Incredible. Amazing food. So delicious. Prices are more than reasonable! The roasted, salted jalapeno peppers that are served at the pickled veggie bar are out of this world amazing. Totally worth a commute if you're nowhere near.

I’ve been there a couple of times and got the beef burrito with rice beans, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. Extremely good! Both the red and green Hot sauce are yummy. I’d prefer green sauce usually but I like both here. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes Mexican food. It’s a small mama pop shop feel. I sat and ate a burrito one time and they cleaned twice while I was there. I love a place that I know values cleanliness. I definitely recommend the Burrito. I haven’t had anything else on the menu yet, but I definitely will try more items.

I’d prefer green sauce usually but I like both here. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes Mexican food. It’s a small mama pop shop feel. Alex is a really kind person and hooked me and my mom up with a free agua fresca! He was very kind and understanding with my mom and the food is great! We paid handsomely for their great service. The only downside is that the front ladies don't speak much English so it's hard to communicate with them, but again that's what you get with an authentic Mexican restaurant!

Pretty good in a pinch. The beans on the nachos are somewhat flavorless, the green salsa adds some good heat. The lengua was delicious but I prefer my tripa a little crispier, so maybe my fault for not asking. Overall pretty flavorful tacos but everything else feels like an afterthought. The radish and pickled veggies have lost their crunch and some of the chips were stale.

That day I tried the horchata drink I bought a large because they don’t do refills you would have to buy a new drink. I had gotten the Carne Asada burrito which was rolled up and I had some chips on the side and the green salsa is probably my favorite salsa. We also God I believe Carmen Asada chips they come with everything sour cream, avocado, cheese, it was delicious. I love the seating area it’s so comfortable and so different from other restaurants and also they have daily specials which varies in food they don’t have access to public restrooms and I love how they have their logos of the Mexican lottery really creative!

I used to go to the one on Astoria after school almost daily…Prices have definitelyyyy gone upp since then but the food and service remains elite ! Just so happened to be closer to the Gladstone location today and they did not disappoint

Pretty reasonably priced for food in 2026. Which is good because that food was slightly better than average but just. I got 12 tacos, 3 Pollo, 3 Carnitas, 3 Asada and the final 3 Pastor. The chicken and steak were both dried out. I went in pretty early so my guess is it was cooled the day before. The Pollo in particular was pretty bland as well. I soaked both of those options in sauce, which helped for sure. The Pastor and Carnitas were much fresher as well as being more flavorful. The service was excellent and the space, though small, was adequate as I waited for my takeout order. In a metro area like L.A. and even a town like Sylmar there are just too many better options based on my single experience with Mi Rincon. It wasn't terrible and you wouldn't hate it but at least for tacos temper your expectations if you expect a 5 star visit.

The lady at the location on Gladstone is rude and provides horrible service. I ordered papa nachos a dish I been getting for years . The fries were cold, the meat was over cooked almost burnt, the serving was small . When I asked for salsa, rabanos, onion and limes she was very stingy and gave me one of each when I had ordered 6 different orders for my family and I . I asked for more salsa verde but she pretended not to hear me.Get it together Mi rincon tapatio.

I ordered a torta de carnitas, it was so bland. Didn’t taste like anything but bland beans even though it was packed with carnitas. I wouldn’t recommend ordering that off their menu. I’ve eaten a few other things off their menu just to see if it was just that order that didn’t have much flavor to it but nope everything I’ve had from this location doesn’t taste good. The salsa verde is pretty good though, I’ll give them that.
