I visit Mountain Mike’s Pizza frequently, and while the customer service has always been satisfactory, today stood out in the best way. I came in after 5 p.m. following a long day at work and noticed someone new on staff. Although it was my first time seeing her, she did not appear new to the job at all; she was confident, professional, and attentive. She truly elevated my experience. I mentioned that I was having a bad day, and she took the time to make me feel better, turning my entire evening around. I did not catch her name, but she was a bit tall with a fair complexion. I truly wish there were more employees like her at Mountain Mike’s Pizza. Her kindness and exceptional service made a lasting impression.

We came here for lunch and enjoyed the buffet. The buffet included four kinds of pizza and a well stocked salad bar. We paod just under $40 for two adults plus drinks. The pizza was hot and fresh. The tables were clean and furniture nearly new. The staff was very kind and helpful. The salad bar had two kinds of lettuce with olives, carrots, little corns, pepperchinis, macaroni salad, croutons, and many more items. There were three kinds of dressing, ranch, thousand islands and Italian. Overall, this was an amazing lunch that left us both full. We will be back to enjoy the food again.

Listen. I may be associated with a national pizza chain that serves the same items I ordered tonight (and the little extra I got ;). I would pay double to be able to eat at Mountain Mike's. Come to KY, please!!! Exceptional customer service for closing time on a Friday. Y'all are killing it.

I'm going to give it 4 stars, based on the pizza. They are probably the best tasting or consistant Mointain Mike's. Here is how we got to 2 stars. I called because I'm visiting a friend in town and they were out doing their thing so I wanted to order and pay for a pizza and they were gonna pick it up. I could order but in no way would she try to run my card over the phone. If I could run a card over the phone 25 years ago when I worked at Round Table, there shouldn't be a problem being the customer needs a Tiny special request. Honestly, I need another login that I'll never use again? So 2 stars man. I don't feel like the manager has the customers needs first, there was another customer there complaining and there was a simple solution there as well. Also the parking is terrible lol. Sorry I’ve update to 5 star they have been very very good.

Love their service and cauliflower indian style pizza. Pizza was really stuffed as you can see in picture. My kids are meat lovers but after they had this pizza they ate cauliflower pizza over meat pizza. I tried pizza after a while and I live the quality and flavor of this pizza. Service and food was 10/10.

This is my family’s favorite pizza spot. Our regular order is extra large 1/2 Combo 1/2 Pepperoni. Delicious & filling. We are never disappointed. Service is always friendly. We call ahead or order on App.

Let me start by saying I love Mountain Mikes. Food always tastes great. However, my recent visit on 11/16/25 was horrible and sadly it was only a pickup order. Ordered a medium pizza online for pickup. Estimated 20-28 mins for pickup ETA for pick up at 12:11 pm. I know this location is somewhat slow at times with pickup orders so we didn’t arrive until 12:35 pm for pickup. When we went in - was told it would be another 10 mins. That came and went with no pizza. Was not until 20 minutes later we got our food. Did not leave with my pizza until 12:56 pm. It is frustrating when a pickup time is stated and you can’t pick up the pizza until almost an hour after the given time. Meanwhile, other patrons were walking in, picking up orders, and leaving immediately. It was almost like the pizza wasn’t even started until I arrived. Very frustrating. This review is paired with a previous in person visit on 10/07 - the facility was filthy with no where to sit because tables were not being cleaned and service was slow. My latest dining in was 11/14 and it took over an hour for food - but it was still delicious - table cleaning was better but still an area that could be improved.
