Would give Taqueria Carolina all the stars! I've been DoorDashing their asada fries and burritos for years, and they never disappoint. Always generous portions, great salsa, and chips. There's nothing I don't like about this place, and the prices have stayed consistent.

My food choice is usually the same. However, this day, I decided to try a wet burrito. I could only eat a small portion because it is large. It was good. The c.s.was kind, friendly and attentive.

It's a classic Mexican food spot. I always feel like I get my money's worth here. The food and service are good, and everything is clean. I never got sick and have been coming here for years. This is the best Mexican food if you are near the mall.

I love this place. For me, their burrito is gigantic compared to other places. I love their green sauce, too. Price-size wise, it is worth it. The orders comes with free chips and salsa. You just gotta remember to ask, if they don't give you. They also have deals going on if you are a student (student ID required upon purchase).

One of the best bacon burritos I have ever eaten 😋! Oh my stars it was good and so big I will have breakfast tomorrow! Unexpected chips and salsa included and a drink for less than$12.00. I saw the bright sign as I was waiting in a drive thru line that wasn't moving, looked them up on Google and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did, definitely a new favorite and I will be back. The service was great, people were very friendly and seemed happy to have me there. Five stars don't come easy from me, but they earned them without a second thought! I would have included a picture but it's dark and with COVID-19 I was eating in my car though they do have a great patio set up. Be sure to give them a try 🤩

I absolutely love their chips so at the register I always ask how much for a second bag and they are really nice about putting a second bag with my order. I've only ordered #40 which is crunchy tacos combo or the carnitas nachos. I would absolutely recommend this place.

This a lowkey hidden gem in plain sight, right next door to Da Vinci's , Carolina's Grill has an excellent variety of Mexican cuisine. I had a Huarache and it was so good. The salsa bar had some excellent salsas as well. Also SPINACH & PINEAPPLE Agua Fresca soooooooo amazing

My favorite is their Super Burritos and Sunday Pozole. Meal pictured came out to about $11 and the burrito has great portions of meat, rice, beans, cheese/sour cream,and tomato cilantro. Lunch specials prior to 3pm. Highly recommended and I take my friends out to eat there occasionally :)))

Such delicious food at an unbelievable price. I ordered the grilled chicken taco salad and it was extremely tasty. Their customer service was above and beyond. The guy in front of me was asking about their beans so the lady working at the register offered him a small plate with a sample of the beans so he can taste it before ordering for his wife bc he said his wife is really picky lol.

They had no clue what the keto diet was but let me say they came thru royally! Look at this Carne Asada salad master piece they created! I was super satisfied because I got exactly what i needed and got way more than my moneys worth. Carolinas Grill is awesome

First time eating breakfast here, and it has been about two years since eating here. I ordered the huevos rancheros, after seeing someone else’s order, get delivered to their table. They will put fries in the mix of the rancheros. When I order next time, I will ask if they can do the fries crispy or crunchy just because underneath all of the other stuff they began to get soft. Food was amazing. Literally was scraping my plate with my fork to get the last remnants. I came here Looking for a Mexican place that serves breakfast and felt like I hit a home run. Well done. Staff was amazingly friendly and willing to accommodate. Not a huge breakfast menu. Maybe 10 or 12 items. Or you can order any of the regular dinner or lunch items in the morning. Super enjoyed it!

If you want authentic Mexican Food, this is a nice place to go. First time here...food was really good...served a big portion...prices are affordable and we didn't have to wait long to be served😊. I recommend "Carolina's Plate" mix of carne asada, shrimp, and chicken.

Don't sleep on this place. Free refills on drinks, great Mexican food. My wife was worried it's one of those Americanized Mexican spots but nope! They were pretty legit. Great price and authentic food

We came in on a Saturday late morning. They are in a shopping center so there are plenty of parking spaces. They have no outside seating, but maybe 15 tables inside. You wait in line to order, go to your table and then they will bring your food. They have a salsa bar, however it did not seem very fresh. The lady taking your order was very nice and the food came SUPER quick. I mean in less than 5 minutes. I ordered the shrimp fajitas. The plate comes with rice and beans. The beans were delicious. You get lots of shrimp, so definitely a filling plate. My husband ordered the fried fish. It was cooked well and tasted good. We did not like the tortillas, they were thin and felt stale. We ordered 1 large aqua fresca to share and the food total was $38

The last couple of years the food has gotten better in freshness, flavor & portions. It's our new favorite Mexican restaurant in stkn. Last night was the 1st time we ordered to-go & it was made quick & was delicious. It gets 4 starts because sometimes the food could use a little more salt, their salsa bar isn't always kept up & their soda tastes flat at times. But the cashiers are always pleasant.

The food was really good, my burrito was made just right the way I asked. Shrimp fajitas were really good as well. There was a lot of flies in the restaurant though, something should be done about that

Location, parking, dining room great! Food eh so so. Most dishes are super greasy. Strange color on their refined beans. Prices a bit high compared to other similar Mexican restaurants. Service is good.

Hubby had the Carolina plate and it was pulled with food - Carne Asada, shrimp and chicken fajita, rice, and beans. I had a combo with shredded chicken taco and a beef enchilada, rice and beans. The flavors were good, nothing exceptional. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and very helpful with our order.

About 13 bucks for my 3 tacos that had beans and rice thrown on top. The other food did not look like this. It seems expensive for it to have big fat chunks in it and no lime wedges. I will probably try again sometime and hope this doesn't happen. La huerta s similar in price but provides better quality. El rancho is more reasonably priced and has consistent service.

Been going here for years 2022 is the worst year for him I ordered beef Bria tacos with consommé on the side and they gave me Cana Asada tacos. They didn’t even say hey we don’t have the Birra today They just gave me a different order totally. They don’t wanna fix my order nothing.do not go here I repeat do not go here go across the street planet fitness next to Baskin Robbins there’s a Taqueria there will actually fix your order right. This is the worst service I’ve ever had why not just tell your customers hey we don’t have this so I know not to order
