, assuming she would at least wash her hands or put on gloves, but instead she immediately started handling my food as if nothing was wrong. At that point, I told her never mind and walked out. There was a homeless man asleep inside the area. I genuinely don’t understand how this so-called restaurant is allowed to operate under these conditions. This is absolutely disgusting and shows a complete lack of hygiene and management. Food places like these should not be open to serve to the public .

However after braving the rain I walked in only to be ignored by the one worker that was there. I stood patiently and waited for him to acknowledge me but he never did. What further confused me was that he was packing an order but I was the only person in the KFC. So who is he packing the order for? There's no drive thru remember. If it's a door dash order the driver hasn't arrived yet so why are you rushing to complete that while you have a real customer waiting? The last he could do was too acknowledge me and tell me he would be right with me but he just stayed focus on his order. When I finally was like, "hello" he looked annoyed and then told me they didn't even sale wings which is what I went in for. I will never be coming back to this KFC ever again.

Once in a while she'd look up in my direction but went back to the tablet. Then another customer arrived, and we both watch her in her tablet about 2 more minutes and then the other customer got her attention. She came over and got my order.
