The ingredients were over the top, but unfortunately, this time, they over baked it and the dry came out. I will not say negative things about the best pizza on the earth except...watch how long you bake a very thin crust. Fear not, I will order again from Southlake.

Overall the pizza had decent taste which is rare to find in Texas, but I was perturbed that the bottom was slightly burnt and it was cut idiotically. I don't know what would posses someone to cut pizza like that.

Pizza is usually very good but my last order seemed as though it had been sitting for an hour or so. It was ok but just tasted wrong. I carried out and was prompt to pick it up so I don't understand what was wrong. The pizza did not even seem hot as they usually do. Has management changed?

Griping because there were only 2 drivers that showed up at work and upset they sent him to a place he had never been and got lost? Manager Steve listened to the complaint but was pretty insistent things didnt happen the way the CUSTOMER described. Hopefully it was an isolated incident but that driver was not a good company representation for iFratellis.

If you have this phone number saved in your phone you're going to be frustrated. The call is answered by an auto attendant puts you in q and you will hold forever for no one to ever answer. Drove to the store thinking they had the system issue was told the phone number changed 2 years ago even though I ordered a week ago on the old number 🤷 seems like I was being more of an inconvenience and annoying to the mgr vs helpful by driving up there to tell them about their phone system & to order. I didn't expect a free pizza but a little gratitude for driving up there when there's probably 15 pizza places that will deliver to my house would have been nice.

My car was damaged by a delivery sign that fell off a car on the highway on 12-14-25. The managers at the store either yell at me for asking for info or tell me they cant talk to me about it and the owner or someone else should reach out. I feel like it is not to much to ask to talk to someone about damages your business caused me.

Completely wrong pizza from what I have ordered. I threw it out instantly. And the smell was repulsive, unexpected, inedible. Was supposed to have onions and green peppers. Completely waste of time and money. I have ordered the Big Brother pizza but got some All-Meat pizza. This is ridiculous. $25 for an uneaten pizza.
