Nice ambience , great food and outstanding service. This place can’t go wrong .We visited here for our son’s birthday and the restaurant team pleasantly surprised us with cake and ice cream at the end of the dinner. They have lot of option for vegetarians so one of our vegetarian eater had a blast eating the veggie sushi . Ramen menu had lot of selection and we enjoyed our time at this restaurant. Special shoutout to Harry for helping us with food selection and serving with attention. Thank you

I enjoyed a delicious lunch at this Japanese food establishment, Sunset Valley location. Ordered the Sashimi Bento Box with Miso Soup included. Once I tasted the soup I knew the rest of my meal would be wonderful. Salad with a secret dressing (I asked) was delicious. The Gyoza, Vegetable Spring Roll, Edamame, Sashimi (delicate and fresh), half crunchy California Roll with sauce also very good. Excellent customer service and comfortable atmosphere. Fairly priced for quality of food.

We got the vegan ramen, spring rolls and Omakase vegetarian. Loved the food. The ramen soup was creamy and flavorful. Lots of good options, large menu. Fairly good vegetarian and vegan options as well. Service was incredibly quick. They have live music at the restaurant which we felt could have been a little quieter.

I got the agedashi tofu and it was great. That is a good indicator that Bluefin cares and I can assume other items are great also. The ramen was good. The broth was a bit flat and I was hoping there would be garlic chips in my black garlic ramen but no there wasn't. The thick noodles are good, a bit cheap feeling, and the toppings matched the price point. The egg though! Delicious marinated egg!

Found this place while we were visiting the Austin area and I'm so glad we did! The food is amazing! We got the lunch special sushi and it was so much food and such a great price. Server was so friendly. Will definitely return when we visit the area again. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Bluefin Sushi Bar & Ramen and was thoroughly impressed. The sushi is incredibly fresh, and the variety of rolls and sashimi is fantastic. I especially enjoyed the 620 roll (spicy salmon, tuna, orange); Texas wagyu hot rock; Amaebi sweet shrimp nigiri + fried heads; Mr orange roll (spicy salmon, poke). The ambiance is modern and inviting. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Next time, I'll try the ramen as well because I've heard it's really delicious.

The overall experience was fantastic here went with a lovely friend of mine and had some delicious food here including the unagi roll and even a chef roll for myself, apologies I forgot the name but we also have some steam gyoza, spicy garlic edamame and even some miso soup which we didn't ask for but we got anyways which was nice! And the service was fantastic always being at the ready to refill Waters and asked us how things were going. Couldn't have asked for a better afternoon even if I tried, definitely will be back here soon

Ramen and 🍣 are tasty and pretty much what you will be expected from any stores. Staffs are friendly and food come out reasonably fast. I just wish the portions are little bit larger, or you have room to enjoy desert.

Rating: 3.8/5 [delivery] Avocado Bomb ($11.88): Tempura fried hass avocado stuffed with snow crab and topped with scallions, masago, spicy mayo, and sweet soy. Each order comes with one whole avocado cut into four pieces. I really liked that they used snow crab instead of imitation crab, but the dish was just okay overall. The batter did not hold everything together well, so the filling kept falling out. I could not get a cohesive bite and it ended up feeling more like a deconstructed tasting experience. Vegetable Tempura ($6.60): Came with five pieces of mixed vegetable tempura and a side of tempura sauce. The taro slices were cut too thick, but the other vegetables like the onion ring, green bean, and broccoli were good. Spicy Karaka/Thin Noodles ($19.80): The presentation was great, but the portion size was small. The thin noodles were stuck together and hard to separate but was the largest portion in the bowl. The broth was delicious with the perfect level of heat. Everything tasted good, I just wish there was more of it, especially the toppings like the kikurage and menma.

Bluefin is a solid pick when you're craving both sushi and ramen. The menu hits high notes: fresh rolls, hearty ramen bowls, and a comfortable vibe that works for a casual night out. Service was friendly and the space checked the “cool but not too loud” box. If you’re after traditional sushi, it may not be the absolute top-tier, but for quality, variety, and convenience it delivers.

I got the flaming 620 sushi and a bunch of other things. It was pretty good. I’ve been a regular here. The staff is always friendly. It got a good family atmosphere.

Bluefin Sushi serves excellent ramen bowls and beautiful-looking American-style sushi (with a large amount of mayonnaise-based sauce). This restaurant is a great place to get a ramen bowl. We tried the most popular Waygu rolls, which were good but extremely heavy due to the mayonnaise-based additive. The crab sushi had the same sauce. I prefer a more traditional sushi; there was no indication that this would be anything else. The bento box was forgettable, but the included sushi was at least clean and light. The Japanese beer was pretty good. The restaurant atmosphere was OK but nothing special. I'd recommend this restaurant for Ramen and try the sushi again, but be much more cautious about what was in any roll I ordered.

I ordered on Uber Eats and I wasn't a huge fan of the Bella spring roll or the crispy rice spicy salmon... there just wasn't enough salmon! But tons of rice

This was the second time I've eaten at this restaurant, and I was much less impressed the second time. The first time the food was great, but I noticed a very small roach crawling across the table, which made me question the sanitation of the place. It was lunchtime, and it was quiet and not very busy. The second time was a busy Friday night. I understand the place was slammed, but I had to ask for another party member's drink that was just...left sitting at the bar. I ordered 4 Kani pieces of sushi, and the crab was really dry and didn't seem fresh. I also ordered the VIP roll, which came lit on fire, which was really cool, but I think they put too much of the chemical that was on fire, because it was on fire for quite a while, which left the sauce inside on the verge of being too burnt to be eaten. Overall, I've had a decent experience...just okay, not blown away. Between sanitation issues, and food quality, I'll probably choose another place for sushi from now on.

The price is right and it’s low key if you’re wanting something quick. They have a happy hour like almost every day and a vegan menu as well.
