Juicy King Crab Express

Yesterday was my first time having food from here. I must say the food was really good. Not too salty. I ordered LB of crab legs and black mussels boil. The service was quick. Prices are affordable and it’s right down the street from my house. I’ll be coming here again. The employees were pleasant. Definitely come try it for yourself.

This my 1st time ordering from here, food was fresh & hot once delivered . The only issue I had was the sauce , I ordered mild sauce for myself & the garlic butter sauce for my daughter food, hers tasted better than mine, my sauce didn’t have no mild anything. However, We did enjoy our food & the delivery was fast. I also wish your sauce was little bit thicker & not oily

I ordered fried catfish with sweet potato fries and head on shell shrimp. The catfish and shrimp were delicious. The sweet potato fries were so greasy I couldn’t eat them. They were saturated with grease like they weren’t drained or something. Also the inside of this place smelled horrible. I had to wait outside the smell was unbearable.

I ordered a seafood boil bag that included crab legs shrimps muscles and of course the corn and potatoes. My main objective was to have some tasty crab legs but they were the biggest disappointment. The snow crabs had an overly ocean/fishy taste and it was unbearable to eat. In addition, the texture of the crab meat was very gritty and disintegrated easily. The boil was supposed to come with three potatoes But please understand these are not whole potatoes but half potatoes. So you'll be getting 1 1/2 potatoes total in all actuality. I also found the corn to be either old or overcooked and it was not sweet at all. The corn was not plump on the cob like it usually is when the corn is fresh, it was sunken in. I was pleased enough with the muscles and the shrimps to not take my entire order back. I knew it was a risk trying these places out but they will never get my money again because my main objective was for tasty crab legs and they failed on that.

I wanted to give them the chance to redeem themselves but they didn’t. 1st time I ordered the shrimps were spoiled, they were very mushy and had a bitter taste, the sauce was not sauce, it was more like liquid oil. 2nd time, I told the person taking the order that I didn’t want my sauce so oily, she said that’s how they make it. I figured they didn’t know how to do it the way I see others making the thick dipping sauce. This trip the food wasn’t bad, problem was that the spice level was not at all where it should’ve been. 3rd time, I got that small amount of king crab legs for 37.99, I wasn’t pleased with the amount for the price & my son said his food tasted like bleach and the meet was mushy(again!) I specifically ordered the king crab legs for him because it has more meat in it. Needless to say, I’m overall disappointed with my experience and I won’t be going back because it’s three strikes and I’m out.

The food was good, and I ordered the fried whiting fish basket (2). But, it was only 5 shrimp and a half of whiting (2) with a lot French fries. I was not expecting to see less sea food on the top and the bottom of the basket filled the French fries.

This ordered was placed today as in 15 minutes ago. Not only did I offer to send them the pictures of the their mistake to allow them to fix it but they proceeded to call me a liar . Both of my orders were to include half a pound of crab legs I was absolutely not sent that , I was sent one order with no crab legs at all and another with 1 individual crab leg instead of the cluster that is supposed to be provided as the store member stated on the phone . Ordered the “make your own combo” on doordash, spent $25 on small quantity items such as shrimp & muscles spicy , ended up getting sick to my stomach and using the bathroom all night. Don’t recommend this place at all !

Very very poor. Shrimp still had the black intestine gut - was disgusting. Shrimp is of very poor quality, had a stale taste to it. Corn was tasteless. Counterperson was so not friendly. Very very bad- will never order there again DB Jan 2024

i ordered a make my own bag. I got a pound of snow crab legs,a pound shrimp head off but still received them head on,lobster tail,boiled egs,corn & sausage. the food was not fresh and the sauce was bland and oily. Initially, after eating the food i became ill. would not recommend 0/10

Do not go there this place is horrible I bought 3 pounds shrimp from them my family couldn’t eat even one shrimp from the bag because the shrimp wasn’t fresh it taste bad..I wanted to return it when I go back they already close this is ridiculous you cannot sell people disgusting food like that ..we didn’t pay for nasty shrimp. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 I wish I could give a zero star 🤮

They are mismanaging this place, They are NOT CLEANING THE SEA FOOD PROPERLY & it’s extremely expensive for the CUSTOMER NOT TO GET WHAT THEY ORDERED & GET CLEAN SEAFOOD. Something needs to be done or they need to SHUT DOWN THIS LOCATION. It’s a HEALTH HAZARD to the community.
