Eveey time I go it is mostly empty so there not really an atmosphere but I love the pizzas and the staff is really friendly.
The cauliflower crust is really good. I really liked how crispy it turned out. I opted for this option (+$4.00) because it was a late dinner and I didn't want to feel heavy. It definitely gives subway vibes. The restaurant was clean and the staff working were very professional. It's definitely worth a try.
The boys working were so nice/ polite. I wished I could've added a sauce to my calzone, but he said they can't for some reason... oh well. The drink machine was making some loud motor noise, so I had to yell over it! Bugged me cuz I hear loud noise at work & all I wanted was to sit & eat in quite... couldn't hear the TV or music (if it was even on).
The gluten free is delicious, and I really appreciate the fixed price, regardless of the toppings, although I do wish they had a larger size. 100% will be back!
Came at 10:10pm (Javier) the employee serviced me with a smile. Some restaurants give an attitude when you come before closing. Kid deserves a raise. Made my pizza the way I like it too. 💯
I come about once a week and man do these guys know service. They are always so nice and professional, as well get your pizza out in a timely manner. Craftsmanship unlike no other pizza place in town I know. Kendrick, the general manager, is the kindest gentleman I know in the food industry. Has the warmest welcome, and the best sincerest energy every time me and my boy show up. Kudos to this place for having great management. Definitely raises and promotions should be in the conversation for Kendrick and his staff. Thank you so much guys I will definitely keep coming back to you as no other place treats me with this level of care!
I left disappointed. The food was ok but a little light on the toppings. The beer was small and they charged for ranch dressing. They have a nice shaded area for outdoor dining but the tables hadn't been cleaned for a while. The service was not mean but not friendly either. There is a lot of potential but needs work. I don't recommend you try it. The experience isn't worth the price.
Not a very clean place, bathroom is dirty, we seen 3 people here. However, only one would come out at time. When he took my pizza out 1/2 of it stuck to the oven and broke off. They did reimburse 1/2 my money. But that’s not the point. You’re in lincoln village center, step up your game. Hire some staff that want to be there.
Pizza ok, burnt on bottom. Expensive cookie that was not good, super crunchy and crumbled with first bite, I even asked if they were soft. Very very slow. Waited probably 30 minutes to order and there were only 2 people in front of us. One employee doing everything. Walked in the door about 6:15pm and didn’t get our food until after 7. Many online orders kept coming in and the one employee Michael was very overwhelmed. The other guy was not helping at all then went on a break… at that point the 4 people in line behind us walked out. Michael was friendly and working his butt off but we’re pretty annoyed we had to wait so long and didn’t even get offered a free drink or cookie AND they forgot to give us the tater tots.
Surprised that the quality and consistency of this location is what it is, compared to other locations; I think this location has only been open a year or so. Our pizza definitely didnt look like the posted pictures. They served us burnt pizza and the BBQ chicken was more BBQ, than chicken. We ordered drinks, but they didnt give us cups, lids were available but they didnt fit the cups, and some of the drink dispensers were out of order. Missing much needed quality control/management here. Been back a couple times since writing my original review, much improved quality of food today (8/12), but the dining area always seems like it requires cleaning and no one wants to see that. If you can't keep the front of the house clean what does the back of the house look like?
Pieology advertises that you can build your own pizza with as many toppings as you want at no extra cost, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I only picked around 7 toppings and still got charged $1 extra just for a bit more mozzarella. On top of that, they charged $1.50 for ranch and another $1.50 for hot honey as dipping sauces—which I’ve never had to pay for at any other similar pizza place. The crust was covered in burnt cornmeal, and even though I asked for it to be cooked a bit more, it still came out soggy and underdone. The crust itself had no flavor, and the pizza overall was a disappointment. The staff wasn’t very friendly either. Compared to other build-your-own pizza spots, this one really doesn’t measure up. I won’t be coming back.
Severely disappointed in this company, we were eager to try them for the first time due to their gluten free options and went to order on their website, however as we were completing the order we were made aware of an additional allergy within our group of people, unfortunately they don't list the ingredients on their website so we immediately began trying to call the store in the hopes of inquiring about the food item in question and possibly making an adjustment to the order however they did not answer. We continued to call 15 times over the 30 minutes it took us to drive to the store's location in an attempt to get someone on the phone but they never picked up, hung up on us a number of times and at one point either blocked our number or took the phone off the base to avoid our calls because the last 4 times I attempted to call I kept getting a busy signal but when my wife tried to call on her number it rang (though was never answered). When we arrived at the location the worker Fabian was polite and informed us they do not have a phone in the store (despite the number being listed on their Google information for this location as well as on their website), they were unable to inform us if the allergen in question was in the gluten free crust but he was able to finally get us a refund on our money. We appreciated the service this worker gave us and want to clarify our disappointment is not with this worker but with the management team and the company as a whole. The whole situation was disappointing, I feel as though this could have been easily avoided if the company had better policies in place, and find it ridiculous that any service or customer based company would not have a way for their clientele to contact their individual locations. Again, we appreciated the help Fabian gave us, he was respectful, attempted to assist us (his customers) in whatever way he could and helped to deescalate the situation - something the management and company could stand to learn.
food was good, but the person who attended us was not so good on the other hand, she kind of had a attitude towards us and it felt like she was impatient. We had ordered some wings as well, trying to get some traditional bone wings but she said they’re only serving boneless wings which was disappointing. We had said to dine-in and clearly there was favorites because everyone else was being served with a silver platter, and we received to go boxes. We’re grateful for the food but being here for the first time and from someone who works in customer service. Employees can be a little more friendlier to guests!😭
Got my daughter the gluten free pizza today and it’s burnt to a crisp she was so hungry that she didn’t want me to go back to the restaurant to complain and get another pizza made so she cut out the burnt parts and ate whatever she could. I’m disappointed at the boy that boxed this order tonight. He saw the pizza this way and still boxed it and we didn’t know until we got home
Absolutely terrible, the staff were all arrogant kids, persons pizza before us was Burt to a crisp and had to be remade. I had the person put mine back in the oven cause it did not look done at all. He does then gives me back a pizza that he put back in for 3 min, and we left. Got home to a uncooked dough pizza. So uncooked it would not even come off the parchment paper it was put on when I tried to cook it in the oven and completely fell apart. Terrible experience and will never EVER eat here again.
I n past I have had a good experience here, but this was not that. We got delivery and half the order was missing. Of the pizzas that arived one had nothing on one whole slice. The other the crust was burned. When we called it went to voicemail a full box the several other times we called someone picked up the phone and hung up each time. My wife drove across town to get the rest of the prepaid order. When she arived she had to argue with them to get the rest of the order. Don't waist your time here we have done a lot of buisness with this company now I dont beleve we will go to any of there locations after this. Truly disappointed.
Very disappointed. We originally ordered a margherita pizza. The employee could not figure out how to make it and has already added red sauce so we just went with it and added more stuff, no big deal. We go through the line added sausage and a few more items. The employee forgot to add the cheese and added on top. Again no big deal. We waited about about 20min and somehow ended up with this. I should have checked to make sure we had the right order but either way on top of it being a wrong order this was most disappointing looking pizza.
