Great service! I have no complaints! I've had bad experiences in Paneras recently. It seems that they forget to take care of the orders that come from fast lane kiosks but in this restaurant, my breakfast bagel arrived pretty fast. The staff were helpful and friendly. I spent almost half a day here to study and of course drink a lot of tea! I like the environment. The staff constantly were cleaning and attending the customers. Altogether, I had a good experience.
The Italian sandwich was good and fresh. I didn't really care for the chips but the sandwich was amazing
Good vibes, great place to people watch and study. Iced coffee is good and so are the soups. Sandwiches are okay, but I mostly come here for coffee, so it doesn't bother me. Lots of seating, both inside and out.
I love this place. Im a member of the Unlimited Sip Club so every now and then I get my free coffee or tea. The atmosphere is casual and relaxing. Team members are overall polite and upbeat. The wide variety of healthy foods such as salads, soups and sandwiches are astounding. My favorite is the Lemon Chicken Orzo soup. It’s a flavor delight. I’m blessed to have 2 or 3 close by to my place. There’s free WI-FI and bathrooms are always clean.
I would've given a 2 star or even 1 if I hadn't met the Manager. The guy was so exceptional that I must give 5 stars. I went there for lunch after a business meeting. No one bothered to take my orders even when they saw me waiting. All the servers were talking to each other. Then someone showed up grumpy. After I paid for the order, I asked if I had the birthday treat since my birthday was two days earlier. The grumpy face with grumpy voice said no since I didn't come to the store on my birthday. I was out of town and also before I'd get it in the same month. I didn't say anything and moved to the dining area to eat. When I finished and was about to take my dirty dishes to the trash, I was approached by the Manager who offered to take dishes. I mentioned about the birthday treat. He went to the pastry area and gave me one with a smile. That smile is customer service. If I ever come back to Studio City, I'll definitely go there simply because of the customer service provided by the Manager.
Studio City, CA location I love the food, I’ve been going to Paneras for years.Tonight I met Carlos for the first time, he prepared my meal. He was so warm and friendly, super nice! I hope he’s there the next time I go and the time after that and so on and so on. He made such a wonderful impression. He’s a keeper, don’t lose him, guys! 👍😁
Andrew is fantastic! He greeted us and helped accomodate my indecisiveness to order. I enjoyed a Baguette chicken cordon bleu melt with gorgonzola. Great place to get a quick healthy bite. Very clean establishment with excellent customer service!
Panera has been one of my daughter's favorite eateries! Mine too! Especially for their fresh souffles that go quickly in the mornings!🌞 She ordered the new mac n cheese sandwich and loved it! I had the chicken chipotle sandwich and I liked the touch of heat in it! Yummy!🤩😋😋😋
Panera Bread that we used to go to in Burbank closed unfortunately so we checked this one out. The price you see on the order page via Google Maps is identical to the in store price for pickup, and when I went in, I was able to use the kiosk/tablet to place an order seamlessly. Upon ordering, I saw my name shown on a screen to indicate that it's being worked on, and it came out within 10 min. I ordered three things, one specifying no sesame seeds and that came out great but they left out a bread from the order. I suppose it was a rushed mistake. Other than that, the place had many seats available, street parking was okay with meters. Peeking at the pastry section, it looked almost empty, around 5:30pm. I suppose most went out during the brunch time. I enjoyed the food and I'd suggest ordering in advance so you can just grab and go next time!
I love paneras experiencie , i'm from Mexico , and I really enjoy this place , they have l kine of options for everyone ! ♥️ Siempre lo recomiendo

Got the French chiabatta dipper and the chicken pesto chiabatta dipper. Both were delicious 😋
This is a great panera. It is pretty easy to find parking and also it isn’t very busy so you have the luxury of sitting wherever you want, the food quality is very good and the food is very good also.
This is my favorite location throughout La and the lower Valley. I like that they have plenty of booths, outside seating and parking. Quick and efficient, never over crowded, great food. Panera Bread is an underrated eatery. Love the sip club too. Its highly beneficial in between jobs and when I need to kill time waiting on California's lovely horrendous traffic to ease up 🫠
Cool, friendly spot. Foods spot on. Been coming here last few years. Like the people around here who run this place, Panera , and I go to paneras around the country.

Busy restaurant that seems to stive to give good service - although you feel that they may be profiling you as either a low-income customer (based on your purchase) or as a homeless person. Manager(s) "patrol" often but are discrete and friendly. No problems with getting to use the restroom. There is no microwave available for customer use, if you need to heat up your food or your coffee after adding cold creamer. There is a large patio.
My food was really good, and Panera is consistent with the quality of their food. The bill is the only problem I had. 2 orders of the u pick 2 with 2 drinks and a bag of cookies was $51.50. That's a lot for soup and a 1/2 sandwich.
The staff are friendly, the food is varied, and breakfast is served until 10:30 am, after which a variety of soups are served. The coffee is mild, so for those who like a strong taste, it seems plain. It looks like a good place to dine with your family.
I've always like the food here, very cozy and the soups are comforting. I'd avoid using their self ordering kiosks as they can be a little finicky, or sometimes the order won't go through at all. The sink cookies are amazing!
The past two times I've ordered pick ups at this Panera my order has been about 5-10 minutes late each time. If it wasn't the closest Panera to me, I would go elsewhere. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was okay. But the service wasn't 5 stars because of the tardiness of my order being ready.
Excellent choice of fresh sandwiches at great prices. The variety is perfect for stopping in (especially at non-peak hours). The value duets are perfect for the weather and their unlimited sip program is great for our commute. Thanks Panera!
My friend and I always meet at the Studio City location for breakfast. Usually once a month. The food is great. The service is great. My only complaint is the blender they use to make smoothies is so loud you can't have a conversation when it's running. It's like an air plane. Vegamatics are loud but at least put a plastic container around it so the noise it makes is workable. Love your menu!!
It was our first time dining at Panera. We ordered You Pick 2. We had pepperoni pizza and home style chicken noodle soup. Baguette which came with the soup was warm and toasty. With butter, you can't ask for more. The soup was good as well. Pepperoni pizza was good but we were not able to finish it because we are not big eaters. Overall, it was a good experience.
This location got my pepperoni flat bread prepared correctly. Encino location made it twice n still the tomato sauce was not cooked all the way there still liquid on some areas n burned edges.

-Often missing key ingredients (no chipotle aioli, full-sized tomato instead of cherry) -this locations in-house baked goods can be prone to taste yeasty -could use a little more cooking time on toasted items- time spent per order is presented as a very important stat to workers and I feel that could be impacting overall quality. aside from that, the portions are just fine, and the food is usually good. not worth the price but that’s classic panera. maybe just make sure everything looks good before you leave the pickup counter.
I used to frequent this location very frequently (nearly every day) because of their iced tea and bagels. It's what I would order 90% of the time. However, the iced tea is now very inconsistent (sometimes mistakenly mixed with the flavored tea, sometimes it's gone bad, etc) and e quality of the bagels has gone down hill. I still occasionally visit this location as it is the only one near my house and they are the only place that has good Jalapeno Cheddar bagels (& their asiago Bagels are made the best), but I know it is a gamble, so typically choose somewhere else that is farther away. Many Paneras in other locations still have great plain black iced tea and wonderful bagels!
The wait times here are super slow. Especially when there’s a rush of people. There was even one time where we waited probably close to 30 min for an order of 2 to go. Since they closed the one down on Ventura in Sherman Oaks - this is the next closest one. Prices haven’t changed, meaning it’s a littler pricey for what you get. Service is usually good so no major complaints there. Just... if you go in to order for takeout, you’re better off ordering beforehand online. Also, double check your order before you head out as there have been a couple times where our order was not right or something was missing.
I ordered water and didn’t receive a cup, had to go back and request a cup. Genuinely didn’t feel safe at one point when a man next to my table kept cursing at his laptop and seemed like he was going to explode in rage at any minute. He didn’t even have food, he was just using the wifi. Overall the food was good but the employees need to be trained more to be respectful and to do their job accordingly
One of the few locations left open. Outside looks a bit outdated. But hey, I’m here for the food. Ordered a bacon chicken ranch sandwich and a salad. Salad was solid, lots of ingredients, and the dressing was on point. Sandwich? Tasted good but skimped on the chicken. Too much bread. Didn’t look like the picture. Step it up, Panera!
For the price of the smoky buffalo chicken melt, I’d of expected atleast for the sandwhich to have a decent amount of chicken but it’s 85% bread 15% chicken and cheese. Would recommend other menu items, but location was nice.
Poorly managed panera Bread. The ice tea dispenser has been broken for over a month. On the bright side Marvin is very kind and provides excellent customer service 😊 Update: March 17, 2025 Food is still somewhat better than average. What makes this panera Bread excellent is the customer service and care that employee Marvin provides to his customers. Marvin is a welcoming and wonderful person and makes my visit to this panera Bread a great experience! 😊

Pros: Enjoy using the Sip Club rewards, although now that they moved the charged lemonades behind the counter, it's a bit more of a hassle Food is decent for the most part, though overpriced. Value Duets are usually the way to go, at least for me. Ambience is good, quiet enough to come work, music isn't blaring like at most Sbux Cons: Wifi is horribly spotty here, making this a very unreliable place to come work. So many times I've come to work and it's taken over an hour to get online. I'll started coming here to grab my drink, then take it to the Sbux down the street to work. Bakery items are super overpriced and the stuff behind the glass is definitely sus. I've walked by a couple times and seen ants & flies around the food.
Over all I'm not sure what the hype is all about ? For the price I'd expect more . When a basic sandwich at home has more flavor than a sand which spot you know there is a problem . Portion sizes here are basically kid sizes so don't expect to be full after eating here . Pastries sit out and look dry I wouldn't recommended. 2 stars because the broccoli soup was good but not good enough to return .
Super disappointed in what 13.00 got me here. I ordered the pick 2. Wanted some chicken soup which was good and 1/2 grilled cheese with tomato and substituted the bacon with the dollar extra avocado. As you can see by the photo the portion was miniscule and the tomato was not a fresh tomato. No value here will not return. It was tasty and staff was attentive. Not looking for large portions but left here hungry.
I`m a regular customer of Panera, but this location is horrible. Orders for pickup are never done on time, so I have to wait even if I placed my order online. The workers look constantly dissatisfied and any request is perceived as if they are doing you a favor. Seems like management doesn`t care at all. 2 stars instead of 1 only because they have a parking lot and a nice terrace.
This location has issues with getting the order correct. Check your order and bag before you take it and leave. I went inside I ordered a gift card, bagel, cranberry orange muffin and brownie. I pointed out the muffin and brownie I wanted and she picked them up and I thought she put them both in the bag. On the way home I reached in the bag to find the brownie and it wasn't there. Even though the receipt says if we don't get it right let us know, I wasn't about to turn around and go back there. When I got home I realized the bagel was old because it wasn't soft and crunchy it was hard. It's softened up a little bit in the toaster oven but it was not palatable so in the garbage it went. Two stars for the orange cranberry muffin which was delicious and the Chive onion cream cheese. Again check your order before you leave !!!!!!!!!!!
The workers in this branch didn’t really do a good job cleaning the tables…

This was my first and last visit at a Panera location. I ordered a smokehouse chicken sandwich and placed my order at the kiosk. When I first entered I heard an unenthusiastic "welcome in" from a team member, but it was still nice to be acknowledged. After I ordered, I asked a lady, that may have been a manager, where do I get my drink cup since I ordered at the kiosk. She pointed to the other side of the restaurant and said "down there" She gave me a look like I was some kind of idiot and made feel like one. I still didn't know where she was talking about until I was called to get my food. The sandwich was extremely bland and the chicken, at first bite, was lukewarm. When I got to the middle, it was ice cold, like straight from the refrigerator cold. It was a Sunday around 1, so I thought it would be busy, but it was dead and now I see why. The restaurant was very nice and clean. I'll give them that. If you want to increase sales and do good business, you have to make people feel welcomed, not make them feel like an unwelcome idiot. Guests don't go to places just for that place, they mostly go for the people that they build a connection with, people they enjoy seeing, people that make them feel welcomed and appreciated for coming there. That was definitely not the case at Panera
Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches today , employees instead of doing their job just talking , laughing , gentleman with classes and hat was so chill that he decided his phone is more important than customers , absolutely waste of time and spoiled mood , they just walking back and forth without do something

Food was very disappointing, cheese wasn’t melted all the way on my sandwich and it was cold in the middle. Tasted like freezer burn. Also, my bf’s mocha tasted like a latte and said it’s the worst coffee he’s ever had from a Panera. Won’t return. Staff was wonderful though.
Ordered a bagel warmed with cream cheese spread this morning. They charge you extra for this at least $2.99 I believe. I gave them a good in-store review on their in-store review system explaining how friendly the guy was. Got to work with my breakfast with no cream cheese spread, my bagel was not cut in half, and it was not warmed. This was my whole breakfast really disappointed my day. Seems like it should be a company policy not to do this, especially if you charge extra. I'm also starving my whole shift, and I don't think that's fair to do to another worker because you don't want to do your job. They could have at least thrown the cream cheese in the bag if they didn't want to warm it I don't see why I had to lose out on both.
Drive to a different Panera. I got a bread bowl here and had three spoonfuls of soup and the rest was bread. I went to the front and asked nicely if it was too much trouble to get a little cup with a little more soup because of that and they came back at me right away not believing me and saying they always put 8oz in and showed me the 8oz cup. I said I didn’t get anywhere near that. I love Panera bread bowls, I get them all the time, but this customer service was so poor. I just had a meal of bread.
The manager walker Actually prepared and super wrapped this order tightly especially for me. Bagels not cut in half minimal toppings it was a replacement order after they messed up initially. I'm african American and can't help but feel it was kind of racially motivated due to the sarcasm in his voice and his demeanor. I even felt the way he handled my food was off but i didnt want to over think it . Disappointing a corporation like panera would allow this behavior. I called and asked for his name and the coworker was trying to cover for him act oblivious to who i was even talking about. I had literally eft 15 to 20 minutes prior to the calling. The other staff was cool outside of the girl who tried to avoid giving me corporates number. Pranks being played in people's food is never okay whether its racially motivated or not
I am sad to give one star 🌟 this location isn't better panera. I made tea order on kiosk. But the manager didn't give me.Ignored my order. There aren't No tea or coffee cups. Plus Electric outlets are broken. It doesn't work. One more thing. The store wasn't clean. THEY HAVE VISIT NEW PANERA location the store manager may understand what's between differences. Also I checked previous reviews the store has more one stars.Panera corporation has to hire new store manager.

The manager is rude and belligerent. Started yelling at the customers that he was closing the store and paced the floor like maniac at 8:59pm. Slammed the doors at his quiet customers. We are all looking at each other like what’s wrong with him. I’ll just assume he’s off his meds.
The staff here is wonderful and the food is great, but the management needs to update their kiosk system. I placed a 'Dine In' order, and the system accepted it without any warning that the dining room was closing in minutes. When my food was ready, it was packed in a to-go bag and I was told I had to leave immediately because it was 8:00 PM. It’s very disappointing to pay for a sit-down experience only to be kicked out. If you’re visiting near closing time, just head to the Chipotle nearby instead—they seem better prepared for evening customers."
