Absolutely delicious! I tried the Chicken Tikka Frankie and it was beyond amazing! The wrap was perfectly cooked, juicy, flavorful, and packed with authentic Indian spices. Every bite had that perfect balance of smoky tikka and creamy sauce. Even though I forgot to take a picture, the taste is unforgettable. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely coming back to try more items from their menu! Highly recommended! 🙌🔥
Today I ordered Chhole Bhature from this restaurant and wow I loved the food! The quality and taste were just amazing. Everything was super fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they put real effort into making great food. The food also came with sides like chutney and pickles. The order was packed well, stayed hot, and honestly tasted just as good as if I were eating it at the restaurant. I’ll definitely be ordering again. If you’re craving some solid Indian food, this is the place to go!
Excellent small family-owned neighborhood Indian restaurant serving a variety of curries, Indian cuisine, snacks and drinks. Although relatively hidden from major routes and located in a small town center, they really do well with customer service, the taste of the dishes, and the portion sizes. Service is fast (10 minute wait time for amazing food). We were overall impressed and will be returning! [The Food] We ordered the two specials they had today (a creamy chicken tikka marsala and a curry with red peppers and onions). The price was amazing for what we got (around 12 dollars per dish). Due to Covid, we wanted to get it togo and enjoyed it when we got home. It was AMAZING. The portion sizes were great (we both have lunch for tomorrow now!) and the taste is authentic. I can tell they put care into their food. Definitely worth trying out! [The Customer Service] The customer service was great. We were greeted by a gentlemen with a hat and he was super nice. Offered us suggestions and treated us like family. It's refreshing to meet people who treat you nicely rather than a nuisance. We were impressed by his attitude! Went in on May 2, 2021, at 1800 hours. Thank you! [The location] The location is in a quiet part of the neighborhood off lawrence expressway. It's in a little town center near a ship center and some other restaurants. We felt safe as we waited for our food. In conclusion, definitely recommend that you visit this place!
A family restaurant that treated is like relatives. The owners cook and serve. They took care of us and made sure the unfamiliar folks knew what they were getting. Came by with extra dishes of rice and naan for those in group that were not familiar with the spices. Cheap, fast, delicious, and great service. Chaats and currys check all the boxes.
It's a nice quick serve restaurant setting. Location is just off the expressway. Good lot with other convenient shops nearby. Food was awesome. Thoroughly cooked meat and good menu options overall. Mind you that they are serious with spice levels. Quantity and quality both are great. Quick bite setting so focus ur expectations on food. Parking is good too but if you're there are peak hours for lunch then do keep in mind. Overall loved it! P.S. : They have daily/weekend specials and yelp checkin coupons too.
Chaats & Currys: On this evening, one man band efficiently covering all bases in this quaint little place. This person was host, cashier, prep cook, fast food cook and food runner. This place is the go-to for those who prefer chewy-spongy bharuras, also more suited for takeout (as against crispy variety), with their Chhole. Kebabs, wraps and chat offerings are outstanding, too. And, there's Indian craft beers to go with food. We could observe brisk delivery business, while dining in. Amused to see carrom board in ready-to-play mode. An interesting option while waiting for food to be served. The rub: This one-man band was everyone, excepting Busser. Which meant soiled plates, cutlery and paper napkins were left around on just-eaten tables; something for them to take care of.
The aloo tikki chaat was quite tasty, not too spicy and very flavorful. The other dish we tried was papdi chaat, which I found okish. The service was fairly quick. They have a wide variety of menu. Unfortunately they were out of tea and paani poori. The person at the counter was very friendly. They have a couple of outdoor tables and few tables inside.
We went to this place on Saturday evening, it was fairly empty. We ordered paneer and chicken kathi roll. We wanted to try papdi chaat but they did not have it so we went with aloo tikki chaat. The rolls were borderline bland, not spicy for my taste. But I did like the flavors. The chaat was okay as well. This place is good for folks who don't eat spicy Indian food.
Quiet a decent place for a quick bite. Their menu seemed to have a wide range from street food, appetizers and course menu items. More of a quick eat cafe type of a feel with a few chairs on the outside patio if you like seating outdoors. The service was quick and all the food seems freshly made. I tried their dahi papdi chaat and paneer wrap. Quiet flavorful but a bit on the spicier side especially their green chutney. They do also have some daily specials for dinner time. Not a bad place for a quick bite.
This review is strictly for the butter Chicken. It was creamy as promised but the gravy was underwhelming. It's too bland and tasteless, it got boring to eat about a third of the way into the dish. The chicken pieces used in it were excellent though, big chunks of dark meat with great flavor and perfect tenderness - way above average. Garlic naan were okay. They're too thick. I feel bad leaving this review as the owner was extremely sweet. Please reformulate the butter chicken! Overall it wasn't bad but wasn't great either. Would perhaps come back to try a different curry.
Not a very good place, but not awful. Some of the silverware up front was dirty when we got it for ourselves so we had to grab another set, the place was messy from recent groups, but cleaning things up didn't seem like a priority regardless. The service was lazy at best, but the food had good taste, but questionable texture. The best part of it all for me was the bread, though my wife didn't find it to her liking at all. We weren't motivated to try any dessert here. The benefit to this place is that they were open late. Honestly, it's just not good, but I can't say it was bad. This lackluster delivery, mixed with the service and the state of the room combined to make for a disappointing restaurant. Perhaps doing a food delivery service here would be fine, but don't hold your breath either. Perhaps the day crew is a bit better.
