The best chicken and rice in NYC! Forget everything else this if your looking for some delicious food, great service this is the place to be. The naans are cooked fresh to order by a Naan specialist who is a master at the craft and all the food is made with such passion it truly shows. I would highly recommend this spot. What an outstanding customer service. The food is excellent. Finally a place near my apartment, I can treat myself whenever I feel tired & don't wanna cook lol. When we walked in we immediately felt so welcomed, loved the color of the walls because it's so inviting . Not too big of place but if you feel like you wanna just seat down & eat freshly made food you can do that. . Obviously this place is halal & don't serve alcohol! So as a Muslim I don't have to think twice about eating there. Me & my son went there the second we found out about this place just to show support to our people! Loved the butter chicken with fresh nun, also tried chicken 65. Liked it a lot. As for the prices go I don't mind, because food is soo good . I have spent more money on junk food than freshly made desi food. Thank you so much guys, keep up the excellent work. Btw, they just opened like a month ago. Give them some time & they will do excellent with everything! We will definitely be back for sure. Thank you again for the love you guys shoes us..!

EDIT to our original review below : On our third trip to order (we ordered 10 kebabs and 10 naan a second time) , we ran into the owner who was there during our first visit. He informed us that the first time we visited, he undercharged us and did us a favor. I acknowledged them giving us a complimentary naan and informed him that act made us repeat customers, and his response was that he gave us a free kebab too and that we should know the favor he did for us. Unfortunately, this has left a sour taste for us and I will be paying them the $4 as a tip next time for the $1.50 naan (which was said to be complimentary) and $2 kebab (that was their mistake on charging). I have edited by service and atmosphere stars to reflect this as 1) if it were complimentary, one doesn’t need to use that to brag OR 2) they made a mistake and we customer paid what we were told was the bill. Original review below : Highly recommend giving this place a try! Craving some chai, my wife and I decided to check out this spot. When I walked in, the lady asked which chai I wanted—regular or Kashmiri. I asked whether they use packets or make it fresh, and she told me it’s made fresh, so I ordered one of each. While we were seated waiting for our chai, I looked over the menu and decided to try a chicken kebab as well. During that time, the owner and I were chatting about Pakistani food on the island. I mentioned how hard it is to find good naan in Staten Island and how we usually have to go all the way to Coney Island. The owner was kind enough to put in a complimentary naan order for us. When everything arrived, it was far better than expected. The kebabs were some of the best I’ve had in recent memory, and the naan was definitely the best I’ve had on the island. The regular chai was decent, but the Kashmiri chai was incredible—topped with the nuts it’s traditionally served with. The food was so good that I ended up ordering three more kebabs to take home for my siblings to try. They ended up making four, which we said was fine. Overall, I highly recommend giving them a try and look forward to exploring more of their menu—especially being able to order fresh naan and kebabs, with Ramadan coming up soon. (My mom says they’re kebabs are elite and remind her of those she used to go out specifically to eat in Lahore) Their taste, prices, and customer service have made me a customer.

I ordered chicken tikka masala and received some random tadka chicken. I have bought chicken tikka masala few months before; it did not look like this and tasted good. I don't know what happened to this restaurant. Chicken tikka masala should not be covered in hot oil.
