They make the best chicken bacon ranch pizza ever and wings love them

Staff was friendly and food was good.

One of the only pizza places that delivers! Pizza was thin, cheesy, and flavorful without being too salty. Delivery was quick and friendly.

Just sat at their counter area for a couple of slices and wings. Pepperoni pizza was great and love those char grilled wings.

Very good pizza. Great selection and friendly staff. Small shop with not much seating but you can sit if you want to. One of my slices got slightly burnt so they gave me another slice, free of charge. Highly recommend.

My meal was 2 large cheese pizza and garlic parmesan wings. The pizza was soft and cheesy the wings was so tasty and crisp just how we like it .

Hand down the best pizza is Syracuse. Being a native Utican I’m super picky about pizza and wings. But OIP beats out my favorite Utica joint. The chargrilled wings are crisp and super flavorful. The pizza is perfectly greasy, the sauce is perfect, and it’s foldable which makes it perfect.

I stop into this wonderful store a lot when I'm working and I have never been let down! You're always greeted by kind staff and good food, even if I had to drive 30 minutes this is the place I would go to! You won't be sorry if you pick this place to get your grub from :-)

The staff was way better than the last time I went there. A 100% improvement. Great food today, I enjoyed my visit very much. I'm very happy they got rid of the slackers and the people that were making this place a terrible place to go and spend a couple years since I have visited this location because of the service I received the time before. But like I said, it is a lot more professional and the food and service reflect that.

Pizza was good, the sauce was on point Good cheese pull , seating was limited it's a tight fit like a small hallway. $22 for a LG pie & 2 grape sodas. Only thing that bothered me was the crack couples walking by in the window repeatedly staring at you like you owe them something because you want to enjoy a pizza. So I just walked with mine an ate it on my way home.

I’ve never had a bad experience with OIP. The chargrilled wings are perfection and their Buffalo style wings are just as good. The hot sauce they use for the Buffalo style is absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect amount of heat coupled with great flavors. I’m not sure what they season the sauce with, but they do it very well. I asked for the wings crispy, and they came crispy, which makes or breaks a wing order for me. I don’t know many, who like a soggy wing. They are always nice to interact with and the pizza is always hot and perfect as well. I moved to the area a year ago and it’s my new pizza and wing go to. Also, I didn’t take advantage of it, but if you’re in their member program, they offer you a free cheesecake for your birthday which is super nice.

I love the pizza here, especially the pepperoni pizza. The pizza crust is chewy and crunchy. The cheese and pepperoni is delicious, and in my opinion the pizza has a reasonable amount of grease on it from the pepperoni. The slices they give you are also hefty, maybe 5 or 6 inches long.

Great people who work here. They are usually nice and greet u with a smile. The wings are soooo good. I love that the wings look like real chicken wings not over injected steroid wings. For always cooked the way I request and ready when I pick up. If u are a pizza and wing lover u must try OIP

James street location was amazing. Ordered twice while in the hospital and all of the food was still hot and delicious. Very minor detail but if they could cut the pizza all the way and in somewhat similiar sized pieces that would be great. Overall awesome food!

This is my favorite OIP. I normally order everything philly cheese steak, Italian mix sub, cheesy bread, char grilled wings & pepperoni pizza. These are my favorites.

Pizza was just ok, but the chargrilled boneless wings are amazing! I wish we could get them in Cincinnati

Great way to make wings, the only downside was they were busy and my order was forgotten-

They have great pizza and prices are fair not too pricy like some pizza places

They have great garlic knots are all of them for the Super Bowl make a hot and ready along with marinara sauce the customer service was great we'll be ordering again.

Very good. But they won't deliver to my new address. The west Genesee spot has delivered me two very burnt pizzas recently.

I've been coming here for years for lunch. The staff is kind and quick, they're truly some awesome people. The pizza is good - I've never not enjoyed a pepperoni or garlic slice from here.

Pretty good pizza if you're looking to grab and go. Not much in the way of seating and staff was very short with me during my visit.

I was shocked. Their wings are good and their pizza is too, the girl was good, but the guy was rude. Always on his phone, not paying attention when customers came in and when asked questions had a rude sarcastic remark.

I stopped into this OIP for a slice on Wednesday 1/8/25. The sausage & pepperoni slice was excellent!

Go to spot for a quick pizza close to our house, usually solid. Only complaint is they sometimes do a subpar job at cutting the pizza lol. Char grilled wings are usually pretty good here too.

The pizza isn’t great and it’s really expensive for what you get. However, I will say the wings are the best I’ve had in the area.

The Pizza is good, the wings are good. I have an OIP card and they have no way to check you balance through phone call or online.

It's not fun unless you want to BarQ your wing's not bad a little high on price but is good for hot day don't want to cook.

A bit pricey but i love their wings. The pizza is just ok, you can definitely find better for less. Reduce the price on the mediocre pizza and i'll be there every week.

These are arguably the best wings I've ever had...that being said the service here absolutely SUCKS!!! It's like "soup Nazi" except with wings. They're rude and condescending like "we know our wings are the best and you have to come here"...plus they're kind of expensive so overall not a real pleasant experience unless you get a friend to pick them up for you...B-)

First time trying OIP.. Tried steak sub with works. It is good plenty of meat. It needs more cheese,onion and peppers to be the works, also needs grilled mushrooms. I also tried a cheese pizza. It was ok. A.little salty. Also, the crust was a little mushy. I like thin crust usually. I tried cheese sticks. Ok, I didn't like breading but

OIP is touch and go. The pizza is never the strong point that distinction is bestowed upon the wings. Unfortunately the char grilled wings can taste like heaven or hell depending on which site you go to and on who cooks them. The James street branch had notiouriously bad service a few years back where you would drop in and wait for almost an hour after your order.

1 slice of garlic pizza and a 16 Oz of grape soda $6.75 then I looked up at the menu and saw that I could have gotten a whole large pizza for 5 bucks more. I was only hungry for a slice, but for just 5 bucks more I could have offered the remaining slices to the people that were hanging out around there, I'm kicking myself in the butt for not looking at the menu first. One thing is for sure, I will be there again just to make myself feel better and spend the extra 5 bucks. Great people that work there, very kind and hard working.

They are good at times . I usually get the wings but it's a toss up cause a lot of times the wings are not cooked the way you've done asked.

The service has been very rude and unsanitary. sandwich maker started yelling and acting unprofessional in front of manager and didn't perform job and manager had to step in and fix sandwich.

Tried a sausage roll there for the first time was a little disappointed. I thought it was going to be crumble sausage but it was like lengths just cut up so trying to bite into made it difficult with the skin on the sausage it pulled out of the roll

Garbage. Pizza was bland and over cooked. Wings were overcooked and dry. My wife's salad had limp, wilted leaves. I paid $33 for a barely edible, disappointment of a meal. One staff member made a rude comment about me and my order to a co-worker right in front of me. Not going back. Ever.

The food is great, but the customer service is horrible. They get things wrong often and become offended when questioned. There is a delivery driver thats really sweet, but the manager isn't good. Some times if you order online, they'll charge you for extra things like hot sauce and not say anything.

I admit I'm fussy about Pizza. I lived the first 50 years of my life in NYC, where there's practically a Pizzeria on every block. The competition there is fierce, and if you don't make great Pizza, you're out of business in a month. Since I moved to Syracuse 15 years ago, I've had to resign myself to Pizza that just doesn't stack up. Well, in all of Syracuse, the worst of the worst Pizza is that proffered by OIP. it's kind of like cardboard with bad Tomato Sauce and Cheese -- and not enough of it. I've found a few Pizzerias in Syracuse that make halfway decent Pizza, but OIP isn't one of them. I had a friend who loves Pizza who recently visited Brooklyn. He always thought that the Pizza here isn't bad. I told him to visit a few Pizza places while there -- there's plenty of Pizza joints to choose from. Well, he came back after a week and said, "You're right -- I ate Pizza in Brooklyn almost every day, and now I know what Pizza is supposed to taste like. Every Pizzaria in Brooklyn makes better Pizza than you can find in Syracuse". He says he'll never see foot in an OIP again. There are several OIP outlets in Syracuse, and I've found that some make even worse Pizza than the others. Well, as bad Pizza goes, the OIP on Townsend and James is about the worst of them. I tried it out again the last time I was there -- the Pizza was cold and stiff, and pretty bad by any standards. If you want decent Pizza in the Syracuse area, try Mario & Salvo's or Avacolli in Liverpool. But as for OIP -- I say: Avoid like the plague.

Pizza was good but the customer service was bad. They forgot to give us the blue cheese we paid for then when we went to ask for it they gave us ranch...went back got the blue cheese the attitude was unforgivable. They apparently missed the fact we tiped them 5 bucks for lunch.

They are horrible they sent me a large pepperoni pizza that was actually a left over cheese pizza from lunch the pepperoni was added on to the pizza thrown on the oven for 2 minutes and the meat on there wings was old hard and like leather they wouldn't refund my money I can out cook them in any category I bet bums get more edible food from dumpsters ....do your self a favor go to twin trees or Johnnie macs

Terrible service food is mediocre. I ordered a salad and pizza the guy who took my order was rude and when food came it didn’t look good and the chicken salad I ordered had came with a dressing but it was not Italian dressing I’m not sure if something was put into the food or dressing but I felt sick and my mouth was on fire. I threw everything in the trash

Way over priced. Over $1.25 a wing + tax . $14.50 for 10 wings and that's with out tip . Terrible deal . So many other places to get a better deal. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I've had good experiences at another OIP but this one is pathetic. Preordered, prepaid and pretipped my dinner to arrive hours ahead of time. When I called at 5:45 to find out why my food hadn't arrived, I was told that it would be there at 5:30 by someone who apparently cannot tell time. When she realized what time it already was, she tried talking to someone else about why the food had yet to be delivered and he whined about not knowing where my location was. GPS? Google Maps? Freaking call me and ask?! When I was told that it would be another half hour before my food would arrive (like I want food that's sat around for an hour), I canceled my order. Last time, OIP.

*UPDATE* Store Manager personally called and apologized for the incident. He was on vacation and he rectified the situation very well. He was very apologetic and listened. We had ordered pizza. Deliver took about an hour. Ordered 20 wings, a large pizza with 1 topping, and garlic knots... We split the order of wings to have 2 flavors and they charged us. When we got them they are all 1 flavor, called and they said we can make you new ones and pick those up. Meanwhile family from CT was visiting and didnt want to wait another hour. So I suggested if they can take my info down and maybe give a a credit for later, was put on hold. Finally someone came on the phone and couldnt speak English...I had asked for the manager and was hung up on.

feb 06 2023 i order i spend 95 $ and the pizza was good but the wings so nasty half off the wings was old and your oil i'am 100% for sure was too old so i'am not gonna buy any more

People at this location are not too smart. Ordered a delivery, the girl on the phone asked if it was a house or an apartment, she told me that we would have it in 30-45 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called the store to find out where our food was, she had marked it for pick up. It sat on top of the oven that entire time and they offered to bring it right then. I asked if they were going to make new food as it had been sitting there for way too long and they said they weren't allowed to do that. Needless to say, I told them to shove the food up their asses, I shouldn't have to have old food, because they made the mistake. The James St. OIP would be better off if monkeys worked there!

Cashier was very rude as if he didn't want me in the store, and whenmy foodwasreceived my chicken was under cooked. When i complained the cashier was again very rude as if i didn't deserve to complain or receive a refund. Needlessto say they will never receive my business again!

Went to establishment ordered 50 chargilled wings spilt flavor of Honey BB & Honey explained that i needed my order wrapped along with that Order I had 2 veggie calzones and 1 orded of Garlic knots. Upon arriving home in Arizona with thos order, i find that the wings tasted like walmart flavored seasoned wings. I went to OIP to get disappointed and robed out 82.05 to feel cheated. OIP has always been out favorite spot but i will never return to any OIP .THE JAMES ST location

Horrible customer service. walked in and stood there a few min while they finished their conversation(and the place was dead).....got my order it was wrong! they did not want to help by fixing it. they offered to put more sauce on my wings lol. are you kidding me?? and the guy making the pizzas was talking on his cell phone?? Horrible!! Will never go there again!!!

First time going here!!! Ordered a medium cheese pizza, 10 pc honey garlic wings, cheese steak with the "works", slice of chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookie and chocolate brownie. Pizza was dry, I asked for crispy charbroiled wings and they were hard micro wings that tasted old, cheese steak was little with barely any cheese on it with more bread than meat and the slice of chocolate cake tasted like refrigerator.The prices are high for nothing and it was such a disappointment everything was trash. The hype is for nothing and a waste of money 😔😔😔.

RUDEST customer service I have ever witnessed in a pizza shop. The lady was ordering 4 additional pizzas to a very large order and the employee was not only unnecessarily rude but mean about it too. She's lucky she didn't pull that attitude with me. A coworker of mine warned me that there was a lady who worked there that was always rude and that he doesn't go there anymore, and now I've witnessed it first hand. As a result, I didn't place an order and will never do business with them again.

We ordered a supreme pizza and extra crispy wings. I took a picture of the wings but it doesn't show how they were undercooked. The pizza was obviously undercooked with a bunch of raw vegetables thrown on top. I sent my picture and a message and never heard back. I want my money back. This is ridiculous.
