Excellent food. In my opinion best Chinese food in Staten Island. They have new staff who are two young ladies. During last visit they made me feel discriminated against by the way these girls asked me a bunch of questions, stared at me as if I was a freak and were reluctant to hand me my order which I placed online but paid for by using cash. I'm sick and tired of Staten Islanders and their attitudes towards me because I'm Latino.

Unpleasant ordering experience. I ordered general tsos chicken and the chefs special chicken arrived instead. I paid online but had to sign the receipt when the order came. I put 0 tip on the receipt because I had cash. The delivery man had the nerve to ask me if i was going to give him a tip. Not ordering from here again.

This place is really bad, we specifically asked for a pan fried flounder and they gave us steamed flounder instead and it wasn’t even cooked properly it was discusting we end up throwing it away. Be careful everyone the place may look clean but the way they handle our food is another, Really awful!!

This place is really bad, we specifically asked for a pan fried flounder and they gave us steamed flounder instead and it wasn’t even cooked properly it was discusting we end up throwing it away. Be careful everyone the place may look clean but the way they handle our food is another, Really awful!!

The food tastes gross it was so soggy and sour. The quality is getting worse and worse, as well as the portions. don’t reccomend don’t go back!

We ordered take on July 4th. A part of the order was a quart of Shrimp Chow Mein. When I looked at my plate I discovered this horrible sight. The Shrimp was never deveined and cleaned properly. They expect you to eat Shrimp fescues? What does that say for what is going what you don't see? This place has always used large deveined and properly cleaned Shrimp. Very, Very Disappointed.

Ordered today, chicken was strinie Broccoli wasent cooked sauce was over cooked and tasted burned. The one thing I liked was the chicken soup it was delicious. Sad to say I can not afford to throw money away on bad food. This will be my last time ordering from clown palace.

TRASH!!!!!!! 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE I Ordered a tofu combo w/veggies, and i got like 5 pieces of tofu - NEVER again. Customer service was basuraaa! the lady was nasty and told me "nex time yu orda from anoda location " (in your favorite chinese accent) - they didn't even send me utensils, and I had rice, veggies & dumplings, all of which at least a fork is needed and all of which just tasted very plain, mushy and gross , like no flavor whats so ever. This was the first and LAST TIME i would ever order from here.... my ADVICE, buy from Yum yum or Number 1, so you don't end up giving your $30 worth WACK A** food to the homeless, and end up still hungry. :)

Disgraceful. Ordered food at 645. Was told 45-hr. 8pm no food, 815pm no food. Called, they said 10 min. Still No food Got a call from them saying they could b there by 9!!! Place is 6 min away by car!!!! They treat ppl terribly. Last 2 times, I felt food not as good, it was wilted; did not taste good. Used to b so fresh. So I guess something going on. I ll never order from them again. Was a customer for over 20 years. What a joke! They can't make a delivery 5 min away in under 2 hours. Unaccepable.

We ordered a seafood and vegetable pan fried noodles and a seafood love nest. Their scallop has a sour center and went gone bad, when we addressed this to the waiter, he asked 'what do you want me to do about it?' And wouldn't replace the dish for us. Later another waiter came to is that claims she's the manager and told us the scallop is suppose to taste like that and lied through her teeth. I'm never coming back here again!

The woman that answered the phone confirmed that she can see my order history with the same address for yrs but would not take my order this time. Which was insane and the option I was given was to order through Grubhub or Uber eats WOW!!! What joke!!

Ordered steamed pork dumplings and they forgot to give me dumpling sauce. When you call they say, we will bring it to you later. I'm eating now before the food gets cold. I do not like them without sauce. Refuse to refund the money for them. Screw them never will order from them again. And I always give 7 to 10 dollar tip.

It's definitely not the same anymore. I've been going to Crown Palace for some 25 years ... From when the original owner Pam was there . Then a new owner came in ... Candy is one of the owners, food definitely different be good ... Then I recently went there on Saturday 9/4/22 ... Kept asking if Candy was in , was told she is on vacation... I didn't believe this and the food proved I was right! Totally different chef , totally different food from the dim sum to the butterfly shrimp to the $45 duck !! I have never been served duck that was sliced so thin like boar's head ham! Buried in so much lettuce... I asked over and over again if the business was sold again and they said no ... Impossible whole cooking staff different. Won't be going back anytime soon. Just tell the customers the truth... If I'm wrong CANDY will be back with the original chefs ... Don't think so.... To bad ....

The employees here treat their customers extremely disrespectfully. I ordered in and I asked for a small dipping cup of duck sauce for each egg roll for each person here. They had the audacity to charge my card more money after the total was established to tell me I get one size of duck sauce for numerous egg rolls. They did not call me, they took it upon themselves to just adjust prices and charge me more. When I called them about this they told me everyone in the house can share one sauce. That is disgusting for 6 people to be double dipping into a very small cup of duck sauce that is never even full. Then she started screaming at me that she wasnt refunding me that she would only refund me 80 cents. I sent back the entire order due to the indecency and disrespect. I ordered from them at least twice a week and now they lost a loyal customer.

This place has kinda gotten my three strikes at this point. I’m not going to be giving them my money moving forward. The quality of the food is getting worse and worse each time I order as well the consistency of the type of chicken they are using and there has been more than one occasion in which a mistake was made with my order and the refund that was promised was not submitted.
