Bucks Bar - St Andrews

The chicken burgers were made of food, and the drinks were very liquid. The menu showed prices and the staff made me pay. It’s definitely a building, there were walls and a ceiling, very impressive!!!

Probably the best thing that could have taken Ziggy's spot. Food was really good and fresh. The menu was large but everything was decently priced and the cocktails were generous. Will be back, encourage others to visit.

Popped in for a late lunch, food was fantastic, portion size is Great valve for money. Milkshakes are to die for a must try.

Great vibe and music in the restaurant- and it was heart warming to see Ziggy's replaced by something new and out of the box for St Andrews Team were efficient and friendly, lots of smiles even though the night was fully booked (from a customer perspective) Burger was good, looking forward to trying the others Thanks a million Bucks

Food was excellent, as good as the ones in Glasgow, staff friendly, venue a bit small and busy but nice and good music, we will be back for more!

Had an Absolute Class experience. The Manager cracked the jokes had a bit banter and instantly made you feel like you were at a friend's rather than a restaurant. The food was phenomenal the burgers were moist and juicy and the Mac and Cheese in the waffle was sublime Absolutely will be returning, regret not booking our special days when we had the opportunity

We had a great time visiting Bucks Bar St Andrews! DJ and the team looked after us from the moment we arrived (last minute and with 1 toddler and 1 baby) nothing was too much trouble for them! We felt looked after throughout our stay! Food, as always 10/10 Buttermilk Chicken was melt in the mouth and the wife’s Buck Mac Burger was devoured in good time! We finished on the famous Cheesecake Dollop…quite possibly the best Cheescake we’ve ever had! If you’re after somewhere to eat in St Andrews, look no further!

Very impressed. Had the lunch deal of popcorn chicken, chips and a drink. Excellent portion size and great taste. Friendly down-to-earth service. Cosy wee place that I can't wait to return to to try more of the menu.

Food was amazing. Best chicken in St Andrews. Lovely staff who managed to squeeze us in on a very busy afternoon. Fantastic cocktails and loved the rock vibes and music. Can’t wait to go back.

Really great food. Staff were super nice. It's a really busy place though, I would recommend you book. Multiple people were turned away while we were there. It's quite a small place. Food was quite fast, great quality. Lots of choice.

Food was amazing - best wings I’ve ever had! Kathryn has been so lovely each time we’ve visited, first with our pug & secondly recommending my partner extra hot sauces. Always very nice and friendly staff and the food and vibes are great 😊 🍗

Fantastic experience. Having been to other locations in the past this wasn't a surprise. We had a table of 7 for a team dinner, orders were take promptly. Food was awesome. We will all be back. Thanks from all the team at Kilo Club.

Chicken 🐔 like lots of chicken 🐔. If chicken 🐔 is your thing then Bucks is the place. From plain Jane chicken to burn your lips of chicken 🐔 then this is for you. Various styles of fries, wings, burgers and shakes. They have done well to keep some of the look from Ziggys, but at the same time made it their own. Impressed yes, but you will need an empty stomach to cope with the portion size.

Staff were kind enough to squeeze us into a 1 hour slot before they needed the table we were seated at. Service was excellent staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. Booths were a bit tight though!

Overrated. Chicken was a bit soggy, and the menu is unimaginative. Terrific fries.

In for a meal for 2. This bucks venue is one of the smaller venues in what looks to be a converted downstairs flat with a few booths and some tables so its a bit snug. Staff were good , food came out within minutes and was of a good standard. Just under £50 for 2 mains , 2 drinks and a side which is decent value. Parking options outside so no parking issues. My only suggestion add brown sauce (hp) to your selection of sauces.

Good food for sure! Sometimes there are issues with item. S not arriving with delivery, but when I did reach out to them, they were able to provide a solution. Definitely worth a visit, but make sure to book in the evening as it can be quite busy!

Good wee spot, Glasgow location is awesome! Great chicken burger and if you’re looking to burn your lips off then order the hottest wings you can !

Food and staff brilliant, wrong order sent ,2 meals should have had chunky chips but came with French fries ,drinks should have been 3 regular coke but served diet coke.

Didn't enjoy our dining experience here. Tables were so cramped. Food was okay. Wouldn't go back though

Ordered a bucks bar on Deliveroo, when it arrived it was cold and undercooked and had hair in it (we contacted them personally) we were told to leave a review. Our chips were hard and cold - I don’t even think they had been cooked? And one of the burgers had a massive hair in it. We contacted them directly to resolve this issue and were told there’s nothing wrong? We spent £60 on this order! Poor service and even poorer food, we’ve had buck bar before and enjoyed but this is disappointing - we won’t be back.

First time eating from here, asked the lady at counter to make sure there was no veg on my burger or that as i dont like veg. After getting home the burger was drenched in onions chillies and so much more!! Chicken wings were so dry texture was so strange. Chips are amazing.... First time going with so much expectations but dont think i would go back, cheaper and better options elsewere in my opinion.
