Our Staten Island location is rated 3.9 out of 5 stars, based on 27 reviews. We are open seven days a week, with hours from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. There was something wrong with my food , it was the boss guy. Tall dark hair, Indian man. He thought it was funny. I need these people charged for what they did. It was disgusting. I spent 3 dollars too much at this store. If you see this man please avoid the place it’s terrible. Other than that the people that work there are nice. The people that served me, Andrew and Alex, were the best I’ve ever met. I love them. The food was good but that guy was there so it was difficult. The picture that follows was me reading the price too much

Love Cinnabon
After a long day at the mall, we stopped at this Cinnabon for a snack. There was an older gentleman here who was very sweet, and he looked quite proud of his work- so refreshing to see! We ordered the center of the bun and were not disappointed. Sweet, fluffy, and cinnamony.
The only Cinnabon on the island, located on the first floor of the center court (where the fountain used to be) of the Staten Island Mall. As for the food and service, they’ve got quite a selection of delicious cinnamon pastries and other bakery items, the “Center of the Roll” was amazing and I would recommend it highly. The aroma of cinnamon always hits you when you ride the up escalator and makes you want to come right back down and get something.

After a long day at the mall, we stopped at this Cinnabon for a snack. There was an older gentleman here who was very sweet, and he looked quite proud of his work- so refreshing to see! We ordered the center of the bun and were not disappointed. Sweet, fluffy, and cinnamony.

The only Cinnabon on the island, located on the first floor of the center court (where the fountain used to be) of the Staten Island Mall. As for the food and service, they’ve got quite a selection of delicious cinnamon pastries and other bakery items, the “Center of the Roll” was amazing and I would recommend it highly. The aroma of cinnamon always hits you when you ride the up escalator and makes you want to come right back down and get something.
First time having this or anything at a cinnabon, but definitely don't regret it. Gave in to my guilty pleasure 🙈🤗 when I tried the double chocolate mocha chillatta 🤤 (3.11.2021). Loved that it wasn't overly sweet. Thirst quenching, given the heat today. The server was also very nice. Update...today had myself my regular this time the server enlargened it hahah 11.19.2021 went back for another round...this time had the double chocolate mocha chillatta w/added oreos...all I have to say is....🤤
Got mean girls mini roll… they added the pink sauce on top and it tasted so sweet. Not my liking 😂

Great place,great customer service, manager was a big help. Even helped me out with the app.
When I purchased my Cinnabon there were hot. The place and the servers looked clean. The servers were friendly and polite.

Genuinely do not eat at this cinnabon, I've only ever gotten a good order from there once where I guess I got a decent employee at the time. The rest of the time my food has been cold, uncooked, or whatever else. Please save your money, you're better off getting one from somewhere like Panera Bread for example, or even making / buying your own from a store. Such a shame since I love Cinnabon, just not this one.
