Food was excellent we ordered the chipotle steak egg Benedict and chilaquiles. Service was great. The only issue we had was the way the manager or owner was talking to the employees. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. No please or thank you on her part! It was the way she was talking to them as well. Other than that food was delicious and service was great.

What a hidden gem in the area, I love this place! I visited in June 2025 and can't wait to return. The atmosphere is so welcoming and cozy, with many different areas to sit. I enjoyed the outdoor patio area and inside in a nice comfortable chair. A perfect place to do homework, read, take a phone call, and enjoy your food! I really enjoyed my raspberry-strawberry-mango smoothie! The person who took my order was very nice and we talked for a few minutes, as I had mentioned I was from out of town. Very welcoming atmosphere, highly recommend!

Update 09-13-2025: absolutely love the pancakes and the cold brew. The environment was very pleasant. The weight was not very long. I think it’s a perfect way to start your day but I recommend getting here before 9 o’clock. You have so many seating options and it’s very easy to see why… The delicious coffee and the endless choices are reason number one… Reason number two: the incredible menu for food, breakfast or lunch… You couldn’t ask for more I have to tell you I’m addicted to their french fries Reason number three: the dessert options are insane. Make sure you give yourself more than enough room… Because you’re definitely going to be taking some of these home all the options are vegan and there are plenty of gluten-free options, but my favorite was the chip which cream moon pie cookies, sandwich… I swear to God, I can eat 15 of those Service is very quick and very friendly in each area of seating offers its own ambience. I sat out back because I am a loudmouth. But my friend enjoyed his iced coffee with vanilla sweetener, and I had two shots of espresso with the sugar in the raw… That is all I needed to enjoy my dessert in the environment One of the few places left in studio city, where even a person of humble means can have an incredible product and a wonderful experience at the same time !

Great café in Studio City Fantastic atmosphere! Nice seating options both indoors and outdoors, and you can always find a spot. Friendly staff and really delicious food. I love coming here — whether for meetings or just on my own. The breakfast is excellent, and the pastries are amazing too. Every time I’m in town, I make sure to stop by.

Unique Atmosphere and Delicious Paninis and Smoothies. I think I was more surprised to see the variety of seating options and vibes that this place had. Outside seating was great, you could choose to sit on their extended patio or side gardens or in the back of the building. Seating inside was also super cute and vibey with a unique sense of atmosphere that looks nothing like the regular LA restaurant. It looked like you walked into your grandmas house but in the best way possible. Food was so much better than I originally anticipated, a bit pricey for what it is but completely enjoyable and worth it. Came for lunch and had a steak panini on focaccia and it was amazing. Would definitely come to this cozy little gem again to lounge around and finish some work on my laptop.

This place is really great. I really love eggs when I am grabbing a coffee in the morning and a lot of places don’t have options other than pastries, but this place had a phenomenal selection of breakfast with the quiche and the different types of savory pastries but also the coffee there is really fantastic. The guy Conner was really great and helpful. It’s a little bit cozy in there but they have great free Wi-Fi and it is fairly accessible to everybody in the area.

Solid food and atmosphere. The service is great for how busy they are all the time. You can reserve tables if needed. Just call and ask. The breakfast I got was very tasty and good. The pancakes were a little dry but not bad. The eggs were cooked great as over medium. Coffee is always a great choice here with a good roast. It can get a little loud and crowded so maybe consider visiting during their less busy times.

I’ve been coming to aroma for years now and I’m always impressed with the food, quality, friendliness of staff, and speed that you receive it. This would be a perfect five stars if they had wifi access, but unfortunately, that has never been offered. There are many people who go there for a quick meetings and having Wi-Fi could be very helpful. Be prepared to wait in a long line on any given days/time but thankfully they move fairly quick so you should not be waiting too long. Tip: For those just getting coffee or a quick grabbing go pastry, you can go to a side window instead of waiting the long line with those getting food and sitting at a table home.

I've been to Aroma many times during the day, but nighttime might actually be my fave! Had a cute coffee & tea date here. The Christmas decor was so cute and they had the fireplace going was such a lovely date night. Would love to come back and try actual lunch/dinner food. I've only had breakfast and that was okay. Not a great work spot due to the WiFi situation, but an excellent spot to come read a book or meet with a friend(s) & loved ones. I accidentally left my purse on the back of my chair and called first thing in the morning and they had it in lost and found for me. Shoutout to the people who work there

Came for Sunday brunch. Although the line outside was long it went by pretty fast. For first timers, order at counter and they bring the food to your table. Service is pretty fast and plenty is seating since they have lots of outdoor seating. Service was friendly and fast and love having a great spot for brunch on NOHO. Racism. I placed an order in line for dine-in service, received my number, and sat down at a table while reviewing the menu online. Because the line was very long, I decided to place an additional order on my phone for an extra item to go. That second order was prepared first, so we began eating the French fries while waiting for my original dine-in order. At that point, a Latino employee approached me and stated, “You can’t sit here and eat orders to go.” I calmly explained that I had already placed an order for dine-in service and showed him my number, clarifying that the item we were eating was an additional order placed separately. He acknowledged this explanation and walked away. Shortly afterward, the employee ran inside and returned with a White male staff member, who immediately approached our table and began yelling at me, my spouse, and my child in front of the entire restaurant. His tone was aggressive and confrontational. My child was visibly startled, frightened, and humiliated by the incident. I again explained calmly that I had originally ordered for dine-in service and only added an additional item online due to the extremely long line, and that I was still waiting for my dine-in order. Despite this explanation, the employee continued yelling, drawing attention from everyone in the restaurant and those waiting in line, all of whom were staring at our table. What made this situation even more distressing was the clear inconsistency in how customers were treated. I observed other patrons seated at tables with no food or order numbers, people sitting and playing cards for extended periods, and customers with dogs barking and shedding hair near dining areas. None of these individuals were confronted or asked to leave. Notably, my family and I were the only Latino customers seated and eating at the time, while the remaining Latino individuals present were employees. This made the incident feel not only humiliating but also discriminatory, as we were singled out despite complying with restaurant policies. The entire experience was deeply upsetting, unprofessional, and caused unnecessary emotional distress to my family, especially my child. …
