Spacious with tall ceilings and large windows, this place is really cozy! Everything is always clean and the food is fresh and delicious! I appreciate that there is a full menu, complete with a kid's section and even beer and wine! The pastries are amongst the best on the island, with a perfectly flaky exterior and fluffy interior. This is a popular place for those who work remotely so even though you may hear a myriad of conversation, you still have your own space.

I can’t express enough how much I love this place. I actually used to live at Urby and one of my favorite things was being able to go right into the lobby and smelling the coffee and ordering such tasty pastries. I love how their menu is always evolving and they’re always adding such great dishes. The owner is one of the sweetest human beings you will ever meet…. I recently visited Americano Cafe for the first time and had a great experience. There was free parking, and the place was clean and peaceful. The customer service was friendly and nice , and the matcha was amazing I liked the way she made it . I came with my boyfriend to do some work, and we ordered smoked salmon along with drinks. The bathroom was clean, and we enjoyed the calm atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit. Definitely coming back again as study place :)

Superb seating along with scrumptious options. I ordered a salmon option with three eggs sunny side up that came with a salad and super crisp potatoes. That along with an iced coffee with a shot of red eye espresso really made a mini brunch post touring the ships well worth the wait. Very attentive counter staff and the lady redhead server was loud amongst the clamoring of a busy brekkie crowd. She bellowed orders that were clear and caught the attention of people for their meals.Very affable and polite staff here. Spacious seating and impeccable restrooms. Definitely another spot down at that URBY that is well within price ranges and a great review!

Absolutely love Americano Cafe! The free Wi-Fi and parking make it super convenient. The coffee and tea drinks are top-notch, and their matcha is the best I've had. Don't miss out on their French toast and avocado toast - they're divine!

Wow! I stopped by Americano for the first time this morning and I can already tell I am going to be a regular. They have a lot of unique drinks to choose from and the Barista was really helpful in curating something for my tastes. Service was amazing. Also a really stunning place on the inside should definitely visit if you are on Staten Island.

First time eating here and it was fantastic! Even on Valentine's Day, the wait was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. The vibes were great and the service was absolutely awesome. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with top-tier food, I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!

Pretty great coffee! Environment is great for studying and WFH with plenty of seating areas. Drinks are good, cannot speak to the food

I had been trying for ever to visit this cafe, it’s just far from where I live so never made it. Today on a rainy day I just woke up & was craving for French toast, and tired of same old places. Needed to visit someplace new, and decided to go there. Took me more than an hour but I am glad . This place looks amazing, one of the beautiful cafe I have visited in NY so far, definitely the best looking one on the island! I have much appreciation for the green inside & the use of wood ! Very inviting, I can just seat here all day doing nothing! And I am very picky with places when it comes to cafe where I feel comfortable to stay longer. I think I have find myself one! I ordered their French toast, and medium house coffee. Because the server said that’s the strongest coffee they have. Including tip the Total came to $22.09, yes it’s kinda expensive! Was the French toast worth the price, not really ! Coffee was great tho. Customer service was good , could be better. Especially when it’s not busy at all. I will be coming back to try their other yummy looking food.

Everything was great til getting my breakfast: Cafe eggs breakfast ( 3 eggs (sunny side),tater and salad) and waffle. Took more than 15 mins to serve. I also order an americano. It was slight bitter...coming from a mouth that drinks illy. Would I come back...might. that's if they improve on the serving time.

I really wanted to like this place but I just hated my food. My eggs were disgusting... I was expecting way more. Also my matcha was cold and tasted artificial.... not a fan compared to other matcha lattes I tried. This is just a place to get coffee and pastries. Cute ambiance but I definitely preferred Wynwood which unfortunately closed. Smh cute place though

I came here for brunch and had a very frustrating experience. After waiting 40 minutes without receiving any food, I went to the cashier to ask how much longer it would take. I was told it “could be any minute,” but it later became clear that our order had not even been properly entered. After that, a waitress came over to apologize and told us the food was being prepared. She asked if we wanted any drinks or food while waiting and assured us it would be ready in 5 more minutes. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting another 20 minutes, making the total wait time nearly one hour. When the food finally arrived, it was only room temperature, which was very disappointing after such a long wait. While an apology was offered, the overall service and kitchen coordination were unacceptable for a brunch spot. I would not recommend this place if you value your time or expect efficient service.

I have been to this place before. What bothers me the most is the amount of time that one has to wait for a cup of coffee . The staff ignores you and chit chats w other ppl while leaving you standing there . I ordered my cortado and she got the milk wrong the first time bc she wasn’t paying attention she was too busy talking to her friend. Then she gives me the right milk but it must have went bad. When I Said the milk might be bad she laughed at me and said no it’s not. And proceeded to have a terrible attitude. Good luck w all that. 😂
