The Altavista farmhouse offers a gourmet menu of truly exceptional quality, with beautifully presented dishes. I'd like to start by mentioning the view this farmhouse offers. The view is breathtaking, with an excellent view of Monviso and the Pinerolo valley. We'll definitely be back!!!

A very beautiful, well-kept place with a splendid view of the Pinerolo plain. We went with our girls, and the children's menu was adequate: ham and pasta, the latter even though homemade, was appreciated by the girls. The €35 fixed menu was more than satisfactory, with adequate portions and very refined presentation. Three appetizers, a first course, a second course with side dish, and dessert, all seasonally themed. Everything was good, but very refined. A piece of advice to the owner: always keep a tub of ice cream for the little ones, because the girls weren't given a suitable alternative to the dessert offered on the menu.

A restaurant with a breathtaking view, the final stretch of the road is winding, but it's worth the experience. You can dine inside, in a spacious room with plenty of space between tables, meticulously maintained and individually lit for each table, or outside, where you can fully enjoy the wonderful view and lush greenery, with miles of open space over the valley. We tried the tasting menu, which features Piedmontese tradition with top-quality, authentic ingredients, carefully selected raw materials, simple yet impeccable preparation, and beautifully presented dishes. You can taste the craftsmanship, the rainbow of flavors, and the natural, unadulterated tastes (the agnolotti fillings are dreamy). Few restaurants today respect flavors and ingredients. The service is excellent, with a knowledgeable and thorough understanding of the profession. They are smiling, empathetic, and attentive enough to anticipate requests (such as refills of bread or water, etc.). The feeling is one of peace and serenity, of a long-lasting pampering; you can fully relax and enjoy a pleasant evening. The owner is incredibly helpful, offers excellent advice, and runs the place with respect and extreme sensitivity. A pleasant discovery, definitely worth repeating.

We celebrate my baby 2 year birthday and the place was very clean. Good air and nice place. The bathroom for baby was so clean and comfortable. We eat very well and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone.
