See a lot of Bad Reviews for this location , but personally I have had only Good experience dining here . The staff is always Friendly and has good Service. Never a problem with the Food . Do Recommend.
Marcus is absolutely amazing!! He is always so happy to greet me always so professional knows how to custom make my drink how I like it and he’s just a breath of fresh air I truly hope they know the gem they have that’s Marcus! The boy running the second window that works the same shift as Marcus is very sweet to idk his name. Shirt black hair I believe he wears a hat but don’t quote me. There is a sweet girl that works there too I really love the new staff they have!!! It is a night and day difference from bulverde rd and 281 McDonald’s! I will go out of my way thanks to Marcus and his amazing team!!
Kiosk Worked on this Visit Employee (Oliver) was Helpful on printing Receipt, which Kiosk did NOT... but here's where points got lost; NO TRAYS for Dine-In 👎[yet, I saw one Customer had one, but 3 other Patrons did not] *McRib Season: Bun (chewy), ....stale 👎 Special Order requests via Kiosk were accurate, ESPECIALLY the Fries, NO Salt so, Franchisee; Why ?? don't fall victim to the Walmart-Way of doing Business, where Your Consumer's come to You because Your only Viable option at the moment, but You compromise Your overall Delivery of Service because, when Your #'s dip, or Your scrutinized for straying from Your Expected Level of Customer Service, ......that doesn't happen overnight, & it's a Direct Reflection of Upper Management..... Will always be a Mickey-D's Fan, but mostly because of RMHC ! EXCEED EXPECTATIONS and watch MCD Grow
The food was great! The employee sucked, I asked one employee not to throw our food away cuz we were going to the restroom. One of the ladies through our food away and I said we weren't done with our stuff here and she said "oh he was right". Way to make a customer upset 🙄. Try listening to your staff next time 😡...
This place is a waste of time. Don’t even come here. They take forever on your food and once you end up getting it it’s all wrong. They never have enough people that are working.
This location is going to do well regardless of customer service and it's very obvious owners do not care about public opinion, but we can always hope right? Every time I have ordered here my food is not fresh. Yesterday my fries had clearly been sitting for a bit, I ordered 2 cheeseburgers w/ added mayo and lettuce. The burgers tasted like they had also been sitting for a bit and they just opened them, very messily added way to much mayo and not enough lettuce. It was so sloppy I was frustrated the entire time I was eating. Have some pride in your business people. Train your managers to take pride in the job they're doing. From now on, I personally will wait until the next exit. We have choices now thank goodness!
I might sound like a Karen, but this is unacceptable. This thing is naked nothing on it was supposed to be a big mac! Wheres my sauce!! Wheres my lettuce!!
So I had boycotted McDonald’s years ago, never liked the food, except maybe the chocolate chip cookies… I had a hankering for a Big Mac, so after years of not eating there I made an order…I for a moment thought that maybe? Just maybe they had gotten better in all the years I had avoided them…To my disappointment and not being surprised, I found that they have actually become worse…. How does this franchise stay in business? The food is way worse than before, it has no flavor, it’s mayo doesn’t taste like mayo but some weird version of mayo gross! 🤮 the “meat” NOT…flavorless…I hope people will stop eating their food, it is disgusting… what a waste of money….
Slowest McDonalds I have ever been too. It is a shame. 20 minutes in the drive through for 5 cars. Make it make sense. No longer classifies as fast food.
Do nothing for Veterans Day and do not honor their veterans discounts horrible weak atmosphere cold employees like they hate the people that ordered there.
I am not one to leave a bad review but this store constantly messes up my order and leaves out food. I don't always have time to check everything when making big orders like I do. And this happens to be closest option for my kids fav. That being said 9/10 my order is wrong and then they have phone off hook so no one can call an talk to manager. They think they are slick but I'm keeping tabs and corporate will hear
Just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes after the worker said “be right with you”. Still had over an hour until close.
I had the worst experience with fast food service here. I went to the drive thru and was placing my order and I didn’t even get to finish it. I got told to “pull forward because I have to help the car behind you”. I wasn’t staring at the menu, the guy didn’t let me finish ordering before saying that and then he was all was that it…after he said that to me. I wasn’t talking like I didn’t know what I wanted…he just acted like he hated his job. There was one other car in the drive-thru besides me. I then go to the window to pay and my app saved a wrong item from a previous visit…I wasn’t even at the window for 45 seconds and he said well I’m just going to have you pull up. I cancelled my order because I didn’t want to deal with him. If you want to feel like an inconvenience, come here.
Disappearing receipt made the numbers impossible to read when filling out the mcdvoice online. Not happy after being blocked from too many attempts. Get real ink instead of the ink that disappears, and also toxic (cancer causing).
I walked inside because the driveway was full the lady with glasses at the counter was telling me how long the line is and people were screaming at her . I got the damn impression that she didn't want me ordering she did it to 2 people before her the worked for a junk company. I walked out frustrated then walked back in losing my spot and told her how I felt. And so now McDonald's is not a fast food restaurant? She literally told me I have to wait 20 minutes!!!!! Ok something is not right back there Management needs to step up there's a lot of horseing around, having conversations when they could be assisting the back up .
I cannot believe this place is still getting any business. I walked in and a man was waiting before me. He decided to leave, and he’d clearly been waiting for awhile. They got to me and a kid asked “ugh, what can I get you?” He said my order was already made and then I heard the tattooed lady scream at him, so I understand why he seemed depressed now. The lady then came over and said “what is it?” Absolutely rude. She said my order was being made and walked away. She handed me the drinks and there was no ice. I tried them and they were incredibly flat. She threw my food on the counter without a word and walked away. I work management in fast food myself, and this is not how you treat a customer.
Play area is disgusting! Literally black surfaces. This manager should be ashamed of themselves. Also, Up charged me for the drink that is supposed to come with the happy meal, even though I pointed it out and they assured me it would not.
Just don't. They can't even make one of their staples correctly. They also just continue reheating old meat so they're black and hard by the time you get your order at night. Since when does a big mac also have mustard and ketchup?
My husband and I both got Big Macs. Got home to find we had been f’ed at the drive through! Both of our burgers were missing patties. Ice cold food and dried out. I will never eat at a McDonald’s again.
