We’ve been coming here for over a decade and it is still, in our opinion, the best Indian food in Los Angeles. There isn’t a bad meal on the menu. Standouts are Lamb Korma, Chicken Tikka, and Eggplant Bartha. It’s cozy, the staff is warm and friendly, and always hits the spot. We’ll be eating here for as long as they’ll have us!

We have been ordering takeout from here for a while now and it is by far our favorite Indian food in Studio City. We just went in person to eat for the first time and had a great time. Great, friendly service for a good price. Highly recommend!

Our new favorite. We had the vegetarian dinner for two, which is a great deal! Our curries were delicious and fresh, they bring out plenty of naan and rice, and the only thing to add is a bowl of refreshing raita. The rice pudding is divine at the end. I can see why they have earned a good rating.

Came here for a birthday dinner and had the Chicken Vindaloo and my fiance had the Chicken Bhuna. I ate way too much, but the flavors were so good so I couldn't help myself! And if comes with SO much food! We had a lot of leftovers!

What a sweet surprise! This new found neighborhood gem is so quaint. Its unassuming street front is misleading- it is quiet and so sweet inside. Clean, comfortable booths and tables, immaculate table settings, great ambiance. The food was delicious, fresh, and servings were good sized. Prices are reasonable and the all the meats were tender and flavorful. The korma and masala sauces were exceptional . Staff is very pleasant and attentive.

Hot food, clean environment and great customer service! We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Chicken Vindaloo, which sincerely were delicious! We had to have some Naan bread ofcourse, so we tried both the Garlic swell as the Cheese option. Our cups were never empty. Definitely a place to try and go through all the menu in due time.

Bollywood Cafe has become our go-to spot for family dinners every time we visit LA. The food is consistently outstanding—every dish we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. Living in the Seattle area, we’re lucky to have many Indian restaurants, but none compare to the flavors and hospitality we experience at Bollywood. A heartfelt thank you to Basit, Rafa, and Kib for always welcoming us like family. We truly wish we could visit more often!

This Indian restaurant is absolutely outstanding! We’ve been regular customers for a long time, and it’s not just a one-time experience — every single visit has been exceptional. The service is consistently attentive, the atmosphere is warm yet elegant, and the food is always exquisite. The chef often comes out of the kitchen, and we usually end up having a pleasant conversation with him. He’s just as delightful as the rest of the wonderful team. You can truly taste the passion and skill in every dish, and the variety on the menu ensures there’s something for everyone. Without a doubt, this is the best Indian restaurant in Los Angeles.

Really generous portions! The fish vindaloo was delicious. The chicken soup was so good. We also ordered the chicken korma, garlic naan, and rice were all very yummy. We will definitely come back!

Amazing service and authentic Indian Cuisine, we had the Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Tikka, Chickpeas with Garlic Basil Naan and Basmati Rice with Saffron! Wow! Delicious! Very pleasant ambiance too! We were celebrating our Anniversary and they surprised us with Rice pudding desert on the house which was super delicious as well! We will definitely come back! Thank you!

We ordered the vegetarian special for two and picked Chana bhuna, eggplant and peas with cheese. Everything was very tasty. Their vegetable soup is the best I’ve had. Definitely recommend this place.

Great Desi food choice close to Universal Studios. Owner is Bangla and have multiple locations in US. He himself operates this location. Lamb curry, Masoor Daal and Paneer was really delicious. Chicken Tikka was decent. Garlic naan and Roti was great. Must try if you are around.
