Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery, with a splendid garden. Very friendly and impeccable staff. The restaurant interior is very well-kept and clean. Delicious food, made with high-quality ingredients. The ravioli from the Varaita Valley are excellent, and the dessert trio is simply fabulous!

We had a delicious lunch menu at Casolare Rosa. Our son loved to explore the surroundings and playground. We especially cherished the homemade pasta. The menu and drinks were extremely good value given both the quality and quantity. Thank you for the great dining experience

Beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by greenery, with meticulously maintained interiors and exteriors. The menu features traditional dishes crafted with passion and skill, using quality ingredients. The wine list is well-presented, with excellent labels from the region and beyond (Cantina Parroco, Neive, Renato Ratti, etc.). The staff is very friendly and clean. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location, extremely helpful owner and staff, excellent food and price; I highly recommend trying it, but remember to book. Fully equipped for Covid restrictions, the spaces are spacious and equipped with everything you need. Congratulations, I'll be back more often!
