We drive from Manteca to eat here anytime we crave sushi. There are several sushi places much closer that we used to frequent, but they just don't cut it anymore. If we want sushi, we go to Raw. It's simply amazing.

Trying their ramen for the very first time. For me, it is the best ramen in town I have had so far. Moving from a different city I have been looking for a new ramen spot but have been disappointed so far until I found Raw. highly recommended it.

Our sushi rolls were fantastic. Presentation and taste. I ordered off of their "secret menu". Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate outside by the water fountain. We'll be back! :)

This is the BEST place to get sushi in Stockton. Everything is so fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and we love the atmosphere. I am in a wheelchair which makes going to some places hard, but when I come here I feel like family.

Good food, good service, kinda pricey but I'll definitely be back. They have a good selection of Sushi, they also have good non-sushi. My wife who doesn't care for Sushi had no problems finding a teriyaki rice bowl that she enjoyed. My vegetarian daughter also liked her vegetarian roll (single in picture) while my other daughter and I really liked our Rainbow roll (closest to camera) and Tiger roll (far from camera).

Alright, here’s the review for Raw Sushi. The place is dim, like you’re dining in a cave, with barely any decor to liven things up—just sparse walls and minimal vibe. But the food? Absolutely stellar. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I’d especially recommend the vegetarian roll—it’s a standout, even for non-vegetarians. The service was solid too, with attentive staff who made the experience smooth. If you can handle the dark, modern setting, the food’s worth it.

Wanna give us a shout out to the incredible service I had at this restaurant. I had a business meeting here and some of the party was running late and did not arrive until 20 minutes before closing. The server was very accommodating and said no problem that we could stay late and eat. The food was exceptional and the server not one time was pushy about us getting out there. I can’t think him enough for being so accommodating and would recommend this to anybody. The food was great. The service was better.

I order Philadelphia roll , told them , need cooked salmaon on it , at first they gave raw called them and went back with cooked and this wot I get , salmon was so try Thea was no taste too it ,Thea was literally no cream cheese in it , I wish I could have them zero star , this place is scam . Better save your money 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 paid 16$ and drove too time to them , waste of time and money

Literally went was sat down by server. Other people came in after us. Sat there for good 15 minutes before walking out, no drinks offered nor food order taken mean while we kept seeing food and drinks come to those who walked in after us. They can't say it was busy literally two other tables besides ours. Entire time servers laughing and talking.
