W’s Philly cheesesteak is mainstay in my diet. Great neighborhood place. There’s always people in there. I only do takeout but looks like a good place to drink or sit w the family. The staff are great too and on point

Because your menu was so limited WE went next door and brought pizza slices back sat at YOUR bar and had cocktails. The bartender was so nervous the OWNER would be all over HER cams? Imagine? She should be awarding her staff for their CONSCIENTIOUSNESS in CARING for HER customers and NOT worrying about having a slice. What happened to CARING about EACH other’s wellbeing? Your staff is professional. They are NOT competitors. Professional rapport? How about having a professional relationship?

love the staff, service is great. The negative is the manager yells at the staff and bartender in front of customers which is very unprofessional and created a negative environment and therefore a negative experience. very unprofessional.

So me and my veteran brother came to this establishment looked nice sat at bar - bartender didn’t come over for over 10 min ordered drinks- she made walked away had to request menu . We ordered wing with blue cheese and a ranch - and ordered onion rings and a pizza - Wings came out only blu cheese she walked away i had to call her over i asked for the ranch we ordered with wings she tells me i have to wait till the other food comes out - I said so I’m supposed to eat my wings cold she says what do you want me to get it - i said well yea you work here no . Angry walked right to kitchen which is right at end of bar couldn’t understand why couldn’t grab and the sauce look pre made so just had to grab it . So we eat our food wings ok - pizza horrible only thing decent were onion rings . After eating got check she decided to tell me that if i decide to come back there i shouldn’t be so rude and it’s not her job to get what i ordered ! She said i don’t make the rules here so maybe the owner needs to speak with her about rules or if she is not allowed to grab a premade sauce that was ordered with the food she can’t grab it i doubt the owner would not let her grab a sauce that was missing !!! She clearly didn’t know what she was doing waitress from other side brought food for bar patron she kept walking pass it she came from dinning side just to give to person at bar!!! And rolled eyes bartender was also shaking an old fashion . Look like nice spot but i would not go back with that bartender . Today is 2/7/26 @ 5pm think her name is jyoti is what is on receipt ! Hopefully owners can fix that bar .

I visited WS Bar on February 27, 2026, to meet an old friend for a drink. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I initially ordered a Bombay martini, but it had an unpleasant tasted like a chemical.. I asked to switch it to a dirty martini made with Ketel One, and it unfortunately tasted very similar. (Got so sick) In addition to the drinks, I found the bartender’s demeanor to be unprofessional and unfriendly. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I do not plan to return. PLACE IS A DUMP

The place looked nice but…. The service was not great. We sat at the bar waited awhile before the bartender finally asked if we wanted anything ( the place had 4 other people at the bar.) we placed our order ,wings w/ ranch and blue cheese, bar pizza and onion rings. The wing came out with just the blue cheese, the bartender jyoti didn’t realize the order was wrong we let her know that it was missing items and she argued that it wasn’t her job and it will come out separately and said “what do you want me to do go get it” we said yes. The bar pizza was not that great and at the end the Bartender Jyoti decided to confront my brother for asking for the missing item which she took as rude. She was inattentive to the patrons at times looked confused this I would not patron this place again.

I had called to see what time they closed and some lady answered and said “does your mommy know your out” and I asked if she was okay and then hung up. Very unprofessional and do not recommend coming here, honestly very offending. I hope the owners know how their employees speak to their customers.
