I frequent the Tyrone location and have never left dissatisfied!! The management is top notch-attentive, helpful, polite and understanding!! Eli has been a cashier there that has taken my order many times. He is awesome!! Makes my day to see him! He’s always precise on the order, always has a smile on his face (I’m convinced he loves his job) :) and is patient with me when I chat his ear off or make specific requests on my order! This is my very favorite location for the above mentioned and the food is always delicious!! Go check this location out!!!

This place is fantastic! The breakfast tacos are HUGE and packed with flavor, especially the chorizo. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and the queso is an absolute must. One thing I really appreciated is that they’ll even make a non-alcoholic michelada, which is such a great touch. Great food, great vibes, and definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again.

I've been wanting to try this place but didn't for a while until one of my family members took me there. I was actually Amazed by the fajita steak soft taco. I added sour cream and guacamole to it and it reminded me of my favoite restaurant in Texas that I used to go to. The best fajita I've ever had! Also the queso is amazing and the dessert churros are crispy but soft. I don't even like churros but I tried my family members and I was totally amazed that it was more of a doe then those things at Taco Bell. Comes with caramel dipping sauce.

From the management to the staff, every person at Torchy’s Tacos made my visit absolutely amazing. Even when my order was temporarily misplaced, the team handled it with such kindness and professionalism. They found it quickly and never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience or that I had done anything wrong. The young man at the counter and the line cooks were all friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. And the food—wow. It was wonderful. Fresh, flavorful, and worth every bite. This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely in love with Torchy's. Friend introduced me few days ago and I'm already back. The staff is beyond friendly and very accommodating the second you walk in the door. On this trip got to try Mr. Orange, The Hogfather, Steak Fajita, Democrat, Bottle Rocket Shrimp, Trailer Park, Chicken Fajita & Republican. Each come with their own associated sauce pairing and the flavor profile is amazing. Think I found my new Taco place. They even have a bar!

Great tacos, little pricey for tacos, but worth it since their ingredents is more quality than other fast food places.. . I was surprised being full off 2 tacos and chips with queso.. quality food, I had the chicken taco and the brisket taco.. both tasty.. my gf loves the street corn there and the trailer park taco. Overall good experience, good food, friendly staff. Oh, just fyi no drive thru ordering - it's either mobile order and drive-thru pickup or order inside.

Today I had an amazing experience at Torchy’s Tacos! The service was excellent. I was referred to the restaurant and assisted by Victoria, who made the visit even better. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and helped me choose the democrat and the brush fire! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded my expectations. Victoria’s outstanding customer service truly made my visit special. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Torchy’s to others!

We were around the area and before getting back home, decided to give them a try. We just got this restaurant back home and had not had a chance to try it. The food was good. We got the Trailer Park, Democrat, Mr. Orange and the hillbilly queso and chips. The protein from each taco was good and tasted great, just the queso was too spicy to be able to eat it (and we like spicy!). Now as for the service... it was bad. No one acknowledged us, the staff was arguing back in the kitchen, the person that needed to take our order seemed annoyed to be at work and unprofessional. We gnarly had yo ask him if he was ready for us and with an attitude barely said yes. Also, the restaurant felt and looked a bit dirty and stuffy, something they need to get in better shape. The only person that was friendly, was the girl that brought out our food. We hope we had a much better experience in the new one at home.

I left the food rating blank because I'm still waiting on it. You are asked to pay and tip before arriving which is a bit annoying. Because when your order is 10 minutes late your now asking yourself, are they holding the order back because I didn't extortion tip in today's society where fast food even hates employees enough to pit them against their own customers. Honestly. This was good in Dallas... But someone has dropped the ball on terms of service and quality and customer service in terms of their national expansion. You know, since I'm still waiting, let's just rate the food a 1. I'm not even sure I'm getting it at this point. We're literally knocking on the drive-thru window and no one's responding. I don't know whether it's a staffing issue or lack thereof, but I wouldn't come back to this restaurant if I were you based on this experience. I'm surely not. Edit. We figured out the reason for the wait was because there was a large catering order. Don't tell your customers that other customers are more important than them and that's why they waited for 10 minutes. This is just customer service 101 and not what customers want to hear when they spend $50 on your food. I'm not sure they would have even come to the window without us knocking on it. 20 bucks says the store ends up on The chopping block like the other two that they're shutting down in Florida because they went into it with a half The effort attitude.
