Online ordering was so convenient and easy. Food was delicious, will definitely be coming back. Friendly staff and quick service. Best Chinese food in town.

Had take out but it was amazing. Looking forward to eating in but they do get very busy so that shows just how delicious it is!

This is my favorite place to eat in Susanville. It's nice having a sushi place here. Miso soup is great as well as the black tea

OK so I got sick with a sinus and chest cold. I ate the chicken Ramen several times and I swear it helped so much with being sick. Aside from being sick, the food here is excellent. From Bento boxes to Ramen to their amazing avocado salad...all if it is stellar food and excellent service!!

The sushi is really good, big pieces! Everything seems fresh, had a raw salmon roll, eel nigiri and the king kong roll. Wish the prices were a little less but considering its landlocked its understandable.

Food was amazing with lots of different options. We got the King Kong deep fried Sushi which packed with flavor! Fed three people for under $70! We will be returning!!!

Walker restaurant is very clean, the chinese food is very good, American menu is exceptional. We took some friends to dinner there tonight and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The salad bar is the best in town. We will definitely go back.

I got the beef noodles, the beef and noodles were both excellent. The Yellowtail, Tuna, and Salmon were great as well. This place should easily be at least 4.6, it's as good, or better than other 4.6 places, I've been too.

Woa, they're back with a vengeance! Food was excellent and very flavorful and service was quick. The one waitress was kicking @$$ but another came and helped with the rush. They both rocked for how busy they were. Get back in here people, I'm pretty sure they've just taken over as my go to Chinese food place!

The food was …scrumptious! I had the Poke Ahi . My cousin had a Tempura Platter. Very filling! I wish they served -alcohol. Nothing like cold Saki with Sushi! In hopes it will change. Arigato ❤️🎄❤️

Best sushi and restaurant in Susanville hands down. Love this place, great sushi, nice people. Waitresses are a bit young and inexperienced but they do the job. I recommend trying the salmon sushimi. It's so good!

A surprising hole in the wall restaurant. Totally doesn't look like it on the outside but is a super good Chinese restaurant. Went inside because their window said they support local emergency response units. Stayed for the good food! Pricing was average. If you're passing through definitely recommend 👌

It was our first time eating here. Now I think it's going to be a tradition when we go up to Eagle Lake every year.

Ordered dinner from the app, food was ready shortly after I arrived. Food was very good. It was a little expensive but we actually made two meals of dinner out of what we ordered which made it worth the money spent.

This place is great!! Food is really good and the restaurant is clean and great service. We had lunch there with the kids and we loved it.

Passing through town, this place is the ONLY place to eat if you want fresh, delicious food. Great service, very reasonable prices and outstanding sushi (who would have thought you could get this in Susanville). I had the “Yummy Roll” - if it is on the special board definitely order.

After reading reviews in the Mountain Valley Living magazine, I knew I wanted to try Bings. We were not disappointed. The rolls were fresh and full of flavor. The staff was friendly. The kiss of fire was my favorite roll. It was on special. Hopefully it is added to their regular menu.

I rate this location four Stars. Food was yummy 😋🤤. Unfortunately, it appears they don't got a liquor license. Therefore, no beer or sake 😢🍶. I understand it's a small town so, no all you can eat & prices were decent. Update: 3/8/22 Yay!!! They sale alcohol now. I add another ⭐ making it 5 😇🥳

Very good, I’m an EMT and I stopped here for lunch and the service was great and fast and the food was very timely which I appreciated and was high quality. Prices were very fair and if I have the chance to stop and eat in Susanville again I plan and being back.

Let me tell you what...I don't like sushi but this place has the best shit in town. Avalanche, king crunch are bomb son! The spring rolls south the spicy sweet and sour....off the hook.

The food is fresh and prepared perfectly. They have a wide variety of sushi rolls, steaks, seafood, and the prices are great. There are menu items for kids as well. The service is always phenomenal and the atmosphere is relaxing.

The food is great, especially considering that this Japanese restaurant is located in a rural town, the staff are very efficient, pleasant and helpful and the prices are quite reasonable. Parking is easy and one doesn't have to worry about vehicle break-ins and other crime problems. I'm glad I found this place since I'm frequently in the Susanville area.

Definitely worth the stop! Nestled in the small town of Susanville, you might question such a location as a destination to eat. Trust me this will surprise you! The food is always delicious. I haven't had a bad dish yet. It's definitely small town vibes and the locals are always there. If you're passing through and have a craving for sushi, noodles, or anything in that category this is a place you need to try!

Oh my goodness this spicy salmon hand roll is mouth watering delicious!!! My tempura is perfect. My salmon sashimi is so fresh and delicious. I am so glad that Susanville has an amazing sushi bar. No need to go anywhere else but here seriously I will never have to go to Reno for sushi ever again, thank you Bings!!!

Awesome fresh sushi and original chicken ramen soup lots of chicken in it so good! The owner is fabulous and and goes beyond expectations for her customers and employees! Our server Kelli was amazing we loved our experience here! Would most definitely recommend a nice spot for dinner or lunch!

This place is delicious, and a great bargain as well. The food was super fresh, with crispy veggies - nothing limp or soggy here!! I had Kung Pau Shrimp and would definitely eat it again as the shrimp was plentiful and juicy as could be. Our waitress went out of her way to ensure we had great service as well. What a gem of a restaurant!!

Everything was good but my plate came out 7 minutes after everyone else got there's and it was just barely warm. I ate part of mine and took the rest home. The food had a good taste when it was warmer. Would I go there again? 🤔 No, the food was cold and the price was to high. Happy garden for me next time.

Stopped with my family here on our 5h car trip. Even though my family barely speaks any English they got along very well. The staff is very nice and lovely, and the food was straight up delicious.

Rice is right also (which is as critical as seafood being fresh). Staff is polite and welcoming. The eating part is great! Everything as it should be (acknowledging this is Susanville and not The City, regardless of that this place rocks sushi and sashimi!!)!

California rolls were very yummy and the portion size for the sweet and sour chicken and chow mein was great and the family enjoyed all that we ordered. Bella is a very kind waitress.

We've called in several orders and always been happy with the food, recently dined in and got to see all the other food options besides our regular order, the chow mein served with the dinner combo has all different kinds of meat in it and the plates are big for the price. Didn't take long for our food and the server checked in with us frequently.

We were coming back from camping and wanted a good fresh nice meal and we stopped here. We were very happily surprised by the quality of the food and service. Sushi in Susanville could have go wrong but no, they are killing it!!! We had garlic edamame, hand rolls and speciality rolls. Top notch and served by Katy, she was great! You go Bings!

The food was excellent! Some of the best sushi I have ever had! Loved the variety of options on the menu, fresh ingredients, large portions, made quickly, visually beautiful, and tasted absolutely delicious! The kid menu was awesome, my 7 yr old daughter ate everything on her plate (teriyaki chicken plate) and tried some sushi for the first time, and loved it! Thanks for making my birthday feel special. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

I went there with some friends. We enjoyed the food and had great service. We were all very happy with our meal and the price honestly isn't that bad in comparison to other sushi places we had been to. Overall it is pretty good.

The food was delicious. I had the shrimp tempura Bento box. It came with miso soup, tempura shrimp, tempura veggies, rice, spring roll, a small salad and a California roll. It is a little pricey, 19.99 I believe, but it fed me for 2 and 1/2 meals . Which isn't bad at all. 😉

I'm normally picky about sushi places. So my brother told me to try it out I wasn't disappointed they had great portions and very lovely staff.

Service was slow and even though I ordered by internet it still took over 30 minutes. The food though was great large portions and very tasty. Thanks

A Good Start, With Room to Improve I’ve eaten from here about a half a dozen times. The sushi is pretty standard fare- a bit pricey, but given the remote location understandable. The seaweed salad was a bit chewy. Would love to see some nigiri & sashimi platters on the menu. Also, one item listed- the Crazy Tiger roll- wasn’t available. My biggest gripe is with the front of the house. Two times in a row I’ve order online (they use Qmenu) and the waitstaff have forgotten to check the online orders & process them. My last order that was supposed to be ready in 30” took an hour., and in both cases, the response I got was ‘Oops’. It’s not a big restaurant, so takeout should be a big part of the business. Let’s hope the quality of waitstaff changes soon.

Horrible lunch. The food was great but we got to sit next to a woman that talked so loud you could have heard her outside. We couldn't talk or hear one another at all over her. By then she was on her 4th beer and ruined the whole meal for us. Waitress brought my husband a drink but I sat there 25 minutes waiting for my drink that never came. We ended up leaving early. Blah.

Not the worst sushi I had but it’s very expensive for what you get. It would be nice if they had all you can eat or some kind of deal to get multiple rolls for a certain price. The one roll I had was really salty but the Happy Dog roll was good. My friend and I didn’t even get that much food and paid over 50$ just doesn’t seem worth it to me.

It's good. But the service is slow, even for a small town. And the meat taste like the bought it from grocery outlet and they just cover up the taste with teriyaki sauce. But the rice is great.

The food was atrocious. I ordered a New York steak with shrimp. It's salad was just lettuce with dressing on it. The miso soup was just a cup of liquid with barely anything in it. The shrimp was good not much of it though. The vegetables were good but there was more of them then there was steak. The steak was "5 ounce" I doubt that. The thing was as flat as 2 strips of bacon and full of fat. I spat out a few pieces. I asked for medium well and got a burnt hockey puck. The fried rice was good. Main part of the meal the steak was the worst part by far.

Restaurant was dirty ,we were seated at dirty table , no salad no soup was served to us , my husband’s food came out 20 min after mine his steak was bloody he was giving no utensils, I had to get up and get them myself, when we told our waitress we did not want our food she got some one from the back who offered us a free meal coupons but all we received was a 15$ bill !!! Worst experience ever

Very expensive. Ordered online. Paid for the food brought it home. Didn't tell us what was on the sushi which was fish eggs. Also didn't taste very good at all. Not worth it.

Very slow service. The good looked old and was very salty. Afterward it made my stomach hurt for hours. The portions are big, but not worth it.

We were told to sit anywhere we would like. We sat in a booth and not one server came and brought menus or water. It was not busy. Will never return. Horrible first impression.

Stopped through Susanville on way home from Nevada and was looking for a dinner but sadly they are closed so went into what looked like steak house type restaurant with sushi bar. Obviously now know it us a sushi restaurant since menu was named differently to the name outside. Once seated the table was sticky and was informed that it was a finish issue. First waitress was nice and knowledgeable, 2nd however not so much. We decided on Japanese fried chowmein and meat. I chose chicken while my father steak, the dish was bland and had lots of onions however this isn't the worst part the chicken and beef tasted the same and had an unexpected textureyet consistent with each other. I couldn't even fake like it and just ended up leaving after paying, not really touching our food. This may have been an off day but it does not seem that way. Definitely over priced, in my opinion but it is California.ill see if I can add a picture and what you see is whet we left on rable.

A standard plate of sushi for the price of an all you can eat sushi experience everywhere else. Nothing fantastic. And when you don't give a positive review, the owner which owns/runs other failing restaurants here in smalltown USA will block you on facebook in a failed attempted to remove your review.

Rip off and disgustingIt was the biggest waste of $$$. They should be ashamed. I was so disappointed. The food was horrible. I had the skewered beef. That is what the picture is of $9+and that was what I got. It was cold and had No Flavor. The vegetable tempura was over $10.00 and it was impossible to chew!!!! You guys should close down til you can learn how to prepare basic recipes....I hate giving you a single star.

I really wanted to live this place. I finally went to this resturant yesterday and I have to share my experience with everyone.. I'm sure there are other folks in susanville that may have a problem with what happened. I have studied their menu on several occasions, I needed to make sure I could order exactly what I wanted and have no surprises. I have a complicated digestive system that really needs to have only specific types of food. Spicy being one I cannot have. After a lengthy debate I ordered a California hand roll and a King Kong. According to the menu the King Kong consists of tempura shrimp, crab and cream cheese then fried. A huge favorite of mine. I placed the order online had had friend pick up my meal and bring it home so I may enjoy my lunch. It looked so good I was so very hungry for sushi.. I grabbed the King Kong roll and took my first bite. Almost immediately I ended up throwing the roll up.. It was spicy it was way to spicy for me to even eat. I took took good look a what I ordered and they put fish eggs on top. I called the restaurant to discuss what had happened. I specifically added to my order no Wasabi and nothing spicy. The lady that answered the phone tried to explain to me that each chef adds their personal touch to their sushi rolls sometimes they add the fish eggs and other they use spicy mayo. I told her that the roll was so hot that I could not eat it and I could not eat anything else for 2 days. That's how sensitive my system can be. I received no apology and just got the answer that chefs add their own personal touch regardless of what the menu has to say. This bothered me. Most places would of said I'm sorry thus happened if you would like to bring it back we can make you a fresh one that doesn't have these additives or offer a refund. I got nothing. Even though I specifically ordered nothing spicy. How many people out there have issues or food allergies. What if fish eggs was an allergy, would they at least offer a refund as you are rushed to the hospital? What if you ordered a vegetarian roll only to have fish eggs on top. I know this may sound like I am knit picking but I spent $22 dollars for 2 sushi rolls that I could not eat, and 2 napkins. Maybe they don't offer soy sauce or the fortune cookies. I'm not sure. I just know that I spent good money for a meal I could not eat because that's how they cook their food there. So I have to post this review in sorts and hopefully anyone that has issues will be able to avoid the restaurant. If this helps even one person from an anaphylaxis shock this post was not wasted. I see a lot of posts that are compaining about their customer service that maybe they will be able to adjust their attitude and nake sure that the menu says on it they can put whatever they want on your food. I Cannot afford to eat at at place that I can't eat at.

I placed a togo order with my dine in order and did not get my whole togo order. I called when I got home (45 miles away). The young lady assured me that she would have her manager contact me the next day. I didn't get a phone call so I called and was told I needed to drive 45 miles to have my money refunded in cash. Not good customer service since I paid with a credit card.

Date night with the hubby and we were treated like 2nd rate citizens. There were 2 booths available and we were seated at a table for 6 rather than a more intimate and comfortable booth. Once we were seated, we were then completely ignored. We watched the hostess seat 2 other parties and take their orders, and never even asked to take ours. Our experience here 2 years ago was a much more pleasant and enjoyable one. Customer service is not their strong suit.

They raised the prices so much !!!! It’s alright sushi, my husband and I like the El Guapo roll. We always order the same things each time we go (5 sushi rolls and 1 plate of chow mein) we thought the price was good at $60 for both of us. That’s why we kept going back. Yesterday we ordered the same thing and it was $109 !!!!! 40 whole dollars more ?! This town is ridiculous. Rather just go to Reno

WARNING Rotten fish! Rotten fish! Ordered a roll with raw fish and it came out covered in a white film and dry and rubbered in texture. Calamari was bland and not seasoned in the batter. The ramen wasn’t really ramen so be prepared for that because it was just some messed up soup. It says tonkatsu but it’s not. We got the bill and it was over 45 dollars when we didn’t even touch our plates. The staff HAPPILY took our money. I called later about the two boys hiding under the counter laughing who I had seen with their phones pointing towards me and my date and refused to come help me settle my check. The manager answered and was completely rude. She claimed all the fish was fresh which is weird because mine was old and smelly. I respectfully told her I’ll call later and she clearly don’t give a damn. I WASNT RUDE AN THEY STILL FELT THE NEED TO BE RUDE TO ME. Please don’t come here!!!

A 4.1 rating on Google? Surely you jest! I know I probably shouldn’t do this to a local business in a small town as a visitor from a much bigger city who’s eaten authentic food in Asia. But to maintain my reputation as an honest and widely experienced reviewer, I’m going to recommend that outsiders not eat at Bing’s even though locals seem to think it’s an acceptable eatery. It’s really bad! The sushi is easily the worst I’ve ever eaten in my lifetime. I’m not comparing it to the impeccable nigiri that I’ve tasted in Tokyo. I’m comparing it to the mediocre sushi at our local supermarket, and it pales in comparison even to that! I didn’t think sushi could taste this bad! And it isn’t a knock against the employees. It’s a direct reference to the astonishingly bad quality of the fish. Nigiri shouldn’t be bitter or chewy! And somehow, even the rice is awful! And I didn’t think you could mess up rice! The egg flower soup is also bad. And it took 30 minutes just for anyone to take our order. But honestly, what do you expect in an isolated town of 10,000 people? It’s almost unfair to rate a sushi place in the middle of nowhere.

I placed a togo order with my dine in order and did not get my whole togo order. I called when I got home (45 miles away). The young lady assured me that she would have her manager contact me the next day. I didn't get a phone call so I called and was told I needed to drive 45 miles to have my money refunded in cash. Not good customer service since I paid with a credit card.
