Pretty good steakhouse for the Woodlands area. Service was awesome because our waiter made sure we had everything! The brussel sprouts, although good, did not go well with my steak (they were drenched in honey butter). Even though I did not ask, the waiter asked if I would like another vegetable and brought me fresh asparagus! Meal was very delicious!!!
I love dining in this location. The employees smiling not only from the front but every employees that I met their eyes always gave me their genuine smiles. Our server, Mr. Koo, Thank you for again always smiling, paying attention to the details with our orders and making a good conversation without being nosy or talkative. He is very attentive. My 12oz Ribeye steak is absolutely perfect and My husband 8oz Renegade Top Sirloin is delicious too. The loaded Potato soup is very creamy with generous bacon. Thank you to all the Chefs and the crews for made our foods perfectly the way we loved. Good team working. Mr. Koo, We hope to see you again next time.
Went on an extremely busy evening and the service was absolutely wonderful. Table was ready within 15 minutes. Food was brought out on good timing. The server was very polite and had a good attitude all the way through. Our appetizer, plates and drinks were delightful. This is our third time here and it's always a pleasant experience, especially with two toddlers! I highly recommend.
Had the New York strip and was cook the way we liked it. Would definitely recommend if you want a good steak.
First time here and had a great experience with friends that come him often. Typical Friday night 30 min wait for the Woodlands. Food was wonderful.Pecan and Strawberry salad with dressing was delicious and a suchlarge portion for only $1.99 additional. I would have that everyday if I could!!!! Sirloin steak was great.First one was overdone,so they brought out fresh one, which was perfect.Manager came by and checked on us.My husbands dinner was perfectly cooked and the Medium rare was like you were eating filet! Michelle our waitress was excellant,very attentive and friendly. Overall great experience,will definately come again!
This is my wife’s favorite restaurant. The Flo’s Filet is an excellent steak. My Moscow mule was very good. They brought a couple packets of Teddy Grahams for our kids with the menus (very thoughtful as you know the kids are hungry as soon as you sit down). Awesome fried okra and mashed potatoes. The server was friendly and attentive. For dessert, try the lava cake! Great place, always.
Great good, there is always room fir improvement when it comes to service. Our waiter was somewhat quirky or different but also polite. He disappeared towards the end, maybe offering one more drink refill would have been good. Staff passed us many times as was dinner time, so traffic was bustling but seemed many didn't smile, maybe to caught up with orders . The staff manager did greet and ask if all was well early on, that was nice.
We love this steak house. In this visit Jeremy took excellent care of us. He was spot on visiting our table to ask if we needed anything. Our food came our perfect to our liking. Jeremy suggested the delicious desserts so we ordered the short cake and it was fabulous. This is the reason why we keep returning. Thanks Longhorn for making our meals fantastic.
Our server was great! The young man working the door might have a hearing problem, not sure because I kept asking to not sit by the window and he kept saying I wanted to sit by a window. The place was not crowded it was at 4pm in the afternoon. Anyways we got it all sorted, and the food was delicious. The side salads are huge! We ordered the brisket queso for a starter, and the chips were a little too salty. The steak and lobster tail were great, and my friend ordered the ribs. We had a nice time glad we came!
We went to Celebrate mi son's birthday! From the moment that we enter ... service was over my expectation..the Host, the Manager ,and our waitress was outstanding! And no less the Food. When you going out to celebrate this is what always should be. To create a great and unique memory !

Tess is amazing! Provide great service. My wings were cooked as requested ~ double cooked . Salbury steak was good per husband. Cooked medium well , slight pink to perfection. They were very busy ~ but all staff seem to be on point with their tables and job. OooYeah! That chocolate cake is scrumptious and Im not a chocolate lover ... but I fell in on this cake #Burp
Had a family lunch at Longhorn in Cypress. We were so impressed by the service, tasty food and the dragon fruit cocktail. So we came to this location 2 days later for dinner and everything was exactly the same. The waiter delivered great service and the GM stopped by our table and was actively engaging with customers. Very impressive for a franchise. Will definitely visit again
Had a belated Mother's Day early dinner with family. It was my first time eating at Longhorn Steakhouse and I was pleased with the quality and quantity of food at competitive prices! I did my homework and compared it with other steakhouses in the area. Three of us ordered the Outlaw Ribeye. One rare and two medium - rare. They were cooked to perfection. Didn't really need the A-1 sauce or Heinz 57 we requested because the flavor by itself was outstanding! The "Texas Tonion" appetizer with sauce was spectacular as well. The sides we ordered were a mixture of Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and rice pilaf. Also, very tasty. One of our party had ordered the chicken strips and although I didn't taste them, they looked spectacular. Yes, I'm aware of descriptive adjectives but, these dishes are deserving. The service was attentive and efficient, delivered hospitably. I will certainly recommend it to friends , family and strangers 😄. Following with pictures...
I ordered a country fried steak with a sweet potato and mac and cheese and it was all delicious and large portions. We also ordered the brisket queso appetizer and it was also great in taste as well as portion size. The Porter house steak was medium doness and it was pull apart tender.
Newyork strip & lobster along with a loaded potato & Caesar salad for my bday dinner. All was very good. Had the shrimp & wing appetizers and they were good as well. I recommend & will be back.
My experience at LongHorn Steakhouse on 45 was excellent, thanks to our server, Daniel! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. He gave great recommendations and checked in at the perfect times to make sure our meal was just right. It’s rare to find someone who makes dining out feel so effortless and enjoyable, but Daniel did exactly that. The food was delicious, but the service truly made the night. Highly recommend asking for Daniel when you go!
Our stop to LongHorn Steakhouse literally left us speechless. It had been years since we had gone to Longhorn and not this location but a different one. We didn't have a bad experience there it was just something we never went back to revisit. Well that is definitely stopping now. We are going to become regulars. Everything we ate we ENJOYED! The ambiance was more than inviting. The mood was spot on. Longhorn Spring/Woodlands/Conroe, simply amazing. I listed those areas as this location is smack in the middle of them all. Our server did not miss a beat on service. Tess was very knowledgeable about the entire menu. There was no question I asked, and believe me, I ask a lot of questions, she knew EVERY answer. The food: HOT, FRESH, AND SCRUMPTIOUS!!! We had of course the complimentary bread and butter. Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese, salad, chicken fried steak, Redrock grilled shrimp, rice, mashed potatoes, and sirloin steak. They did not miss a beat on these meals. Drinks: Long Island Texas Tea. Switched Tito's for a premium vodka. Hubby approved. Very smooth!!! Three Dons margarita, GET IT! You won't be disappointed. We can't wait to go back for sure.
Savannah took care of us at the bar and she was awesome! Very busy for a tuesday night but our food came out hot and delicious! Passionfruit Rita was bomb! And the manager Devin made sure our experience was great!
My initial impression was that it was kind of dark. However, after being seated, we liked the ambiance. What's more, the music was appropriate for the environment. Not too loud and proper genre. My only issue was that the booth we were sitting in was in need of refurbishment. I'm a small guy, and I bottomed out in the seat! I can't fault them for that. I just want to make them aware! Our server, Jeremy, was outstanding! The food was properly cooked & seasoned. The bread served prior to dinner was fresh. The ribeye was superb! I especially liked the fried okra as a side. Never had it fried whole, always sliced. Excellent! There is plenty of parking, but I'm told it gets packed as the evening progresses. Easy in, easy out. We will be going back!
This was my first time at Longhorn and it won’t be my last. Warm and welcome atmosphere, got a booth towards the back nice and quiet, our server was wonderful. Super friendly and attentive. We got the mushroom appetizer along with the most amazing bread and butter. I had the filet with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. Everything was flavorful, cooked perfectly and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
The hostess definitely could’ve been a little more pleasant, but my waiter made up for it. I ordered a medium ribeye steak and was served a medium well. The superstar waiter, Greg F, immediately took action when I wasn’t satisfied. He said, “I’ll have this cooked again exactly how you ordered it. I’ll make sure you’re getting what you paid for,” and he did just that. The manager brought out the new steak correctly cooked, and I was impressed with how quickly everything was resolved. Greg F was very attentive and is the definition of how a server should be!
We had a great first time with my friends. They got the shrimp appetizer that was huge, and a load of baked potato and steamed broccoli. They loved all of it. I got the tortilla chicken soup and a Caesar salad. We really loved our server, the boy with curly hair. He treated us so especially. Made it a great first visit.
First time to longhorn steakhouse. It’s truly a Texan institution. I hadn’t had high expectations but I was blown away. Their warm whole meal bread with homemade churned white butter was a nice welcome. I had a Caesar salad, a loaded baked potato, and flo’s 6 oz filet and a lobster tail for food and paired the lunch with a Moscow mule. Presentation 8/10 food 9/10 service 10/10, and value for money 15 out of 10! All that cost me $51 before tips. I felt like I had robbed the place…. These guys do good work. Awesome !
Went for dinner and was seated within 5 minutes for a family of 5 around 6pm on a Tuesday. Our waiter was great, we never had an empty cup and was served pretty quickly. The food came out and was cooked to the perfect temperature. The kids steak is pretty big. This is our second visit to this location and will be back when we don’t feel like cooking at home.
I love ❤️ Longhorn Steakhouse!!!!! The food is seasoned perfectly for my taste. It doesn't matter if it's grilled shrimp or steaks it will not need any sauces or additional seasoning! Very consistently GOOD and the waiters are so nice and helpful. Better food than many other more expensive places too.

Our portions were huge! We shared an Entrée among 3 and still had a lot left to take home. My steak was cooked to perfection. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Under $100 for 3 adults. A must to return when I'm in the area.
We had a sweet birthday dinner on a Thursday night. The food was perfectly cooked and was delicious 😋..our waiter was so attentive and polite..I will definitely be back because that was the best steak I've ever had! The lighting was not too dark or bright..Just the perfect atmosphere for a quality dinner for 3 or even 30 people.
Everything was wonderful and we had a great time. Our waiter made the experience fun...he had the type of voice that you hear on the radio and we joked with him about it. I ordered the sirloin with Brussel sprouts and a side ceasar salad. The meal was delicious. Atmosphere was very nice. Price was reasonable.
Can't fault the food or the service. Everything was good and the portions are texas sized. My wife and I could have shared the sides and desserts. Stopped in Saturday night. Ordered the porterhouse steak well done, but it initially came out medium. The bartender who was taking care of our table promptly took it back, and the replacement was cooked perfectly. My wife really enjoyed her wings too. The quality and price is a match, so I'll be back!

I got the New York strip on a medium. The presentation was great and the steak was juicy. My one critique is that it was a little on the bland side and the one end of the steak was a bit too red and fatty. The tortilla soup was delicious and packed with flavor. Overall, the service was great and quick with our food. I would definitely go again.

Delicious! We split a 12 oz steak and it was just right. In my opinion I like the ceaser salad over the house salad, and the queso was good! The staff are the sweetest and very flexible with any requests! Highly satisfied. The mashed potatoes are okay, next time I will opt for the other sides! The wings (appetizer) were good as well. I liked the rice side but the chicken sandwich was huge!!- and a little too salty. But I do recommend the lunch special cheeseburger!
Our waitress took very good care of us on one of the busiest days, Mother's Day. The meal in itself was very tasty. Porterhouse was cooked perfectly. Second time coming & it was for the better. Only complaint is, Why am I asked what two sides only to be charged for upgrade? That makes No sense. This is where the four stars come in. I got up charged for four sides.
We came in for lunch. The service was above average, as expected in a steakhouse. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our waitress was helpful, patient, thoughtful, and friendly. My new york strip was dry and bland. The Brussels sprouts were delicious and so tasty. The shrimp chowder was so good. The cheesecake was moist and yummy. The price was very reasonable for lunch for 3 people. Plenty of parking.
We really enjoy their shrimp appetizer, it's a big serving for the price. The steak was ok, a tad overcooked for my taste though. You should really try the Chocolate Stampede 😋 it comes with vanilla ice cream and it's also a big serving. Server was a bit lacking that night, but the manager made sure we were doing well a couple of times so that was nice
I visited The Woodlands location for my birthday 1/30/2026. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, used the app to join the waiting list before I left home so no wait when I got there. The food was excellent! The complimentary bread was warm, soft n yummy. The butter was frozen rock hard though! I ordered a strawberry margarita (was excellent), Wild West shrimp and spicy chicken bites for appetizer (we had started eating those before I remembered to take a pic) the outlaw ribeye (cook to perfection, well seasoned, juicy & tender) with a loaded potato, Caesar salad, my son got steak & shrimp (he said it was well seasoned n delicious) and the kids got burger and chicken tenders. The dessert was a carmel lava cake which was delicious but I was stuffed n done at that point! The food was delicious and I’m definitely going back soon! I don’t know the overall bill because I didn’t pay 🤣, but the prices on the menu were reasonable in my opinion. Greg was our server and he was attentive and friendly.
LongHorn is the "old reliable" of the steakhouse world. It’s perfect for a birthday dinner, a reward for a long work week, or just when you have a specific craving for a bone-in ribeye that won't cost you $100. It doesn't try to be "fine dining," and it’s better for it. Pro-Tip: Download their app to join the "Wait List" before you leave your house. They don't take traditional reservations, and the weekend rush is real.
Had a very positive experience here, I really love how it is decorated. Waiters were very polite and responsive, without being pushy or bothering every 2 minutes asking if everything is okay. Would usually be a 5 star review, as I have had some great experiences here. I was a little shocked this last time as they seem to be understaffed, service was slow and error prone, and the food quality was not what it has been previously. I usually like the doneness and cook of the steak here, this time it was way over done and the steak was unusually thin. The potato was undercooked, leaving hard chucks of inedible potato in an otherwise flavorful baked potato. The brussel sprouts that I had fond memories of were well cooked but overly sweetened. I hope this was a bad night, as I mentioned, previous visits were different. I will give them another visit and update accordingly.

Had high hopes since we never come here, but our waiter was beyond inattentive. Clearly smaller tables are not as equal a priority. We sat next to a birthday party table and our waiter made sure to ignore us for almost 20 mins. Missed a portion of our order and choose to walk away when we had questions. Not very happy. I understand its hard to juggle varying sizes of tables but we were basically forgotten about until the big table left.
My server was Courtney R and I was not satisfied with her services tonight. We arrive and she immediately started rushing us and kept telling us that it was last call to get items. She didn’t say that to white couples sitting around us and we didn’t hear any other waiters saying that. We asked for lemonade, she took an order from a white couple across us and brought there items and never brought our drink. She then returned 20 minutes later with our check while we were still eating. She was very unprofessional and needs to be fired for being racist towards us. I will never be coming back to location if you have employees like her. I left her with no tip since they think black people don’t too anyway. I always tip!! I am not tipping someone being racist . The drink was my our child. Who had to drink water. My steak was suppose to be medium well and was tough to cut. Oh ! They didn’t give us a kids menu , we had to ask then no with crayons. She didn’t ask if we wanted dessert but again very attentive to the white customers. I just cannot believe it. Well I should have expected it.
Out of all the Texas Longhorn Steak House’s I’ve been to, this one was by far the most sloppiest. My table was dirty, the floor was dirty, the waitors were all in a huge rush, the food took a bit to get to us, I think they forgot about our food because my husband’s grilled shrimp were cold. The steak was not cooked to his request, we had to return it and wait another 15-20 min for him to get it. Overall the food was not the best and the restaurant really needs a clean up. Food was mostly horrible, salty, hard, and non-delicious. Did I mention that it was too salty? Not all of it, but most of those dishes were not good at all. The sweet potato was nice, warm, and tasty. The lemon garlic chicken….just awful. The lemon garlic was so strong and overpowering. The waitress was nice….the odor of the establishment was slightly pungent as well.
Steak is too chewy both mid well and medium. I brought it back because it was cooked well when i ordered medium well. The second time it was just rare. Understanding we did come during lunch time rush our server didnt show us the same care as the other tables. The manager and hostess are sweet though. My wife and I visited Longhorn for lunch. And while the atmosphere was nice and our server was great, my wife was served a partially rotten baked potato which she ate probably 1/2. We notice the black part on the bottom towards one of the ends when we were boxing up the leftovers. The rest of our food was pretty good. We asked to speak with the manager. After asking what he could do for us, we informed him that we're not looking for handouts for free stuff. We were bringing it to his attention so noone else was served rotten food. However, when he asked again, we ended up having him replace the potato and comp our drinks (iced tea), which he did without question. Unfortunately, my wife has been feeling a bit sick to her stomach with pretty bad diarrhea since coming home. Pay attention to your food here.
Walk in and the girl at the host stand sits us and tells us Johnathan will be our waiter. We are waiting for like 10 minutes for him to come and greet us. It took him so long, we figured out what appetizer and meals we wanted before he even comes up to us. He later passes by and tells us he will be with us in a minute. He continues passing by our table multiple times after he told us that, and still doesn’t ask what we want to drink. Mind you, that takes literally 2 seconds to do. 5 minutes after he tells us he’ll be with us soon, he finally comes. We order water and the appetizer / meals at that time. He brings us the bread and butter with our water and doesn’t even place the bread plates in front of us, he leaves them stacked under the bread tray. Then, there is a screaming child at the booth across from us. Literally throwing a tantrum for the first 30 minutes we are there. I know that’s not the restaurants fault, but like come on. We get all our food basically at once (including salads and appetizers) so we aren’t even done eating the appetizer when our food comes. By the time I’m done eating the salad, my chicken is cold. All of the empty plates are left on the table. He doesn’t offer to take them. He refills my girlfriend’s water which takes him like 5 minutes. He walks past our table with the full water to bring a table farther away their margarita then comes back to bring the water. Why not just put the water down the first time you literally walked past our table??? We finish our water and for the last like 15 minutes we are there, we have no water. We get to go boxes which were the smallest to go boxes on planet earth. He doesn’t bring a bag to put them in. Still doesn’t notice our empty glasses. As we get the bill he goes “do y’all want any water to go” ummm nope I got water in the car but I wish I had water to drink to finish my food. Me and my girlfriend are both young and we think that’s why the service was bad. We were listening to him interact with his other tables and we could tell he was taking better care of them. Left a $6 tip. Didn’t even deserve that. And I know all of these things are small, but when you’re spending $35 on a steak that wasn’t even that good, you want the service to be there. Which it wasn’t.

Last two times I was at this location I asked for medium rare and got extremely rare steak so I figure this time I would ask for just medium but instead what I got was very well done! Had to add A1 to try and eat it but it was just to dry. In all fairness I did speak to manager and he offered to cook another one but I was already 40 minutes into a 1 hour lunch break. We decided to visit Longhorn at this location as we are a fan of this steakhouse. And we were far away from home, as we live in Katy. But once there, we regret it. I believe it was the manager, the lady who definitely doesn't know manners or proper client care. She needs to be re-trained at least to learn how it is supposed to be her treatment towards clients. We were a party of 3 adults and 2 kids. Everyone else there treats us well, as you expect, don't get me wrong. The bad experience we had was because of her. After I arrived and before seating, I asked the waiter if it was possible to change to a boost table, and he said, "Let me see. There were plenty of them in front of me, and he came back giving us one. He just had given us a regular table, but a boost is way easier for me to handle my little girls and still be close to my husband while enjoying. He gave us one and before seating there, I heard this "lady" telling him: "don't don't, they don't need that, put them back where they were" in front of us, while she was eating and without looking to us or given an explanation in a very disrespectful manner toward us and towards her employee. We really stayed there, we were hungry and we were with 2 kids. We spent $200 there yesterday and she couldn't treat us well. Hope she gets at least some training because she is definitely needing it. The rest of the people we encounter there were good and treat us well. I took a photo of the lady/manager who couldn't treat us well. Hope she gets trained or removed from her position.
We went to Longhorn for lunch today, January 21, 2024. I ordered a 6oz Filet and a baked potatoe with everything on the side and no sourcream. Immediately when the food came out, I noticed everything was on the potatoe, I slid the fork between the cheese and noticed sour crean in it. The waitress finally came back and asked how everything was, I informed her there was sour cream on the potato, she took the plate and came back. You can easily tell they just scraped the toppings out of the potatoe and brought it back, there was sour cream on the side of the potatoe still, soooo, they didnt think that part through. You would think this would have been the end of seeing the bad food. I finally cut into my steak, and well, if you see the photos, I dont have to explain what it was. I couldnt even get a piece of the meat to cut. The waitress finally makes her way back (she wouldnt even give us refills) and asked how everything was, I point to the steak because its pretty obvious, and with her nasty attitude she goes “WHATS WRONG WITH IT”, like lets be honest here, no explanation of what was wrong is needed, but I went ahead and explained, she just gave a lovely stank face like everything was okay and I was just making it up. She comes back and brings me my check and so I went ahead and asked for the manager, well the manager was no better. Their customer service is poor. Out of the hundreds of times I have dined at this location, this experience has made it where I would never step foot back in there. The manager told me the waitress told her about the steak but she just didnt have time to come,m. Thanks for informing me that making sure your customers are happy is not a priority of yours. I had it with ger attitude towards me and said I just wont be coming back here, and in her condescending voice goes “What for one steak?”, like no, your poor customer service. This Longhorn has slowly started going down on their quality anyways. If you want your whole meal to be messed up then the staff be rude to you, this is the restaurant for you. The least the waitress could have done is give us a refill.
The experience was not great. It has diminished in the past years. Our service today was not a great experience. The food was not hot neither lukewarm. They forgot several items to our order. We found foil in our order of grilled mushrooms. Just not a pleasant experience.

The bartender was very nonchalant about it . She told the manager that she didn’t look in the napkin to see if it was a roach in it . Which to me implies that she discredited what we said . I recorded it and told her I had a video. Nobody asked to see it . I had chicken Parmesan and it wasn’t hot . I ended up bagging it because the whole roach experience ruined my appetite . I don’t feel the situation was handled well . I worked in the service industry many years ago and the service we received was subpar. I have a video but this only let you post pictures.
Horrible experience. An unknown bug was crawling on the bar top. Ordered a drink never received it. Food came out luke warm to cool but the steak was well done and tough, I ordered medium. I feel sorry for the bartender who was a server, bartender, and Togo. Smh
Celebrated a birthday with a lot of family that came into town to eat and celebrate. The service was ok but the food was terrible. Steaks were so tough and salty. Vegetables were not completely steamed, still raw. Salad had huge lettuce stems and no lettuce. the chicken was so rubbery. Do not waste your time or money coming to this location with a party if 6 or more. Do not recommend it.
It was me,my daughter, and sister first time going to Longhorn and we were super excited, However once we were sat down it to forever for anyone to come and greet us. After maybe 7/10mins a guy walks by and ask have we been helped and we stated no and we have been sitting here a while. He said ok someone will be with yall. Didn’t ask if we wanted to start off with drinks or nothing.Once I sever did come to us he apologized and stated he was the bartender and had a full bar and it was clear we could see that. So he asked if we wanted appetizers I said no we’re ready to order we been here a while. Long story short my salad for my meal came out before we even got our drinks. The manager Jennifer was the one that dropped it off she asked did I still want it I said of course, but can u get us something to drink we have been sitting here a while her response was let me go check. Food was amazing and we felt like the bartender needed help because he had a lot going on. My sister ordered broccoli with her meal it didn’t come out and when she did tell him once he finally made his way back he asked have we got it yet. Server was horrible couldn’t get refills took forever to even get Togo boxes he dropped the check off with no pen asked another person that work there he said hold on and never came back.I didn’t wanna leave a review so I called in and spoke to Jennifer she said she remember who we we and apologize they were super busy and would get us a gift card emailed to us. Well that’s been about two weeks now.She stated that cooperate would have to send it to me
The server was good, but the steaks were not, very disappointed, the steaks wear burnt from outside and very raw from inside also the seasonings were very light. I just had the worst experience ever at The Woodlands location. I come to this location at least once a month and I always order the Flo’s Fillet. It’s delicious and my favorite. Today was my nieces 8th birthday. And we brought my mother in law and the family as well for their first time ever. We’ve always had a great experience and I was so disappointed this time. They got the drinks wrong after it took over 45 minutes to get them in the first place. Then our steaks came out wrong. I know they know the difference between medium, medium rare, etc. But not this time. Then when they fixed it, they brought out a small steak that was NOT a Flo’s fillet. Instead it looked like a little Salisbury steak. I was appalled. I told the manager I order it all the time. The first one that came out was cooked wrong but at least it was the right cut of meat. And my mother in law got the food fillet as well. She got the right cut of meat. So, I said I would just not eat. And sent it back. I was very polite. The manager argued with me and was rude. I have never had an experience like this. She said her name was Jen. Then, the waiters sang happy birthday to the other table and never came to do my nieces happy birthday. They forgot her dessert. I asked for them to please bring it. We waited another 35 minutes. I really wanted this experience to be nice for them. I was so let down and I don’t think I will be returning after this. We used to love this location. It pains me that she had a poor experience and so did my family. They should have made this right. An apology, or even just remembering her birthday. I was fine with not eating. I just wanted them to have a good time. So sad.
The hostess told us 20 mins, we came back in 25 mins to check at which point they told us 30 more mins. We told them we wouldn’t mind splitting our 9 person group and they said it could be 10 mins. We go back in 15 mins later and they tell us we’re still 3rd on the list. We saw several tables get sat ahead of us who got there after us. When we asked to speak to the manager he came up very hostile w/out “the customer is always right” attitude. We won’t be back. Do better.
We waited and hour to be seated, then waited 2 hours to get our food. Other people were getting their food faster than us. They were also out of a lot of important menu items. The food was not bad thought
