Absolutely love coming here every chance I get. Super nice people, great product. I only wish they had one closer to me as the closest is bout 45 minutes to an hour from me. But again an amazing place to shop

Love this store! So many wonderful quality food options and even gifts ideas during the holidays. I absolutely LOVE the Amazon drop off station! I wish there were more stations like that at other stores. They are automated with touchscreens to start your return. Very cool.

Albert helped me when the shelf was out of almond flour. :) They really do need to redo the parking lot so it's like HEB's where it's only one way because you have to be very careful! A Jeep backed up while I was waiting to move and almost hit me.

Very nice place to come for tea and to do computer work in the morning. Prices slightly lower than Starbucks, tea is better, good wifi in the whole store, tons of parking and no long lines. And you can pick up breakfast in one of the whole foods hot food buffets and pay at the allegro counter!

I shop at Whole Foods a few times a week, and whenever I see Frances at the self-checkout, she always makes my day. Even though she’s not there every time, when she is, she’s always welcoming and friendly. She greets everyone with a smile and a positive attitude that really enhances the shopping experience. Frances has a wonderful way of making customers feel comfortable and appreciated, and it’s always a pleasure to see her. Whole Foods is lucky to have such a great team member!

I went there for lunch. A little pricey, but absolutely worth it!!! The flavor is very surprising!!! & The quality is, of course, as great as expected! Delicious! (I was taking the pics if the calories, not food, lol.)

Great staff! I lost my 10th wedding anniversary band at the store and Carol and Kane found it and kept it safe for me. I’m so grateful for them, I can’t thank them enough. Hope this gets to their management.

Got a birthday cake from their bakery. Helpful staff wrote "happy birthday" on cake. Get there early otherwise they do sell out of cakes on popular holidays! Ample parking. Very nice shopping area in Woodlands. Thank you!

Whole Foods has the 2md best BAR in The Woodlands. The food is great. Pizza, tacos, sandwiches, etc. The BAR always has a great selection of craft beer and they change it all the time. Their bottle select is great too. The staff are very friendly.

Super cool organic store! Has lots of veggies and I felt like the whole store had such a great selection of food that is better for you. They have a fresh bakery, cheese bar, hot food bar, soup bar, cookie bar, flowers, a coffee shop and all. Super cool grocery store, kind of reminds me of an HEB.

I haven't visited/shopped at any whole foods store that I didn't love. This visit was to purchase orgeron oil, turmeric & echinacea to heal an infection caused by a bad tooth for my daughter. Pain instantly went away & swelling began to go down after a couple of hours. Natures antibiotics are the best! The turmeric was purchased in a powder form. Also, the bakery is AWESOME!

This is probably the best place to buy organic meat in The Woodlands, TX. Another great thing about this market is the bakery, I love the cakes in here, they are delicious! You can find a bar with great selection of local beer right in the center of the establishment. The coffee shop is another great place to enjoy while you shop. Customer service is great and I recommend Whole Foods Market to anyone living here in The Woodlands, TX

Today I stopped in to return an Amazon order. I thought it would be crazy busy and would have to wait for who knows how long. I was in and out withing minutes. The associates that helped me were very quick and friendly and it was the most painless process to date that I've been through when returning anything to Amazon. I will have to come back with more time and check out all the goods I need to be buying from Whole Foods Market.

Clean store, friendly staff and great variety of products. The store is in a great location. Because there are so many things to do around this location, parking can be a headache. People forget about the free parking garage behind Whole Foods which is connected to the store. Take advantage of it!

Large, beautiful store with a great, well-kept produce selection. I especially liked one of the employees there who demonstrated outstanding customer service. His name is Seth. He’s very kind, helpful, and sincere with a wonderful personality. This is a great store to shop at.

Thank you to the people who help when I have to return items 👏 Returns for Amazon is always easy and pleasant also. Most people who work here are so young and helpful to this old Baby Boomer. I almost always have to ask them to get my favorite milk and yogurt, as it’s usually not on the shelves by 9:30 am…so I’ll start getting there later now. The sourdough bread here is delicious. I love all the choices in the produce section. Except the Boniato that looks like an orange sweet potato 🍠 from the outside, but it’s white flesh, tasteless and the texture is unpleasant. I will always make sure I’m actually buying an orange flesh sweet potato from now on. Maybe I shouldn’t post how much I love Organic Valley 100% Grassfed Whole Milk 🥛 and Stonyfield Grassfed Plain Greek Yogurt 🤔

It's pricey but they have a nice layout, fresh foods, produce looked lovely. Good location, but parking does feel a bit tight. Their potato and leek soup was so hearty and delicious. Also was excited to see they had almond horns. Got 4 for $8 which wasn't too bad.

This location is in The Woodlands, Texas. The store was clean and well organized. There is a fairly large hot and cold bar area along with the pizza 🍕 station, taco 🌮 bar, sushi 🍱 🍣 and many other options. The many checkout lines seemed adequate for the crowd size and we did not have to wait very long to checkout. There also seemed to be adequate parking and a good selection of Christmas 🎄 trees in the front area. I would go back to this location

What an amazing grocery store! Is all I can say. My wife and I strolled around here shopping for a good two hours. Produce in here is just is stunning. I love the Amazon offers discounts and the customer service is second to none. Excellent place to shop for vegan foods in The Woodlands, TX.

Easy feeling atmosphere. Great place to browse while picking up odds and ends. The bar is a nice touch. The "salad bar" set up for hot (and cold) food is a huge plus, too. Love the cheese collections and catching a sample every now and then.

I was near this store and thought I'd stop by for a quick bite to eat. The store is beautiful and well stocked on the inside. It was very quiet, about 5:30 PM on a Thursday, so I'm not sure where all the customers were. Store is clean and the food was good. I ate some of their prepared food that's near the deli, some chicken and smashed potatoes and green beans and mushrooms, and some turkey and rice soup. It was all very delicious. Better than any fast food place around, that's for sure.

Always Worth the Trip! This Whole Foods in The Woodlands is one of my go-to grocery stops. Yes, parking can be a bit tight and it’s often busy, but it’s always worth the effort. The produce is excellent—fresh greens and potatoes are staples for me—and the bakery is top-notch. I regularly pick up their fresh sourdough bread, which is delicious and surprisingly affordable. The store is clean, well-organized, and I really appreciate the self-checkout stations. With my Prime membership, I get additional discounts, and the checkout process is smooth and quick. When I’m in a hurry, I grab something from the hot food bar or salad bar—both offer healthy and tasty options. Overall, a great shopping experience every time. Highly recommend!

What a fun place to shop. We needed meats and cheeses for some special wines we purchased. They have a real live cheesemonger who selected just the right products to go with our wines. He also gave us tips on other products. Plus, at Whole Foods you know you're getting quality products in a world full of added chemicals and ultra-processed items. It's great to get fresh, clean food along with a delightful staff. Even the checkout guy was delightful.

Whole Foods Market in The Woodlands is truly a gem for anyone seeking high-quality groceries and an enjoyable shopping experience. From the moment you walk in, the store feels clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The selection of organic produce is always fresh and abundant, and their unique offerings—like specialty cheeses, fresh seafood, and a wide variety of vegan options—set them apart from other stores. The prepared foods section is a standout, especially the hot bar and salad bar, which offer delicious and healthy meals for any time of day. The in-store bar is another highlight, with a fantastic rotating selection of craft beers and wines, making it a great place to relax after shopping. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, whether it’s finding a product or suggesting meal ideas. The checkout process is smooth, with efficient cashiers who make the experience even more pleasant. I also love the store’s commitment to sustainability and community. From their eco-friendly packaging to local product offerings, it’s clear Whole Foods prioritizes more than just profit. Overall, Whole Foods in The Woodlands delivers exceptional quality, variety, and service. It’s worth every penny and makes healthy living easy and enjoyable. Five stars!

The food was excellent with a wide variety of healthy choices. The fall squash soup was wonderful, creamy and slightly sweet. The chicken salad cranberry salad sandwich is always a favorite as well. I actually went back again today and repeatrd what I had yesterday, it was so good.

Throw on your scarf, slide on your boots and get in line for one of my favorite offerings at Panera. The Autumn 🍂 Squash Soup, if you haven't tried it, you're really missing out. This entree is quintessential for anyone who enjoys fall and warm comfort food. Each spoonful offers a mellow, creamy, sorta sweet (not earthy) bite. If vegetable based soups are your thing you gotta try it. I usually do a "Pick 2" and pair it with the half portion of the *Chicken Avo BLT or *Fuji Apple Salad.

S

This is an impressive store, but there's a reason they call it Whole Paycheck. $30.99 for 32 fluid ounces of hand sanitizer is insane. I can get twice as much for a quarter the cost at Sam's Club. That said, their California Club sandwich is fantastic, albeit small. They say you get what you pay for, but sometimes I think you can get much less if you're not careful.

There are some truly excellent, caring employees here when it comes to supporting customers with disabilities (dad is in a wheelchair). I just feel bad that those excellent employees have to put up with co-workers who clearly just don't care and always have negative attitudes. Above average food quality, and decent grocery deals to be found. You just have to learn which employees to avoid and which employees are truly helpful.

Bought a Berry Chantilly Cake for my mom's birthday and it was delicious. I highly recommend this cake to anyone that likes a lighter and fluffier cake (I'm not a huge fan of butter icing, so this one was perfect for me). The only reason I gave a 4-star review is because I think that Whole Foods really overprices their food/items.

I was surprised that the Woodlands location was smaller than I thought. I couldn't find alot of things I thought I would find and the prices on much of the stuff was way too expensive. Everyone looked super tired & cranky towards the end of their shift - I know they probably had a full day. They shut down everything about an hour from closing so keep that in mind - I couldn't get a birthday cake bc they were putting up the case :( I would say to go to a different location or don't expect much towards closing so come early. The stack of soaps towards the back of the store the price way higher - like $26/pound that's the only price I didn't check so my bill was $20 more than I calculated. I was on a shopping spree for my birthday but it just wasn't enjoyable since the prices were so high so I only spent 1/5 of what I had budgeted. I went to Kroger instead and got alot more items. I did enjoy being able to find more organic produce though which is hard to come by.

T
Tracy Leal

I love Whole Foods. I understand the higher prices because I am getting great quality. No complaints about the store or employees. The bakery is AMAZING! The parking, however, is HORRIBLE! Even the best driver has issues parking in that parking lot. It is hilarious to watch people trying to park at this store. I don't know if it's because it is a small parking lot or if the lanes are too narrow, but I do know that I have never seen such a mess of a parking lot. The parking is why I avoid going to this store.

Way too crowded. Only went there to drop off Amazon return. Much prefer HEB.

K

The produce here is not the best qnd is overpriced. Bought raspberries and they were mostly mushy. I won’t be buying my raspberries at Whole Foods anymore.

L
Lara Glynn

For a grocery store and buffet, it really is just okay. The prices are above average, and you can find just as many clean and organic grocery offerings, for less cost, at the significantly larger HEB across the Parkway. The parking at this Whole Foods is incredibly tight and overly crowded every time I've tried to shop here. I drive an SUV or a truck depending on the day. If you only purchase organic, then this might be slightly easier shopping, but expect to pay more than you would at HEB. The buffet's salad bar is generally fresh and has a nice selection for a grab and go salad bar, but the hot food items have always been overcooked (proteins) or raw (vegetables) and lately, all have been oily. Skip the hot buffet and get a salad or just get lunch across the parkway.

As my wife walked in we noticed a man in line to be checked out but there was on cashier and all the self checkout machines only take credit cards so by the time my wife and I were ready to checkout ourselves the man was still standing in line waiting we stood there for about 5 or 6 minutes I guess finally I see a employee as for help and she said oh someone else will be here in a few he's on break.?? Then a another customer walked by us and the other man standing there and said for the price we pay here we should not have to check ourselves out ??finally walked out I'm sorry I drove from Huntsville to the woodlands for that experience.

I really enjoy shopping at Whole Foods for the quality of products. However, with that comes a price difference and that’s fine. Yet, the restrooms need to match what we’re being asked to pay. The restrooms look like we are shopping at Walmart. Stay on top of the cleanliness please.

J

Ever since amazon purchased whole foods it seems that they can't keep everyday staples in stock. I like the selection they offer but it really stinks when I go there to try to get milk, bottled water, butter or any other average food item and its not in stock. I've tried coming right when they open, mid-day and at night to try to catch it when they are getting delivery's. Every now and then I get lucky and they have the items that I'm looking for. Amazon step your game up! I'll come back, but only because I can't find these brands at any other grocer.

Normally I love WF but the one in the woodlands needs to follow how the Houston store operates- and their salad bar is 2x better (fresh and tons of options) I always have to go twice, Every time (in the woodlands) not because I want to but because something goes wrong or tastes bad. Today I learned to NEVER create or build a smoothie- I wanted to grab a simple strawberry smoothie and it was so bad. With a banana allergy, I know that changing the recipe can make is less sweet. However, this smoothie didn’t taste like it had any strawberries in it. It was pretty disappointing after spending 20$ on two drinks that nasty, but overall the woodlands store needs some help, some people that aren’t afraid to talk to and help customers. I get a “different” experience from the other Whole Foods. ps. The only reason For me to go past H-E-B and drive 40 minutes to Whole Foods is to pick up specific things that only Whole Foods might carry and/or grab a healthy snack… now I have to figure something else out or drive to Houston’s location. I hope that WF can start to give customers with allergies some “Ideas or Suggestions” for smoothies or drinks that actually taste good. Plenty of polite people, just not helpful. 🫤

My family and I visited this location recently after not going for years. We tried the desserts and pizza for the first time, and everything was delicious. The guy behind the pizza bar was so nice and helpful. My complaint is for the lady working the sandwich area Ms. Marie. Very rude and unapproachable. Every time I went to approach her, she rolled her eyes and acted like she wanted nothing to do with assisting. Overall, the store is great and plan to return soon.

T
T N

Expired meats, bread, and cheese. Long return lines for Amazon. I don’t know why they put everything in a box and then tape it. Why not have bins and do that after the line dies down. I waited 30 minutes with just 5 people in front of me. Everything seemed disorganized. I felt really unhappy here. I thought all Whole Foods are supposed to be good.

I think the food is ok and overpriced. They have some unique combinations, but the value doesn’t match the price. However, looking for a healthy option, this would be a good choice

Ambiance is pretty good, but the service and food could use a boost. So many small things were overlooked even when not busy. And the food was good but the portions are somewhat laughable. Probably won’t come again unless it’s the one of the last places opened or there is a change in their reputation.

I went early in the morning around 6:15am to dine in on Fri 10/17 and the manager was there at the front and I stood there 15 seconds before she acknowledged me. Then said I’ll be with you in a few minutes. I was the only customer in the store. She appeared very frustrated and in a very dry voice asked what I wanted. Placed order and said I was a disabled vet and could I use my veterans discount, she said yeah where’s your ID? She didn’t want to touch it so I showed her my VA card then she said move your finger, I need to see the picture, wow. I was in a great mood before that experience. I have never had a bad experience with other locations over the last 12 years always very friendly and engaging people.

I ordered the bread soup bowl. I haven’t had one for years. It was very tasty. The staff was friendly despite the technology that wasn’t working in the store. The atmosphere was nice and as a group we had a great time. It’s also conveniently located, unfortunately there’s construction going on, so the entrance is a challenge (definitely not the restaurant’s fault). I was disappointed in the amount of soup that was in the bread bowl. It was mostly bread inside and the cap they cut out (small) was the total soup displacement (small). I was among friends and wasn’t going to complain while I was there. 3.5 stars

For more than a month I have told the employees that the cashews dispenser in the bulk area had the pin blocking the handle and it will not dispense cashews. One employee told me he has reported it himself and it is t getting done. What the heck Whole Foods.

C
Charlotte Kasper

Having allergies to strong smells, I couldn't really stick around because everywhere I turned there was something triggering. Prices were about what I expected for a high end area of the woodlands, being a little bit pricey. But, compared to the market they are not worth the price they offer goods at.

D
Ducky Duck

For being called whole foods, they sure do sell a lot of food, not fit for human consumption. I expected a higher level of product in the store.

I have been shopping at the woodlands Whole Foods since it’s opening. We moved away for 4 years. We returned a year ago and I’m super disappointed in the fact that the shelves ALWAYS seem to be empty. The cold sections are extremely sparse. The staff is not friendly and these comments are based on the fact that I shop there once a week ever week. In addition, twice in the last few months I had to go to customer service to get a refund for items that were double scanned. I’m considering driving into Houston to Central Market due to the variety of Organic products and stocked shelves there. Definitely a better store and considering it’s The Woodlands, you would think they would have better management.

C

We have occasionally purchased to take home family meals which have generally been fair at best. Tonight we selected Meatballs with Penne Marinara and Chicken with roasted garlic and maybe some sauce? There was barely any sauce at all with the penne and chicken dish and the Meatball dish had a very light amount of sauce. Huge amount of pasta in each dish. The taste of both dishes was fair at best. I would not recommend any of these ready to take home meals.

Some of my favorite things are no longer available. Curbside pickup only has 3 parking spots marked so during the busy times you can't get pick up. The ap says check in, it has a place you can check that says not a designated spot describe your vehicle, but they still don't look for you enough, I was parked right beside the marked area, they didn't call me or anything so I ended up calling them and then my app finally says check in again but then it won't allow you to put the space number in. I actually backed out of the spot I was in and went into space 2 of 3. I did talk to them and they assured me they would be right out. One of the girls came out and did find me, I explained that I was parked right next to the designated spots but she didn't really listen. It all was resolved but the staff loading up your order needs to be a bit more nice. A hello, thank you, a just make sure they close the trunk. I was disappointed in this trip. I don't think I'll do curbside pickup again.

Food good. Service horrible, went thru drive through and was in line over 20 minutes

The Mac and cheese here taste absolutely disgusting. The first time I thought it was just a 1 time thing, but no it’s every time. The pasta is always over cooked to where it is mushy and the cheese is clumpy. It’s like they gave me leftovers from the night before.

Panera is pretty expensive but I like the food so I don’t mind paying the price. Since the containers got smaller I’ve noticed the portions got smaller. I feel like this container could have had more salad in it. I mean the container isn’t even full and I’m definitely not getting my moneys worth. Are they rationing the greens?

I don’t go to Whole Foods because it is an Amazon company. I use to go to the original Whole Foods for decades. After Amazon bought them out, I went to use a gift card when it was bought at Whole Foods and they refused to honor my gift card because it was bought before the store was sold to Amazon. I boycott Amazon and Whole Foods. Whole Foods use to be a fun and wonderful place to shop, but no longer.

Preparing for my first daughter's party, I ordered a cake from Whole Foods through Amazon and it was scheduled to be delivered between 5-7pm the day before the party. After waiting at home for that long, to my surprise, at 7:07pm I received a message telling me that my order had been canceled. What now? We are out of cake and the party is this morning. Very disappointed with Whole Foods! If you need to order a cake from them, be careful because they don't care about customer satisfaction!

Never ordering for pick-up or delivery again because they sent me a punctured package of chicken, and the cucumbers I ordered were not in my groceries even though they never said they were out. I used to do grocery orders as one of my first jobs and I will never understand how these employees act like the job is so hard. Any employee who doesn't check for damage on packing should get a different job if they don't want to do their job correctly. Terrible.

Don’t come here to do Amazon biz - Whole Foods doesn’t staff

My mom wanted to come here to get my sisters favorite cake . When looking at the options all the fruit looked old so we grabbed one and ask an employee if they were able to change them out. They said they were unable to do that . We talked to a manager and they said that is how they are made and the only way to get a better one is to make an order which we didn’t have time for since we were already making a 30 minute drive to the store . Very disappointed.

I purchased some of the Almond horn cookies the other day, because we normally love because they're crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle. This batch was so stale everything was dry and hard. And the bin was full so they just recently stocked up. Will not buy again! Money wasted

The past 6 months this store has been terrible with curbside and general pickup orders. Iv tried coming when they says its ready, iv tried coming at the end of the time slot, and even been late to the time slot and nomatter when I show up it takes between 30mins to 2 hours to get the stuff. The order will be marked as complete and say to pick it up but then I'll get here and they won't know why its not done or dont have it ready or for some reason take over an hour to get it to you. Sometimes this is with just like 5 items, iv had times were only has the order was complete even though it said the full order was. Its very confusing. Walmart is better now then Wholefoods at curb side they used to have this very same issue.

Today I picked up curbside. The bags were extremely overpacked to where they could not be lifted, without alot of trouble. Even the carrier young man had problems. Then when I unpacked my four dozen eggs, the expiration dates were two months previous. This keeps happening, so I guess I won't be back.

To the Two Customer Service Guys, 9/29/25 I was willing to wait patiently even though there was no visible line, because I understood that you were busy. That’s not the issue. What is the issue is watching someone else (a white woman) walk up right beside me and be helped immediately, while I was still waiting. That wasn’t just inconsiderate it was rude and felt blatantly racist. In 2025, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. You should be ashamed. Do better.

I hate to give a bad review of my favorite stores but this store is under very bad and careless management. This is not our first time getting rotten food and vegetables. And it’s getting worse and worse! Their Amazon delivery service is very awful too. It happened numerous times that the items we order were missing/stolen. We called the on site manager and complained about it. He said there was nothing he could do. We hope the headquarter will take some actions to keep your reputation. It’s very disappointing that you are about to prepare a meal for your family and found out one of your ingredients is NOT EDIBLE! I just bought them YESTERDAY! If you hate your job, just quit and go to work at Walmart! Mold 🌽!!! Dec 1st!

Disappointing experience. Staff was rude, and customer service associates were especially unhelpful and spoke to me disrespectfully. This is one of the worst Whole Foods locations I’ve ever visited.

Edit: The link Whole Foods suggested just takes you to their general website. They have no interest in improving their store or products. Edit: Found a long hair that was vacuum selaed in a Nashville Hot Chicken filet frozen package. Today we bought prepackaged short ribs and as soon as we opened them we could smell the sour meat. Whole Foods has just become Amazon's Return Center. The quality has plummeted. We love Whole Foods but are very disappointed that they decided to get rid of the Bell & Evans raw chicken. The quality was amazing, they offered a variety of choices, and their humane practices were top notch. We'll be going to Central Market to get Bell & Evans as the Pine Manor doesn't come close in terms of quality or selection.

Went here to do a Amazon return, which went great but we decided to walk around since we haven’t shopped a Whole Foods since we moved here from Michigan. As we walked around not 1 employee greeted us or asked if we needed anything. There was 1 young white male employee in a black top when I was shopping the green tea that kept walking in between my wife & I but never saying excuse me, pardon me or anything. Just a rude little shrimp but I didn’t care because he would’ve “gotten that work” he was looking for if it persisted any further. Overall terrible vibes from the workers.

Whole Foods has no business making sushi. Over priced fish tank quality. Even heb would a better option. Not sure if I’m sick from the food or that I paid money for the worst sushi I’ve ever eaten. The fish wasn’t old. It tasted like my grandmas take on Japanese food. Bland flavorless. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend. I ordered a pepperoni pizza a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. Decided to order another with extra pepperoni. Got home and the pizza had less pepperoni than my original pepperoni pizza weeks prior. If there’s a small percentage of chance the Whole Foods will make a mistake it’s going to happen.

I live right across from Whole Foods in Hughes Landing and shop there often or drop off Amazon returns. Usually everything is great, but the last two times at customer service were very disappointing. The first time, I asked politely about some light pink roses that weren’t in great condition, and the response was rude and dismissive. The second time, I came to pick up an online order, gave my name, and was left waiting around 10 minutes with no explanation until another employee asked if I’d been helped. I really like this store and go often, but customer service needs serious improvement — kindness and communication make a big difference.

Staff is indolent and superficial. Amazon pickup counter is a joke at all times of day. Not worth wasting your time. This place is wildly overpriced. I can get the exact same items for less at H-E-B or Kroger. They talk a big game about ‘high standards,’ but they still carry plenty of products that have been reported to test positive for glyphosate residues. Avoid.

Do not recommend going through drive thru if you’re in a hurry. They take 30 minutes to get their line down.

What happened to Panera bread? This is so sad. One of my favorite places has gone down tartly down the tubes. Everything sucks here now they can’t get your order right they have a terrible attitude and just stopped caring a long time ago. Another company needs to come alone and do what they do bc it’s a great concept if it were just not run by people who don’t care. Got my order wrong, when I called about it they hung up on me so I can’t even get a refund. Last time ever. Rip Panera Bread.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Panera Bread in Porter, TX. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered the phone. When I attempted to address my issue through customer service, the response was just as frustrating. The representatives were rude and offered no real solution to resolve the problem. As customers, we spend our hard-earned money to support this business, and in return we deserve respectful treatment and proper assistance when issues arise. Instead, I was met with unfair and unprofessional behavior. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their communication and customer service.

went here for the asiago bagel stacks and ordered them on the kiosk. a few minutes go by and a staff lets us know they are out of the bagels and we have to switch to another bagel. then they proceed to mess up those sandwiches as well. also completely out of lids for cups and dr pepper was flat. horrible experience and i do not plan on coming back to this location

Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. So many soup and sandwich spots in the area to choose from. This location is absolutely horrible, full of incomplete team members and a "manager" that has the attitude of a mean girl pre teen. The worst customer service ever! They can't even read a receipt correctly.

No cause tell my why I waited in a 20+ minute drive thru line (almost half of my lunch break btw) for a single bowl of soup and then I open the bag and see not a spoon to eat my soup with, but a FORK?! Y’all have to be doing this on purpose at this point. 😭😭😭

Just left Panera Bread after ordering and eating a french dipper with my wife. We ordered two sandwiches and a croissant which came out to around $32 total. To my surprise when we're given two large sandwiches with about half a cup of french onion soup, which was mostly onions and not a lot of juice to dip in. I went in to get more of just the juice because I like to dip my sandwich when that's how it is advertised, that's how I want to eat it. My wife went in to get more as well only to be looked at like lesser because she had had enough, apparently according to the manager of the place. First off, if you're going to market a sandwich as something you can dip, maybe give the people ordering this expensive sandwich enough soup, aught to be au jus if you ask me, to actually dip and enjoy the sandwich. I spent about $12 a sandwich to only be looked at like I'm not worth the money I just spent there. Will rethink my next visit if nothing on this changes.

Tried breakfast sandwich, horrible food. I threw mine away, I paid 1.99 extra to add avocado and only half tsp was added. Upon asking for more cook said avacado was moldy and did I want avacado salad instead, upon receiving and putting on sandwich I took a bite and spit out. It was soured. Husband ordered steak sandwich and it tasted ok but bread ratio to meat was not impressive. After spending 25.00 I came home and cooked. I will not return to this location.

I came in here awhile back for some soup and the employees who was working seems very disinterested in their jobs. The bread portion size was extremely disappointing and the restraint was nasty dirty. Multiple tables weren't cleaned. The one I sat at wasn’t clean. I’m not typically one to comment and complain but I did come later in the night and to see that multiple tables weren't cleaned disgusted me. I came in this morning to use the restroom and the floors were nasty. Someone was in while I came in and they didn’t wash their hands. I’m not sure if it was a customer or an employee but it didn’t matter because there was very little soap in the soap dispenser. I had to attempt to wash my hands 4 times before I felt okay enough to come back out of the bathroom and tell an employee. While I’m waiting here for the girl to change out she soap I’m looking around at the menu and pastries; I see a nat flying around and land on a pastry. The employee I spoke to about the soap came back a few mins later with her purse and said she had to go get soap and apologized. I’m sure it’s not her fault but it is party her responsibility along with all the other employees to make sure they’re good on things like soap to keep everyone sanitary. A few of the employees handling food are wearing gloves but I believe shift lead names Christy/Kristy wasn’t wearing gloves and handled a sheet of cookies. An employee named Bri wasn’t wearing gloves and was eating a chunk of yellow cheese while walking around the kitchen. The gave me a cup of soap to use, as I walked back in I slightly slipped from the water on the floor which is evidently there from the paper towel with water on it and when I went in the bathroom an employee “washed” their hands and left the paper towels on the floor.

My sandwich was made so poorly like this is ridiculous!! Barely any chicken, no peppers. No avocado. And a line of sauce. A third of my sandwich doesn't even have chicken on it. I will be calling store for a refund.
