Ive only been here twice but those two times I received amazing customer service from luis. Hes very friendly and makes sure his customers have a lovely experience! The pizza is fresh and delicious, i definitely recommend coming here if you want an amazing meal and amazing service! Im definitely coming back!!😊

Stopped in for a quick slice and wound up staying for more. Pizza was delicious and the place was welcoming. The owner personally took care of my wife and I and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Staten Island has a lot of good pizza but will definitely be coming back here in the future.

The Square on Annadale is a great local pizza spot. The place is very nice, clean, and welcoming. The square pies are immaculate crispy and always made right.Mini rice ball and rolls are fantastic too. Great food, great atmosphere, and definitely worth stopping by.

The Square is made up of a collection of things that make this place a 5 Star Pizza shop. Luis is a gentleman! Always there to make sure the food and service is perfect which it always is. Their square slices are delicious. I order them for parties and I always need more! If you haven’t tried them it’s an absolute must! Annadale is a small area and is known for the bakery, the train station and this pizzeria!

I travel from NJ for a pizza pie(s) from this family owed establishment. Super friendly staff but I didn’t pay all those tolls for a smile. I came for the sauce! I don’t know what the owner puts in it but whoa! My sons love the pasta too. Highly recommend ❤️

The Square on Annadale serves very good food that's the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, the service is just average and the atmosphere is poor. Worth visiting for the quality food, but don't expect much from the setting or staff.

I have been a long time customer of the Square. Tonight I ordered a 12 slice square which was as always delicious and fresh. I also ordered fried calamari which had about 12 ring pieces with no tentacles. More importantly, the calamari was hard, dried out and chewy with zero flavor . I will continue to order the pizza but that will be as far as I go. I am a very disappointed customer.

You walk in and no one is there to greet you or say hello. I waited and waited and finally just went to Mona Lisa next door. Food is great, love the sauce. But the service is horrible. Even on the phone… they don’t answer or put you on hold. They also have a tendency of messing up your order.

Never again.. Ordered Sicilian pie and was salty and full of grated cheese.. Grated cheese doesn't go on pizza unless someone asked for it. Chicken Rolls were dry inside they looked like a sandwich..

Customer service is horrendous. The place is run by a bunch of kids. I paid $19.00 for a margarita pie, which was not a margarita pie. It was a regular cheese pie with a few pieces of fresh mozzarella. The last time that I checked, a margarita pie was made ENTIRELY of fresh mozzarella. Called the place, and they pretty much told me to kick rocks! They have a picture posted to their website of an actual margarita pie. What they gave me wasn't even close. I posted a picture of what they think a margarita pie is. The picture on the left is what I got, and the picture on the right (from their website) is what I should have gotten. This is what happens when you let kids run your business!

And the food is cold and tastes horrible. Definitely do not recommend at all.

Absolutely disappointed..called and ordered a fresh pie ( specified fresh).. only to get home to a cold RE-HEATED pie.. this is Not the first time.. I will NEVER order from this place again.. Shame on them.. they lost a good customer..

I ordered a delivery to my address. A margarita pie with extra basil. A calzone and a 2 liter bottle of diet soda. The driver didnt bring the soda. When i called the place up, the guy behind the counter said the delivery driver will bring it to you. Right now hes on a delivery. The place closed and they never brought the soda.
