Service & Staff Friendliness: 5/5 Pricing: 5/5 Food 50/5 (Not a typo) It was only at the time of payment that I realized I am in California and not in any city of India. Every food item tastes so nostalgic and close to home. The Vada-Pav is here is worth every dollar. It’s fried and served on the spot unlike most other trucks. Special mention to the Pav that DOES NOT taste like a bun at all. Chai too is total amaze. Balanced blend of all the necessary ingredients. It’s the proper Mumbai Cutting Chai. But the king of the menu is Missal Pav. You just cannot miss it. I can confidently say it’s the finest Missal in the whole of US!
This place is our all time favourite to go place for Mumbai style vada pav. They have different flavours including Schezwan. The vada is perfectly cooked and spice level is moderate. It is served with fried chilli to balance your spice level. The pav is actual pav and not sweet/modified bun. Do try once!
The Feast India Company's food truck is an absolute gem for vegans like me. Their vegan Vada Pav and Missal Pav are mouthwateringly delicious. I can't get enough of their flavorful offerings!
Famous for the Mumbai vada pav and Elaichi cutting chai. There are varieties of Vada Pav which you can try if you need options. The Schezwan Vada Pav is the better option. Recommend to the owner to add the spicy garlic chutney to the original Vada pav. Thank you for bringing the Mumbai favorite street food item to Bay Area. Staff is polite and courteous and has a sense of humor.
Best vadapav in states. Will recommend special vadapav and chai. Sev Usal is ok and difficult to eat over there
Misal pav is just too good. Very authentic and very well made. The chefs are from Mumbai and they exactly know how to make the misal original recipe. Very yummy. Corn patties are also good. Staff is friendly and since they are starting out, they are friendly to let the customer to taste the food. We tasted the misal and just fell for it instantly. Very well done. This food truck is right next to pav bhaji hut.
We had Vada Pav and Chai here, Vada Pav tasted great, Chai was good too. It’s not a Michelin star restaurant, and most of us aren’t food connoisseurs either. We eat what stimulates our taste buds in(hopefully) a good way, and this place is a pit stop to do just that. It’s located at the same place where Pav Bhaji Hut and other food trucks are. I’ll eat here again when I’m in the area.
Read couple of bad reviewson Yelp. I'm sure those are by the people who doesn't know what maharashtrian food is like. I'm pure Marathi girl from Maharashtra and I can definitely vouch for taste that you get here. We had MisalPav and Vada pav. Corn patties got over before we could take. This food truck has humble owners. If you are not aware how to eat what you get here then do not hesitate to ask ownwr. They will definitely be very happy to give you information about the food and how to eat it. For Misal Pav- ask for cut/ratri/rasaa if your taste buds craving for more spice. Please eat the food at the food truck as hot piping Misal pav always tatses better than TO Go.
Very good Vada Pav. The Vada was both hot on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside, just how we like it. Didn’t have the green chutney on the inside and I’m not sure what the authentic way is but it came with garlic powder and 2 fried chilies on the side. Very tasty overall. My only complaint is that it seemed like Thai chilles were used for the fried chillies, and I’m not sure if that’s a good choice as they pack major heat and may hamper the savoring quite a bit. Regular chilies would have made it perfect, with palatable heat levels. The mango lassi deserves a special mention as it was sooooo good, rich in cardamom flavor too. Made us wonder if it was just diluted Mango Shrikhand :) Person at the cash register is nice and patient. Will be back soon.
Definitely the best vada pav in the bay area or entire of the States i would say.. do try their special vada pav and chai it was awesome. I liked the missal too.. Authentic mumbai taste..

Authentic maharashtrian fast food joint. Must try if you are in the area. Taste is real good. Spice level for each dish can be adjusted as per your palate. Strongly recommend
Good stop for for a quick bite . Corn patties is a a speciality. Spicy and flavourful corn stuffing inside the Patty. Yet to try the misal pav.

Decent vadapav, small size 6$ for 1! Misal pav is good.
Regular Vada Pav missed most of spices and even salt in the vada. There is no chutney. It only comes with garlic powder and two fried chilies which were not the right ones to serve purpose or just weren’t fried the right way. Szechuan vada pav was better as it had the Szechuan chutney in it in addition to the ones in regular. Disappointed big way. Next visit: Had just the regular vada pav again this time. Tasted pretty much similar to last time. Definitely not worth $6.5 for single vada pav. Atrocious price for the quality and taste.

This place had one of the best vada pav but now it's really bad and tasteless. As usual the chef changed or they got over confident .. service is bad and expensive for an evening snack. It was $14.5 for one vada pav and one chai.. they are trying to change the name to restart their reviews but I doubt that will change the quality.. The two stars is because they chai is still really good (though it is $5.49 for half tea) 🤣

Bought misal pav, it had no taste, the gravy which came with it was so watery felt as if the guy just mixed water in it. No value for money , if someone eats misal pav here for the first time they would never eat it ever thinking the problem is with the dish.
Vada Paav’s bread had green mold on it. Response to the owner: Vada pav was bought at your shop “feast india company”, so I have left a review for the same. Stop trying to blame the customer for your own degrading quality. The mold is clearly visible in the picture. Moreover, the packaging matches the other photos on this page.
Misleading pictures and rude behavior There is no chutney in the vada pav unlike the picture on the food truck. This is what the real vada pav looks like, pretty dry. I asked him about it and his attitude was pretty rude. Atleast hit a high mark with your food. Taste is okay. Honestly there are better vada pav in the bay area. Go to puranpoli instead, much better people and much better food
Vada pav was decent. However, our chai cups were less than half-full. Now, I'm not a glass-half-empty kind of person (pun intended), but you can't help but see that this is pretty dishonest! More so, when they charge $4 for the tea! This happened on multiple occasions and I'll just take my business elsewhere.

We ordered “Butter” Vada Pav and Dabeli and ended up throwing both off in the garbage. When first served, there was no butter on the Butter Vada Pav, and we reminded them of our order to which they reluctantly obliged. However, it was still very dry-looking and bland. Upon asking for some sort of chutney to go along (a very trivial ask at an Indian fast food joint), the guys there refused very rudely and started arguing with us asking questions and saying things like “where are you from, because this is how Vada pav is supposed to be eaten”, so much so as to asking us to return it if we didn’t want to have it as it is…some customer service. Our mood and evening got spoiled and we decided to black list this truck. The others around this one are quite amazing though. Hope this helps people so, being paying customers, they don’t have to put up with unnecessary attitude from unwarranted people.
It was so good before. They've ruined it completely. Do I need SALAD with my vada pav? NO. Do I need garlic chutney with it? YES. We used to travel 45 minutes to eat here. Not anymore.
