We have been long time loyal customers of the empire buffet up until about a year ago. Their service and food service has taken a serious decline so we decided to try this buffet and after going regularly for about 8 months, we have not been disappointed yet! I love their large food selection and it’s always hot and tastes great. It has lots of seating. Service is not top notch but it’s good. I would recommend you try it!

Typical Chinese buffet fare, all quite tasty, salad station was stocked fresh and kept quite clean (as was the whole area). Servers were very friendly. Definitely a lot of space inside to not feel cramped,looks like they do good business. Our go to for Chinese.

Went for Saturday lunch with my husband. Everything was fresh and full. We were very mindful of waste, so we took small sample portions and then just went back for more if we liked something. The food selection was incredible and everything was very clean. The staff was constantly filling the buffet pans and wiping surfaces. We left full and grateful that we chose here for lunch. With a bill less than $50 after tax, we will definitely be back! Very good food for the price.

Had a great time. the food was pretty good. Better than usual, (they're are things I'm not a fan of, but what i enjoy was made well). The service is always top-notch. We had a great time overall and spent time for Valentine's Day with my hubby. My leg is really really bothering me and they noticed and say us close to the buffet tables which was really helpful.

Ok I’m going to begin by saying the main man in charge is VERY rude!! While leaving the restaurant my grandbaby had an ice cream she was still trying to finish coming out the door and literally told her she can’t leave with it!!! It’s thier “rule” now instead of me lashing out at him I had to tell my grandbaby to throw it out ! Also the staff is aways starting at you while u eat like they just can’t wait for u to leave ! It’s the whole staff is what I don’t like at all , food is ok . Use to go there once a wk til this incident. Now my new spot to go is Empire Buffet ! Very nice staff ☺️☺️

It was an okay experience, food was sitting for a while, we went at dinner time and there were only a handful of people. The price for the quality wasn't great. Had employees on their phones at the sushi and hibachi areas. Definitely better options in the area.

A few months ago I went on a weekday with my husband and the food was cold and dry, seemed to be sitting out and old. I gave it another chance two Saturdays ago, and the food was fresh and good. The wait staff definitely watch you like a hawk. They’re very worried about people taking ice cream with them on their way out. Everything has to be eaten there which makes sense bc it’s a buffet, but they definitely act kind of weird about it. I’ve never seen a buffet with so many signs indicating rules and photos of “thieves” but I guess they must deal with a lot of bad people. The ladies bathroom was nasty. Multiple stalls weren’t flushed and idk if it’s bc they’re broken or people are just gross. Either way, I didn’t want to use the bathroom there bc it was dirty.

Food is terrible, place is dirty, staff is rude. And don’t try to take your ice cream outside - they’ll call you a thief and put your picture on the wall. Don’t waste your time and money.

I have a disable brother who I took out for dinner. Me being a female and unable to go into the male restrooms, I took my handicap brother who’s in a wheelchair let me remind you all, into the girls bathroom with me to wash his hands and get cleaned up. Theirs stalls in their so there was no way possible anyone could see anyone using the bathroom. As we finished up, I walked out with my brother and sat back to my table. One of the workers didn’t like the fact that my only choice was to bring my brother into the woman’s room to wash his hands and came up to us to tell me I can’t bring him in their again. Like excuse me, but how else am I a woman going to help my brother who’s disabled to use the bathroom? This place is a joke.

This was one of the worst buffet experiences I’ve ever had. The food was old, cold, and clearly had been sitting out for way too long. Nothing tasted fresh. When I tried to speak to the manager about it, she told me no one there spoke English — which made it impossible to resolve anything. My family and I ended up paying $60 for an inedible meal and zero customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will not be returning

Went today with my family and the Asian waitress just felt very rushing and fighting with us for tip at the end and of course I DECLINED! It felt so disgusting and so weird! The quality of the food and personnel is definitely declining compared to 1 year ago! Not a place to come back again for sure! Total charged two adults two kids : 80.50.

The manager told us that we were coming in on “lunch” and I’m 20 minutes then the changer over to dinner. We decided as a family to eat on the lunch menu. The manger told us not to go by the entrees labeled dinner. We didn’t. The food was lukewarm and not all that great. Our waitress was nice. The manager decided to charges us all on the dinner menu. When we called him on it. He said we were “cheaters”. We argued until he gave us 5.00 off . Don’t ever want to go to this place again. He even argued with his employees in front of customers. Which demonstrates poor customer service and professionalism.

This was actually the worst food I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. Everything tasted very strange and a lot of the seafood looks like if you ate it, you would immediately die. My husband took a shrimp and the head of it was black. The waitress gave me a dirty look when I asked if they had those marble sodas. I hope I don’t have explosive diarrhea tomorrow. I will never go here again it was foul and criminal.

Id give it a 0 if I could. Staff was friendly. But food was all old and not replenished. For $25 per person id have assumed it was going to be good. Not to mention there is a sign out front that states very clearly it is not an all day buffet. Eating is limited to 2 hours. When ling lings is right down the road and 10$ less per person AND THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS? Oddly uncomfortable behavior. Will never be back. And have told friends and family not to go there.

My boyfriend and I were there six months ago. The food was fresh and delicious then. We went there two weeks ago, the food was spoiled, the taste of rotten food. We thought today that maybe something had changed, and what do you think it got even worse, the ribs tasted like rotten meat, although they were in the marinade, the shrimp were rotten, the crab meat was black and rotten. This place has become so bad that it doesn't even deserve one star in the reviews.

As soon as you walk in you're greeted with signs telling you that you aren't allowed to put anything on your plate that you may not eat and that you have a limit on how long you can be there. Kids are not allowed to touch snacks without an adult with them. Cant take any drinks, food or snacks home. Also the staff was very unpleasant and watch you like a hawk. They charge a fortune for you to eat there and the food was disgusting. Tasted like it was cooked in old soapy mop bucket water and was dry as a bone. I grabbed crab legs and when I went to Crack them, they crumbled into dust. Bugs in the bathroom crawling in the sink and up the walls. Worst experience ever at a restaurant. Don't know what we did to deserve this punishment. Over $90 later, I'm glad it's over. Place is forever in our rearview. Be warned, go somewhere else. Save your money.
