Cashier was really friendly, I wasn't used to it. Food was good, haven't had DQ for a while and this was a delicious treat. Sucks that the location is far and wish there was one in Brooklyn. The toll to visit is what stops me from visiting more often. Oh wells.

I mean it's Dairy Queen if you've never had it you have to do it once in your life. The ice cream is nearly as awesome and creamy as Cold Stone without the price tag and the variety is amazing. Their chicken finger basket is the best! I also took a bite of their burger from the hubby and it was simply delicious.

I order Lunch here often. Great alternative to the usual Fast Food in the area. The Chicken Sandwich is very juicy. There's hardly ever a long wait at the Drive Through and Manager Ken is always very courteous.

We just left from there so stuffed and happy. Carlos took our order helped my entire family figure out what was the best option and he was absolutely right. We loved everything from the chicken to the rice and beans and plantains and empanadas and fries. We wanted to order everything because nothing we had disappointed. The bathroom and the dining area was very clean. Carlos brought us our food and we felt so welcomed. He really made us feel like he went above and beyond with his customer service which in Staten Island or New York in general is hard to come by. 10000000/10 definitely would recommend just on the flavors and service in general.

I used the app, it gives you an estimate to pick up, had the Grill chicken ( for me is better than the fry one, ) yuca frita and Mac ( is good) food has always been hot, chicken is well cook and the grill flavor is very nice. Before I try the empanadas but it wasn’t my fav. Price is reasonable and they have a drive in. Place is clean . I recommend!

Pumpkin cookie butter shake is great everyone must try it. Order grill chicken sandwich to much mayonnaise. Flame throw burger was great and the two chicken strips tenders was good with sweet and sour sauce. And the crispy chicken combo was good too. My first visit great I'll be back.

The grilled chicken and fried chicken are delicious. If you get a 4 piece combo, they let you split, half fried or half grilled, if you like. The sweet plantains are delicious. Also, I liked the cinnamon/vanilla drink. It tastes amazing! Overall, the food is great for a quick takeout order or dine in and eat.

Pollo Campero offers well seasoned chicken. Visited on 2 occasions. We preferred the roasted chicken to the fried chicken, but both were good! They offer an assortment of sides. With the fried chicken we got the beans and the rice. Our the second visit we got the yucca fries & great mac & cheese. They also sell empanadas which were small but meaty. They offer horchata as part of their fountain drinks which was nice for a change. The restaurant has Guatemalan roots, so it's a tasty experience. We shared the 4 piece chicken meal with drink, which sells for $16.29.

This is the grand opening, so I tried this place for the first time. I ordered the fried instead of grilled chicken, which had a nice Crispy outside, tender inside and was overall good. Two pieces of chicken, one side and a biscuit or tortilla cost $9.99. I opted for the tortilla which was rolled up in a plastic baggie. I chose mac & cheese for my side. More than likely, I won’t be ordering the mac & cheese again because there was nothing too special about it. It was, however, hot by the time I ate. The chicken empanada was more of a chicken and cheese empanada. The filling was hot and good and the crust was flaky. An empanada is a little over three dollars. I ordered a fruit punch and I am dissatisfied with the lid that they provided as it quickly opened and some of my fruit punch spilled in my vehicle. They definitely need to find new lids. The creamy jalapeño sauce is very good. They give napkins, forks, spoons, in a plastic pouch and put the whole order in a brown bag with handles which was cool. The overall experience was good. I only did not give five stars because of the mac & cheese, disappointment and the lid for the fruit punch, but I will definitely be ordering again. They have a drive-through as well as plenty of parking. You can also enter the drive-through from the Forest Avenue side, or the side street. Updating additional photos and the service and food were excellent. Creamy coleslaw, hot food: Mac n cheese and empanada was delicious.

It was my first time trying their food & it was delicious. Altho I only tried the side dish mac & cheese . My parents tried the fired chicken & both said it was yummy ! I also got the mango fountain drink , it was yummy . Mac & cheese was good too. I really like the interior colors they choose, design is smile. Nothing too crazy , looks clean. Customer service was great too. Thank you guys for inviting us, I will definitely be back. Good luck with new beginning!

Great fries. The chicken was not really good though. The staff could be nicer especially the guy who is shouting the numbers twice very loud and seemed to be annoyed but the clients heard him and were only on their way.

I love this place and drive across Staten Island to get their blizzard's. My only issue (sorry to say this) but the drive through workers seem incompetent sometimes. They're slow or don't care..i don't know. Almost every time I go and order the same blizzard, they charge me for the additional topping then it's not in there ( that happened multiple times) or I order medium and they charge me for a large. My biggest issue is only 1/3 or 1/2 of the blizzard had the topping and the rest is plain ice cream Every time i go i Hope this time will be better 9/10 it's a mistake..but i love blizzards. To the owner please tell the workers to fully blend the blizzards to the bottom and if someone asks for additional toppings to make sure to add it before handing it to the customer. Thank you

Decent food ,excellent shakes.cashiers could be a little more respectful to the customers instead of chatting with coworkers and making customers wait. Also it seems to be some what of a hangout people come in sit down and play with their phones, and a homeless person keeps his personal belongings in the establishment while he stands outside and solicits money from customers. Good way to lose customers.

Staff is friendly but got old fries and burgers were a bit dried out but not bad. They need to advertise more. That location has a revolving door of fast food restaurants and it would be nice to see this one stay. If they had more turnaround I think it would eliminate that issue of the food sitting a bit too long. They could be successful with some advertising. Ice cream was true to it's name and had the traditional swirl at the top.

Every time I go there, you have to wait for food. They never have anything ready for anything whether it be a roast chicken or it’s not the same as roast chicken fried chicken a roast chicken they call it roast. Chicken is not really roast chicken it’s a whatever lemon lime chicken or whatever you’ll have to wait always gotta wait like 1015 minutes or something just to get food

Price is fair. I hate writing bad reviews but none of the food tastes good. Grilled chicken was given to me burnt and completely dry. Mac and cheese has no taste. Empanadas has some weird Taco Bell like sauce that ruins the whole empanada. I’ll only return if they change the recipes.

This may be the most disappointed I have been with the Dairy Queen brand, the specific establishment, and the experience as a whole. A drive thru visit that took nearly 40 minutes would seem to defeat the entire concept of fast food. My relatively simple order was missing one of the only 4 items I ordered was missing, and required me to bring the issue up to the staff. My dissatisfaction began almost as soon as I ordered. After a fairly long wait while parked at the microphone, a staff member began taking my order. After I gave her the first item, she stopped responding and I waiting another several minutes. After a significant period of time had elapsed, the same staff member said, "Hello, are you still there," as if I might have gone somewhere after half ordering. The ordering process itself after that was surprisingly seamless. I then spent more than 20 minutes waiting in line to pay and receive the food. There were only two cars in front of us. At long last, we reached the front of the line. After paying for the food, I began to receive my order. Despite having ordered 2 drinks and 2 blizzards, likely necessitating the cardboard drinks carrier usually provided in such situations, the drinks were passed out to me one by one. Once the blizzards began arriving in the same state, I realized that a carrier was not to be provided, and was forced to ask for one. I also did not receive one of the blizzards I ordered, despite having only placed an order for a total of 4 items. This I also had to bring up with the staff. After finally receiving all the items in my order I drove away, only to later discover that no straws had been provided with the drinks I had ordered. This is in addition to the absurdly small portions I was served. While my expectations were not especially high, nearly all parts of my experience at Dairy Queen have failed to reach them. It is a difficult task to make me reconsider future interactions with the Dairy Queen brand but I'm sorry to say my experience with this franchise has done so.

The first time I went there, the staff made it obvious I wasn’t worth their attention. They weren’t rude outright just dismissive enough to make it clear I didn’t belong. The whole atmosphere felt cold, like they’d already decided who deserved good service and who didn’t. That was enough for me to walk out and never come back. Not happy at all looks like Spanish KFC except have yucca and the sauce rocks! I love fried plantains but other than that sorry this is a major flop and I'm so disappointed 😔
