THE BEST SMOOTHIE CAFE IN SUNNYSIDE!!! Excellent customer service - so nice about letting you substitute things, coming all the way to where you are to give your smoothie, adding in the morning smoothie discount without even asking them. HUGE PORTIONS and the taste is so fresh and delicious.

Came for lunch today staff was very nice and helpful. The place is clean and service was great. Got a island green smoothie and a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and it was very good!

This is my go to for a refreshing and healthy pick me up before and after my workout. The smoothies are so tasty and customizable, which is great if I want to add extra protein. The staff are super helpful and nice.

So we lucked out with this place. Smoothies are always good and the staff is a good group of kids that are always kind when he runs in a starts asking for his usual jetty junior. Can't recommend this place enough

Food quality is amazing. All food is served fresh and have top notch quality ingredients. I had an issue with missing Nutella on my bowl, and the manager offered a brand new one and let me keep my old one as well. They definitely made my order right and had very professional customer service. Highly recommend.

A much needed addition to the neighborhood. Finally a place where you can get a delicious Acai Bowl and many other healthy options like wraps and smoothies. The crew is very welcoming and helpful. The vibe is cool also. 😎

The entire store was very clean and well kept. I tried the Bahama Mama smoothie and it was amazing! It was done only 2 minutes after I ordered! Amazing service, and I will be back.

Super excited this new Tropical Smoothie Cafe just opened nearby! I tried the Bahama Mama smoothie and the Baja Chicken Wrap and both hit the spot. The Bahama Mama was sweet, tropical, and super refreshing—perfect if you’re craving something fruity. The Baja Wrap was warm, flavorful, and had a little kick to it (in a good way). Really tasty and filling! The vibe inside is chill, the place is clean, and the staff were super nice. Definitely coming back to try more

Ordered a hummus wrap and it was phenomenal. The people were very welcoming and friendly even when it took me forever to decide. The place was very clean and aesthetic, definitely recommend!!

I had a tofu quesadillas and green Smoothie after my workout. That felt really good so yummy delicious and filling I would recommend everybody after work out go to the tropical smoothie and have these Delicious bite and smoothie would not disappoint

The Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread was amazing it’s packed with flavor, and their wraps and bowls are perfect for a quick, healthy lunch. I love their açaí bowl with nutella and their amazing yogurt bowl they offer great options whether you’re grabbing something after a workout or just looking for a healthy, satisfying meal! i go there every day.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe never disappoints! I stopped in for a quick bite and tried the Mango Magic smoothie with the Santa Fe Quesadillas—both were delicious. The Mango Magic is exactly what it sounds like: smooth, sweet, and refreshing with just the right balance of mango and pineapple. It’s like sipping sunshine. The Santa Fe Quesadillas were hot, cheesy, and packed with flavor—melty cheese, perfectly seasoned chicken, and that little bit of spice that makes every bite better than the last. Super satisfying without being too heavy. The staff was friendly and my order came out quickly. Clean space, upbeat music, and a menu that makes it easy to eat well on the go. Highly recommend if you’re craving something tasty and fresh.

Her voice projected across the establishment, pretty rude of her trying to start an argument over a small confusion.

The place is spacious and clean, and the staff was nice. The acai bowl was small, acai base was frozen. Paid extra for PB add on which was meager.

Pretty good food, price only really worth it during restaurant week. The sandwiches/wraps are so cheap with items. And the owners are just staring at you sometimes like if I was wearing a hoodie in a deli kind of staring

I was surprised, thinking the other customer must have ordered the exact same thing. I tasted mine and, unfortunately, it was basically just a watery smoothie. Not a good experience.

The food at Tropical is not well proportioned, which was a bit disappointing. However, the environment is very nice and relaxing, making it a pleasant place to be. On the downside, I had an issue with one of the workers I don’t know his name but he kept saying "I love you" not only to me but also to other customers. This behavior made me uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. Overall the staff behavior need improvement. And needs to work on learning food proportion for the process that people pay
