Very busy, busy waffle house. Waiting line was long. The music was way too loud.

This might be a place to come to in a daytime at night time it’s a little bit more weird. The cook is not cooking the food the way you’re requesting it the people at the window that’s taking your order. They’re not listening to your order. They’re changing the prices, but Food from there a week ago and believe me took my stomach tsunami. It’s not the first time going there late night the older waitress they seem exhausted and can be very rude. I tip no matter what

I wanted to call out my server Diego. He did an amazing job. Was attentive and watching him work the customers was impressive. Whatever you are paying him is not enough. The rest of the team were great as well but Diego did stand out. Happy Holidays!

A bit of a wait to get in but our waitress Angel was super nice, fun, and inviting! She was patient with all 6 of us and made extra sure to get our order right and kept us updated on how much longer it would take. The waffles were super good and doughy in the middle, will definitely come back!

I just had a religious experience at Waffle House. I swear to God, I walked in a broken woman and left believing in humanity again. The host? An absolute general in the battlefield of waffle-craving chaos. He managed a mob of hungry degenerates with the precision of a seasoned air traffic controller—except instead of planes, it was drunk people, truckers, and families making questionable decisions at 8 AM. Flawless execution. Now, let’s talk about the food. The bacon? CRISPY. Like, so crispy it had crunch-to-texture ratio engineers should study. The hashbrowns? Perfection. Not a single sad, soggy strand of potato in sight. The waffle? Somehow both crispy and fluffy, like if a cloud did CrossFit. I took one bite and had to sit there and reflect on my life choices. Have I ever been this happy before? Unclear. The atmosphere? Immaculate. The music was a perfect mix of “I could cry to this” and “let’s fight in the parking lot.” The whole place was clean, which—if you’ve been to a Waffle House, you know—is about as rare as seeing a shooting star. But the staff? Oh my God. These people worked harder than I ever have at anything. They were sweating, multitasking, reading minds, and somehow still being nice. Like, I asked for a side of butter, and my server said, “Of course, honey!” HONEY. I almost cried. I didn’t want to leave. I literally considered throwing my birthday party at this Waffle House. Like, imagine getting a cake, blowing out the candles, and then IMMEDIATELY housing a triple order of hashbrowns. Name something better. You can’t. 11/10. Would die happy here.

My kids always love this location in Davie we try to come 1 to 2 times out of the month for them. The staff is friendly, very prompt, and helpful. They listen to detail and keep the bathrooms very clean.

I recently visited Waffle House with a friend, and we had such a wonderful experience every time, thanks to our amazing waiter, Manoucheka. She always knew exactly what we wanted and was incredibly patient with us while we decided on what to eat. Her friendliness and attentiveness made every visit enjoyable. I had the s'mores waffle this time, and it was delicious! My friend had the blueberry waffle, which they loved as well. While the food is great, it's really Manoucheka's exceptional service that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend this Waffle House location!

We just got off a cruise, and hands down, this was the best breakfast we’ve had all week! The staff was awesome, super friendly even with the place being busy and hectic. We’re from Canada, and this spot made us feel right at home. Those hashbrowns with all the fixin’s? Absolutely unforgettable. We’re already talking about coming back just for another plate!

Honestly, pulling up, you would think this is another dirty run down Waffle House, but it's not. Once inside, you can tell the staff clean regularly, care about you as a customer, and put forth real effort in regards to the service and food quality. We don't frequent often, but every time we have come here, it's been a great experience.

We've eaten in many times at this location. Food is great, usually get the All-Star breakfast. On this occasion I placed a pickup order and when I got home I was pleasantly surprised at their remarkable takeout trays and containers. Would have taken pics but everything was hot and delicious and we dove right in. Pics maybe next time. 😉

Handstand one of the best waffles I’ve ever had. Simple food, but very tasty, portions are very good size. Definitely recommend to try it if you’ve never been to a waffle house.

I like there set up they have. you can tell they get really busy and push out crazy amounts of breakfast plates... I sat down at the bar, and they removed plates out the way immediately for you to sit down and place your order. They ask you how you want your eggs to cook what kind of toast bread and what you are drinking. A very simple place very delicious food.

Great place always! Our waitress Shameka I think that is how she spelled her name was wonderful she was great with us and the table behind us that had two boys crying and fighting each other. She helped the mother to calm them and kept them occupied when she was over there. Now to the food everything was great!

Its a waffle house, food usually taste the same,our waiter seemed new, he kept forgetting to bring some of our food, but very nice man and we was patient with him.

This is the worst waffle house in the world straight up hood. The waffle house is next to the Holiday Inn express and suites. They close the door at 8:30. The only way they will take your order is online order. You can forget about trying to place your order online. If you go to the one off, they will just stand there and look at you and stare and will not say nothing. You are better off walking to the Wawa. To get something to eat. This place is horrible.

You guys should put on your website, Facebook and your Google maps that you guys DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO COME INTO YOUR RESTAURANT AFTER 12AM (MIDNIGHT) so people are not driving 20-30 mins to your location to find that out on the windows of your store. I have lived traveled all over the USA and NEVER HAD a place tell me I had to order my food TO GO. Who does that??? So for everyone NEEDING TO KNOW, they will not serve you any food after 12am unless you want it TO GO and you go eat it in your car! Just FYI. This is 4/19/25.

This was my first and definitely my last time eating here. Honestly, I had passed by several times thinking the place looked nice and worth trying, but when I finally decided to give it a shot, the food was really underwhelming. The service was great — the staff is very friendly and attentive — but the food just didn’t live up to the expectations. Way too average for the price and presentation.

Would give 0 stars if I could how u gonna be "24hrs" but only do go orders after 8:30pm

Should be ashamed to call itself a Waffle House. Take out ONLY starting at 8:30 PM is a JOKE. All the other Waffle Houses are dine in at night. Used to be my go to place to end the night good. Now I'm left with Dennys or Ihop 🫤

This place is absolutely disgusting. The floors are gross, kitchen is a mess, and I just watched an employee stick their gloved hand in the overflowing trash to push it down and then walk back onto the floor without changing their glove! The health department seriously needs to pay this place a visit.

I have gone to this location pretty frequently, dine in and take out and always had great food/service. I was really disappointed in the customer service I received during my last visit, to the point of feeling very uncomfortable. I did an online order and when I went to pick it up I was told by one of the workers that I should have added a tip. I always tip when I dine in, but never tip when I do carry out orders. I was so disturbed by this comment as it was very rude and inappropriate.

My entire order was wrong. I asked for city ham and received bacon. I asked for a chocolate pancake and got a plain one. Then she took it back and they sprinkled chocolate chips on it and gave it back. We asked for cheese on the eggs and grits and there was no cheese on either. Lastly we asked for fruit punch and a coke and received two teas. How do you get both drinks wrong? What did the waitress write on the note pad? I need corporate to call me because this made absolutely no sense. Highly disappointed. I spent $30+ on these two orders and both were wrong.

I’m not giving this Waffle House a 1 star based off of 1 visit. I came here twice and both times it was unpleasant. The grits tasted awful the first time. The second time they were clumpy. I was overcharged the first time and they only tried to refund me for 1 thing. My second visit was ok but the employees were not. I asked for extra jelly from the girl at the window and she told someone else to get it but the woman was clearly working on orders when the girl herself could’ve went and grabbed the jelly. It took like 4 minutes too get the jelly. My sausage was BURNT.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience at your Davie, FL location, which has historically been my go-to Waffle House due to the limited nearby options. I was shocked to learn that the dine-in option is no longer available after 8:30 p.m., especially given that this location is in a college area (NOVA) and it was a Friday night at approximately 1:00 a.m. Additionally, despite an empty parking lot, I was instructed by a security guard,who was unnecessarily rude,that I was not permitted to wait in front of the restaurant for my food and was told to move. Due to the dine-in option no longer being available, I was forced to leave the premises with my order and eat it at home, where the food was cold and soggy. What made this even more confusing was the presence of at least ten employees inside the restaurant, despite there being no other customers at the time. This experience reflects a significant decline in customer service and overall operations at this location. This is just ridiculous and for a fact it will hinder business in the future. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I will not be returning.

While we were waiting the hostess gave sits to other customers who weren't in line. Finally after 20 minutes we were set at a children's table, even if a table of 4 seats was available. Instead the hostess gave that table with for free seats two boys. Obviously she wasn't following the waiting list order but it was preferential.

This is the worst waffle house in the world straight up hood. The waffle house is next to the Holiday Inn express and suites. They close the door at 8:30. The only way they will take your order is online order. You can forget about trying to place your order online. If you go to the one off, they will just stand there and look at you and stare and will not say nothing. You are better off walking to the Wawa. To get something to eat. This place is horrible.

I willnot go back there again. Haven't been there for a while. Only two tables with people. All other tables dirty. I went to 1 and started to clean it. One of the 3 workers that was just standing there talking, came over and said "I will do that". The service was almost nonexistent. BUT! The food was EXCELLENT!

I was so disappointed when I got to school and sat down to eat my food I took one bite and nearly choked on a piece of plastic , I decided to take another bite and ate another piece due to me being in class already I could not leave school to take it back I threw it out to the cats around my school , as I examined the pieces of the plastic I can see it came from the meat , which also made me question was my food even cooked ? I understand you guys are busy but a child could have easily choked on this please be more mindful and careful I will never come back to this location again !

I Love Coming Here BUt This Night The Haitian Lady Was So rude about a Tip Even Before We Can Give it to her I asked for her name and she said she is not giving it to me , her Attitude Is rude the manger laughed in the back just horrible coustmer service stop signing up for jobs you don’t want to do we should not have to pay you to do your job if we tip then that’s extra but with that attitude no tip , then she went to the back to sleep .

This place needs to be shut down! Floors sticky, place super dirty. Waitress takes out garbage, washes plates and serves food all at once without washing hands. Will not be coming here ever again.

Walked in at 8 am, wanted to order to go. Told I needed to go back outside and stand at the window. Go and stand in the cold this morning outside to order food, hence give you my money, with 6 customers in your restaurant. Didn't order. They don't want people inside I guess. Probably why prices are so high, to compensate for no tipping service from people not dining in.

Didn't even get to eat. Walked in and we were told it would be a 20 minute wait for a booth but if a seat opened at the counter, we could go sit. 2 seats open, we go sit down, and this guy who was BEHIND the counter comes around and asks what our names are on the list. He then removes us from the seats, after being told there was no wait for the counter, and two other people were placed there instead (who did not even want those seats, they said this right as the seats opened up, that they didn't even want the seats). Then, the same guy pulls a party from the very end of the list, completely skipping over everyone in line, and placing them. The wait was also longer than 20 minutes. No customer service and no communication. Not going back.

Placed name on the waiting list, asked hostess about the bar, she said "first come first serve, there is no list and no one wants to sit there". A couple leaves, no one moves to those seats, they stayed open, so we we to them and sat down. After sitting for about 10 minutes, some other employee, comes around from behind the counter and says we can't sit there, we have to move because there is a list. The couple he brings over continued to say that didnt want to sit at the counter, but decides "I guess". We politely moved, it wasn't the customers fault, even though they didn't want to sit there. But, I do blame the establishment for lack of communication with guests, lack of communication as a team, and confusing guests waiting trying to figure out what is going on. The original 20 minute quote for a table...that turned into 30 minutes. Then staff proceeds by skipping multiple parties of 2 on the waitlist, and seats the last name on the list. Yes, we left, and did not give them our business.
