Hot Bagel

I never post reviews but I had to for this place! I’m pretty sure it’s a family run business and the woman working there was the sweetest!! The bagel i got was so fresh and you could see them making them in the back. Will definitely be my new bagel spot.

My husband went there yesterday for the first time…he was so impressed on the friendly welcome he received as soon as he walked in…he ordered a dozen bagels …they were excellent….we live on the other side of the island, he was picking up meds from the animal hospital across the street and decided to run in for bagels…from now on, every time we need to go to the vets, we will definitely get more bagels…highly recommend…you won’t regret…

I come here every morning for either an everything bagel with cream cheese or an everything bagel, bacon, egg and cheese with jalapeño... they never disappoint... prices are reasonable, too. Great little hidden spot on the Island.

I ordered a few times from them... Everything I ordered was perfect. The delivery was right on time. The owners are such nice people. I am glad to do business with them.

Great homeade bagels! And great prices for around $4 for a bagel with cream cheese. Not sure why other people complain about the amount of cream cheese, you don’t need 10 pounds of CC, they put the right amount. Overall a good local spot to grab a quick bagel on the run. Also looks like a good convenience spot for coffee and whatever else. Nice owners in the shop you can tell they care about their customers.

Organic hand made bagels, Organic home made and toast beef! Absolutely the best bagle I have tried on this island! And it’s so cheap compare to other places! 12.99 for roast beef, mozzarella, bacon lettuce and tomato sesame! Delicious!

They have the best fresh bagels and I pick up my lottery tickets too. They are very nice and polite. I think it is a family bagel store. Thank you

I was passing through Staten Island to go home. I was getting hungry, so I stopped Here for a bite to eat. The bagels smelled so good, but I was I the mood for a grilled chicken ceaser wrap ( very good 😋). The service was good, it was busy but the line kept moving 👌. I have to try their bagels next time. 👍👍👍👍

Almost 9$ for a BLT. 3 slices of bacon that was cooked hours prior, 2 slices of a tomato and some lettuce. All on a roll cheap roll..

This place is getting worse and Bad! Every time I go to stop there it's a year and a half wait for a bagel. There is 3 people there but 1 works. I don't get it. Time to move on

This is an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and bacon for $9. I went back to ask for more cream cheese since I paid almost $10 to have the guy argue with me and give me this. The fact that there was less cream cheese than the barley there already is insane

I went there this past Friday morning 12/18. Dirty floor, cardboard on it because of snow. I asked for 4 everything bagels with cream cheese and 8 everything with nothing on them. I get them for visitors from out of state.my granddaughter couldn't even chew it. My son's was ok. My hubs ok. The bag had stale rock hard bagels. I was there about 845am I guess he mixed fresh and stale from Thursday.... I won't be going back after spending $15+ very disappointed they couldn't take the 8 home....usually I just food saver them.....

I've been coming here for a few years. Recently, they wanted $3.99 for Altoids. When I questioned the price, the manager was rude. He called me a problem customer. I suppose he's referring to the time I wanted my money back for stale bagel chips. I'll gladly remove this review and spend my money here again if they reply with an apology. If not, 7-11 is not that much further.

Came here for a lunch item. Ordered from the menu, didn't get what I ordered and the chicken tasted like dirt. A wrap, chips and a Snapple came out to $12. Are you kidding me? Maybe if it's was halfway decent. Eat at your own risk.
