They placed my order wrong when we were at the order counter in the building, but when I brought it to their attention at the pick up counter, the lady there had no issue with making me a new burger the right way, right away. The burgers all tasted delicious and my family enjoyed their meal. If it is going to cost $55 for a family of 3 to eat, at least it all tasted good. My child enjoyed their hot dog and fries (and free peanuts) and they are pretty picky eater.

Good all around burger place, the location has a help yourself peanut on the shell station. I visited on a rainy day and had to look for a parking for about 7 minutes. We ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger, a cheese burger all the way and an order of fries, I was able to enjoy a fresh burger all the way, the masterpiece was fresh and made from scratch, the bun barely wrapped around the meat and fixings. There is a sign on the wall that lets you know where the badge of potato comes from, the French fries portion was big enough for two people and my son being a French fries connoisseur ended up eating all the order by himself. The people working that shift were nice and despite serving peanuts on the shells the floor was well maintained and the de or was fun to look at. Overall 5 Guys a good choice if I crave a good burger next time.

Whenever I'm in the SSF area and crave a burger, I'll always head to Five Guys. Yes, it costs a little more than In-N-Out, but there are some differences that make it worth the couple of extra bucks. 1. The wait to order your burger only takes a couple of minutes, sometimes less. 2. The burger patties are actually bigger than the ones at In-N-Out. 3. Complementary peanuts while you wait for your burger. 4. Generous amount of fries no matter what size you order! The dining area is always, and I do mean always, spotless! Parking is also a lot easier at their restaurant. So, if you have visitors from outside California, take them to In-N-Out. If you want a less crowded environment to enjoy your meal then Five Guys is your spot!

Toppings make this burger spot get the edge on other burger chains! The charred Jalapeños and mushrooms alone make the burger smack! Then they give you so many fries it’s worth sharing if you’re with a crew. You get your money’s worth. Also they have noteworthy shakes but be prepared to get the ITIS if you get the trifecta! PS: they have peanuts while you wait for your meal.

the food was good and fresh. i would have given a five star for more menu options though

My boyfriend picked me up after work and had a craving. Let's just say craving satisfied with a classic 5 guys double cheeseburger with bacon and a large Cajun fries with more than overflow. The peanuts were a nice addition. The staff there was really nice and very helpful. One thing though, they really need a better visible trash bin for everyone to see, because we ate inside and I couldn't see the trash bin after we were done eating. i also like the bulletin board with crayons which is cool.

Don't go here if you have limited time. Went off hour. There were only 4 other customers at the time. Experience started with a person on front of me placing a complicated order and making a deal over it, so I had to wait 5 min before ordering. Ordered a veggie, ie NO patty to be cooked and fries. The 2 customers behind me, with meat, were served while I saw my sandwich on the counter getting cold. One of those people also created drama while they were picking up their food. From the time on my receipt to the time I received my order, it was 17 minutes. So 22 minutes until I had my sandwich that didn't even require cooking a meat patty. Food was ok, and decent priced, but between the drama filled clientele and being forced to watch my sandwich get cold, I won't be back.

Extremely rude cashier. Overcharged me for large drink by $0.10 + tax over the advertised price and argued with me how I'm wrong and she's right. Would not honor the advertised price. Are they ripping off all the customers like this? Double check what you're being charged! The food is good, but this place needs a serious service improvement.

First time trying Five Guys, completely disappointed in the food and the service. First off the cashier an elderly woman was rude and impatient. Rushing the customers as they were ordering. Then she didn’t let us finish our order and she didn’t give us our drink but charged us for a meal even though only one of us ordered a meal (we didn’t realize till after). Maybe slow down. Secondly, for the insane price I expected to taste something really good. Not. For $25 I got a burger that was soggy and squished. Why did I spend $13.59 on a burger that looked like it had a long day? Tasted bland. And then the fries were soft - don’t know if that’s how they always are - but fries weren’t crispy and they had no flavor but salt. Fries should make you want to go back to them, these did not. They tasted like frozen fries. Only good thing about this place was the drink. Mind you all of this was during the middle of the day when it was almost empty. I was so excited to try it but this place left me disappointed.

I am out of town and ordered from Uber eats. 3 burger abs 3 fries and 3 drinks cost $120. My burger was completely raw. I contacted the store and they would not issue a refund. Saying I had to drive there to get a refund. I am flying out in the morning and do not have a car, thus the use of Uber Eats!! I wouldn’t recommend eating from here unless you prefer your food uncooked and enjoy having food poisoning. See photos

The burgers are delicious, but the manager never smiles at the customers! All the staff members are really friendly, but there's just one manager who is grumpy and constantly scares the customers with loud yelling. It makes the tasty burgers feel really unappetizing. If they just changed the manager, this burger joint would be great.
