Crafty Crab Sunrise

I went to celebrat my daughter Sweet 16th and the staff all collaborate to make a special night for her. Thanks to all memebers ofnthe great restaurant. And the FOOD delicious. I recome t this for a great evening event or of a memorial family night out.

A good friend of mine/co-worker and I decided to go there this past Friday. Our waitress was Angel and the hostess name, I can't remember right now. She was amazing, very pleasant, and very welcoming I was definitely impressed!! This was not my first time going to this location. However, this was the first time that our waitress and hostess were both so pleasant!! Please keep it up.I will definitely be coming back to this location with this level of customer service, excellent!!

Fresh food, nice staff, enough space with the tables spreaded out, appears clean and would definitely try them again. The Cajun seasoning along with the garlic butter tasted great.

Very tasty seafood. Good variety of crab, shrimp, shellfish etc. Reasonably prices. Service was a bit slow, but pleasant.

Food was well seasoned and arrived hot and quick. HOWEVER, we DID NOT receive a 1/2 lb of shrimp and snow crab clusters. When it was brought to the managers attention he advised they do not weigh the crabs they go by “visual weight.” I have ordered the same exact thing at other Crafty Crab locations and definitely received more than just one cluster in the 1/2 lb order. If you’re going to sell something by weight or charge a customer by weight they should receive what they pay for.

Server was nice but completely disappointed in the rude arrogant manager that actually came up to my table because I barely had any sauce on my seafood boil and said that he could just add some water to it….. Wow!! Keep your sauce and arrogance, I will never return!! No wonder this place is so dead!

I ordered a Vegetarian Boil which just consist of: Egg, Potato, Ramen, Sausage, & Broccoli (which is on the menu but they don’t have). Upon receiving my food there was barely any sauce. When requesting more sauce I was told it’d be an additional $1 which was fine. The cooks or whomever in the back sent her back with my food saying the sauce is at the bottom. I politely insisted that she bring the extra sauce. But then the manger Joe had to come out ? He sat down & tried to convince me that the sauce was at the bottom. I’m just genuinely confused if he was eating it or I was. I kept reassuring him I’ll pay the extra dollar just get the sauce. He kept rambling about nonsense honestly until he decided to finally to go get it. I don’t understand what level of professionalism this is when a customer is fine with paying the additional charge. I ordered a vodka cocktail specifically asking for Tito’s it tasted like the glass was full of triple sec. I wouldn’t recommend this location, save yourself the frustration & visit another location. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to coming as there are serval that talk about Joe professionalism and lack thereof.

Ordered oysters, sauce and salad only to not be able to eat the oysters because the person packaging them either packaged them too hot or should have used a foil insert. When I got home I sat them on the chair in the living room & watched my friend cook her food. When I went to eat them, I took them out the bag and the oysters literally fell out of the bottom! When I called the location to let them know, I spoke with the manager, maybe named Joe, and not only did he try to blame me in some way of doing this on my own, but he insisted that I “use common sense” and ask who moved my food to the kitchen or to realize that they can’t package them as hot as it would take for the food to burn through the box. I repetitively advised this dude what I did, where the food was, showed the box, advised of how the food was being taken out of the bag— ETC! He keeps claiming I DID IT, but the sad fact is my salad was in the same bag and I had to refrigerate it bc it was not cold at all from being in the bag with the oysters. I’m actually disgusted by the managers actions, I WONT be dining in or out of this establishment ever again, and be careful because he seems a little prejudice and a LOT condescending. I was speaking to him calmly and as people passed by, he YELLED I called the police — I DID, bc I need my coins back and now I have what I need to get my whole bill refunded ‼️🤗 Anyways, he tried to show out in front of people and cause a scene so I told him to have the night he deserves and went to write my review. Toodles, you’ll never see my red cent again at this location and any others that I find you’re affiliated with‼️‼️

Wasn’t a pound of king crab. Not even close. No utensils/tissues or dip sauce. 1x gloves only. 86.02 not counting delivery and tip.

Horrible experience. First ordered a martini was horrible and served in a smelly wine glass. Second, the waitress barely came by when we asked for her we waited 20 min to be told “she’s very busy” mind you the place was dead and she had maybe two tables. Never going again. Paid our bill and left.

I placed a pick up order just to realize when I got home. Both my kids orders was never packed. So, instead of enjoying a hot seafood boil with the family, I had to drive Back to the restaurant, only to eat my food cold. This is not acceptable for the amount of Manny. I spent at the restaurant.
