In town from Rochester to see a show and wow, this place did not disappoint! The milkshakes were delicious and the food was outstanding! And every one of the staff couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely come back next time we're in town.
We had a wait of 30 minutes to get seated but it was definitely worth the wait. I had the Caribbean salad with salmon added and it was awesome! The salad consisted of greens, roasted red peppers, grilled pineapple, red onion , and dried cranberries with a pina colada vinaigrette. I added salmon to the salad. The vinaigrette tasted just like a pina colada. You could taste the pineapple and coconut. It was a bright and very light vinaigrette. The salmon was fork tender with just the right amount of spice and cooked to perfection. It practically melted in your mouth. It was the best salmon I ever had. If you haven't been there yet you need to to try it. You won't regret it.
We stopped at modern malt before going to see a show at the landmark theater. The staff was amazingly attentive, especially the manager Kevin! It was busy, but every member of the staff jumped in to help serve everyone in a timely manner. The food was incredible! I had a fluffenuter malt with my meal, and it was divine!!! I would absolutely recommend, and I would definitely come back!
Staff is so welcoming, kind and helpful. I arrived when it was a bit busy but they still managed to be attentive. Later on helped with orders recommendations and even good lakes, waterfalls and bars to visit in the area since I don’t live here. Nick and Tim were just great and I would definitely recommend this place. Restaurant is clean, very cute, food is delicious and price is very fair.
My family and I have never heard of this restaurant, as we visited Syracuse for a show. Each of us had different kinds of burgers. All of them were very delicious! They were juicy and vooked perfectly. Our server was professional and attentive. If we visit Syracuse again, we will definitely eat at Modern Malt again.
Ate here for the first time on my lunch break today. There is an accessible entry ramp around the side of the building. It leads to the kitchen door, though, so I advise you to call ahead if you need to use it. There was only 1 server on this afternoon, and they handled things like a champ! I had the oreo french toast and it was delightful! It was sweet, but not overwhelmingly so; chocolatey, but without being so rich that you quit halfway through. Having a dessert for a meal that still felt like "real food" and not like I was just giving in to my inner-kid (well, maybe a little) was exactly the pick-me-up I needed on a dreary day like today. Because I'm a dope, I forgot my wallet back in the office. They do offer tap-to-pay here, but for whatever reason, my phone didn't want to cooperate. I offered to leave something behind as collateral while I ran back to work to grab my wallet, and the server actually comped my meal! They absolutely did not have to do that. I would've been more than happy to come back and pay. It was my own fault, anyway! I will definitely return another day (with my wallet!) and am so grateful for the kindness and understanding I received today.
The menu was innovative, the staff friendly, and the food absolutely delicious. We tried the chile relleno omelette, bangers and hash, and Big Havana sandwich. All three dishes were very well done- textures and flavors on point. I look forward to eating here again in the future.
Went here on a visit to Syracuse and had a great time! Our food was VERY filling and our server, Nick, was a delight! Lots of personality and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. I ordered a burger (it had fig jam, gouda, etc) super tasty!
Came in from Buffalo for a concert and popped in for a quick meal. The Old Smoke burger was juicy and delicious, and the General Tso Chicken and Waffles was the best C&W I've had. Shakes flavors were fire. My wife and I will definitely be back to try more.
My wife, son and I decided to try some place new for breakfast this morning. The food was absolutely delicious! It's been a long time since we have found a place that is worth the wait and the money. If you haven't tried this place yet, you're truly missing out. This is coming from a very picky eater. Our waiter Tim was also awesome! We are already planning our next visit back. I can't wait!! I had the chicken tender eggs Benedict, my wife had eggs toast and tots, and my son had chocolate chip pancakes. The peanut butter cup milkshake is delicious and so are the mimosas.
Went today for the first time! Great place! Everyone was super nice from the start to the end. Our food was yummy. Our server was fantastic, although we can't remember his name, but my husband thinks his name was Tim/Timothy. Lol. He was very nice and made our experience great. The food was wonderful and left us full. For what we paid, it was a great time. Definitely will be back!
My husband and I have been here twice and always really enjoy it. We ate here on the day we got engaged, and the anniversary of the day we got engaged recently. I had the Pig's Benedict this time, and had the Lobster Benedict last time, and I have to say both were awesome. They both could have used a little more Hollandaise, but I could have asked and they probably would have been more than accommodating. They were a little busy and there was a wait, but I'm sure that they are understaffed like most places are now, and it didn't affect the quality of service. I also almost got super wasted on a mimosa flight, which was fun... definitely recommend that!
I knew as soon as I saw the lobster Benedict on the menu that it was meant to be. The coffee is good and the tater tots were out of this world. Their staff is friendly too! I watched them make the mimosa carafes and they use 2 bottles of champagne! TWO BOTTLES! I couldn’t have any because I work soon , but I’ll be coming back for some bubbly.
Absolutely love this place. Love the options for food - so many! - and everything we’ve tried is great. The shakes and drinks are so fun. And we love our server Tim! He is great. We’ve had a weekend of less-than-stellar service at restaurants, so Tim is a breath of fresh air. We will keep coming back here!
Great food, service, and drinks! All of the adults had the mimosa flights and they were amazing. My niece had a milk shake and she loved it! Personally, I had the Black n Blue burger and it was delicious! Every bite was packed with flavor! Everyone else at the table said the same about their food too. Our server, Nick, was the best! Great service, and so friendly! He gave us a lot of information about the area for my niece that is moving there. Next time we're in the area, I would love to go back!
A friend and I decided to go to the “Modern Malt” located Downtown and it definitely was a treat! Great brunch eatery w/ edginess to it. The food was spectacular… It actually still has my mouth watering! Our waiter “Britney” was awesome and made our experience even better. Definitely would recommend.
I went to this location with 3 other people at 7AM. We got various mixed drinks and lots of food. It was absolutely fantastic. No complains about the food or drinks other than that I want more! Only issue I could point out is that the booths are kinda tight, and the window ledge was really dirty. Defiantly still worth going. Still 5 stars because the food was that good.
Wow. Very much impressed by the quality of the menu and the fantastic staff from the friendly greetings to the perfectly timed orders. The cheeseburger poutine was delicious- I admit the carrots and celery in the gravy were a surprise, and it didn't really fit with the description, but I really enjoyed the flavors. The fried oreo French toast was the low point, it was maybe a little over done, it kind of had that toasted s'mores flavor to it, that little hint of char, which isn't necessarily my cup of tea, but certainly didn't ruin it. Just really great overall, will absolutely be back
I thought this was a great place to eat. It's a more modern twist on the classic diner. It was very busy, but that is a good thing! We were seated withing 20 minutes on a Sunday shortly after noon. I ordered a Bloody Mary and I think I finished it in 5 minutes. I couldn't stop, it was so delicious. So much flavor! Then I ordered thier version of eggs Benedict with pork belly. Wow! I loved it and ate every bite! Our server was a great guy. Super friendly and helpful. He really made the experience great. I would recommend this place to anyone. I wish I had stopped in sooner!
Lovely modern place to get breakfast. Love the decor and the waitress was very friendly. Actually all the employees we encountered there on the one visit were pleasant. Hot chocolate+whip cream was yummy as well as their pancakes. I'm a pancake lover so I can appreciate a simple stack of pancakes.
This entrance to this place is sort of hidden. Luckily, we saw some other people come in and we followed. I got the Hello Buffalo and it was delicious! My friend got an omlette and it looked great. They have flavorful coffee, almost a full bar, and several beers on tap. Good menu of brunchy drinks like Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. Service was fast and friendly! We will definitely come back when we are in town! I only took 1 star off on atmosphere bc it was a touch loud for my taste.
Modern Malt is a culinary treasure! Their custom omelet is a delight, bursting with fresh flavors. The pancakes are fluffy clouds of joy, adorned with maple syrup. The service is exceptional, making you feel like a VIP. Don't miss this unforgettable dining experience! If you are trying to decide on brunch/breakfast in Syracuse, stop now and simply click on directions to Modern Malt.
AMAZING food. AMAZING service. AMAZING little spot. You will not regret coming here. Everything on the menu is just pleasure food. There are some vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan options. The shakes are amazing and their price is unbeatable. $5 and you get a tall glass and the left overs from the mix. If you're feeling like spicing things up, you can add extras to the shakes including alcohol! I came here once from out of town and I'm dying to go back again.
My waiter Timothy was very friendly and attentive! I got the stuffed Oreo french toast, which was a decadent dessert with all manner of syrups and whipped cream. This place is all about serving dishes that are special and over-the-top. They have breakfast alcohol as well, which I did not sample, but you could order a variety of different cocktails as a flight. I ordered coffee, which I do not recommend even though it was a fresh pot. Everything else tasted great Overall good experience, will come again.
Nop notch service and absolutely mouth watering breakfast. Don't come here if you're on a diet because the food is so good you can't stop eating it. We had drinks with out breakfast, there were bottomless mimosas (not sure if this is a special event for Valentine's) and a flight of mimosas. All excellent. I took a picture of my eggs florentine but was so excited to eat it I forgot to take a picture of the full plate!! Just imagine there's a second delicious muffin there...
A must visit breakfast place! Very reasonable prices and excellent food. The Boston cream waffle was out of this world. Sloppy Joseph hit the spot. And the pumpkin stuffed french toast was amazing too. We had great service. The specialty drinks sound super tasty as well. Maybe next time tho. Please go here for a great meal any time of day or week.
Modern Malt is a delightful dining establishment that excels in both breakfast and lunch offerings. The restaurant's clean and modern ambiance, coupled with a friendly and accommodating wait staff, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious and well-maintained bathrooms contribute to an overall positive experience. One highlight is the ample seating, making it ideal for small gatherings. The outdoor seating, generously covered, adds a pleasant al fresco dining option. The grilled chicken sandwich stands out as a flavorful delight, while the pancakes, known for their enormity, and the tempting dessert specials showcase the culinary expertise of Modern Malt. The milkshakes are a particular standout, not only for their deliciousness but also for the generous portions that allow for an extra pour when you're done. Conveniently located with easy access to on and off-street parking, Modern Malt's downtown setting facilitates a leisurely stroll to nearby local spots. A noteworthy aspect is the restaurant's accessibility even after a Syracuse basketball game; the lack of overcrowding and the ability to secure a table without a reservation add to its appeal. Overall, the combination of location, delectable food, and warm hospitality positions Modern Malt as a must-visit establishment, ensuring a return for those who appreciate a satisfying dining experience.
I cannot wrap my head around the fact that I have lived all of my years without getting the absolute privilege of devouring at Modern Malt!!!! Folks, I do not even know where to begin. The Pig’s Benedict?? You can bet that I gobbled it up like a pig. If I were to be told I had only one more meal, I would choose the Pig’s Benedict. Scrumptious and unlike anything I have ever tasted! Glorious blueberry pancakes and the atmosphere at this establishment is quite delightful. I definitely recommend.
Although I wasnt impressed with my food the last time I came , I decided to give it another shot today and I enjoyed my breakfast! I ordered eggs bacon toast and red potatoes with a side of French toast. It was delicious! My friend ordered the chicken breakfast tacos and we both ordered a smores milkshake. Everything was delicious! Everything was fresh and warm and the service was great as well!
We had a great experience here. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. He checked on us multiple times to make sure we were happy with our meals. He also informed us that the coffee, toast and a few other items on the menu were from other local businesses, which I love. I wish I took pictures of our food but forgot. I got the breakfast bowl and it was phenomenal. I would definitely come back if we are in the area again!
We went in as a group of 9, they pushed a couple tables together and we we're seated pretty quickly. Our server was really great, I didn't catch her name, she was really on top of water refills. I ordered plain Jane pancakes, and tater tots. The tater tots were absolutely fantastic! The pancakes reminded me a lot of the fair. Overall good meal and fair price. Also wasn't too busy for a Saturday night. Went again got the Oreo stuffed French toast, it was so delicious, I would definitely recommend. I look forward to eating here again! (Also the music they had playing was so good old&new alt)

Super good food and I’m so happy they don’t use single-use plastic disposable creamers! :) but then my kid got his juice in a plastic cup with a single-use disposable plastic lid and straw :( he’s almost 7 so he doesn’t need any of this for safety and it increases his carbon footprint, increases unnecessary landfill, and exposes him to harmful endocrine-disrupting BPA chemicals. A normal glass or cup will do. It would be super cool if this place got on board Adrian Grenier’s #stopsucking campaign :)
There's a few reviews here saying the wait was too long but for me, had the food been out any faster, I'd have thought it was sitting around waiting to be ordered. I was shocked at how prompt our service was. It was a huge portion size too for the cost and tasted great. Staff were attentive and friendly and also quick to visit once seated and take orders.
This cute little place has a 50s diner feel. But the food is definitely not stuck in the 50s. Very interesting & enticing menu items, including fruity pebbles French toast, sweet potato tater tots with a cinnamon maple syrup, fruity pebbles milkshake (which you can add alcohol to), kool ranch chicken burgers, etc. Reasonable prices & delcious food. I went on a Friday night & was pleasantly surprised when there was no wait. There were a few mistakes in my order, but the food was still delicious. Only down side is they don’t put napkins on the table! Lol simple but necessary for the types of food they serve!
This was my second time here, the first time was a couple of years ago. I ordered the Eggs Florentine with a side of bacon, and a cold brew. I was disappointed that they didn't offer more coffee drinks like cappuccinos, lattes, etc. for a brunch place, but they do have a large variety of alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, I was heading back to work in the afternoon and couldn't partake in any of the "fun" drinks, but the cold brew exceeded my expectations! Not too strong, delicious, local, and on draft. The biscuits on the Eggs Florentine had great texture and flavor, and the poached eggs were beautifully cooked. The potatoes, however, were mushy and didn't have much flavor to them. I would have preferred a fruit or vegetable option on the side, but fresh fruit/veggies/healthier options are harder to come by unless you're looking at the salads. The service was efficient. The gentleman working the bar where we were seated was friendly and quick to greet us, take our order, refill waters, etc but many of the other employees don't look particularly happy to be there. It took a long time to get our plates cleared. Overall, a decent experience but no "wow" factor to write home about.
This was my first time in Syracuse and we stopped in here for breakfast after a really long drive. We went the morning of the solar eclipse and the place was PACKED and had a wait-list line out the door. We ordered ahead of time so I was able to come in and pickup. Unfortunately, it sounded like they had a last minute no show and someone who is not usually the host had to be the host and still manage behind the scene fires. For the circumstances, I think they did an amazing job. I know how hectic it can get when you're understaffed and everyone was really polite and helpful. I did have to wait for my drinks separately (twice) and my card was almost left in the POS slot, but overall the food was amazing and plentiful, and everyone was super polite and apologetic. We got the Pigs Benedict and the Tender Benedict with an orange juice and Iced French Vanilla Cold Brew. The food was fantastic and so much! We were stuffed halfway thru. If we're ever in Syracuse again, is love to stop by and dine inside because the place looked lovely.
Although the food was very good and hearty, the kitchen speed left something to be desired when I visited a few weeks ago. But the waitresses were very apologetic about it, and tried as hard as they could to accommodate all the waiting patrons. I would highly recommend their lobster poutine - the flavor and richness will leave you wanting more!
It was my first visiting. I ordered lobster egg benedict. So despite the name "lobster something", many restaurants only use tiny pieces of lobster, but the lobster egg benedict here has plenty of large pieces of lobster and is very tasty. And the French fries on the side were also very delicious. Next time I'd like to try some sweet breakfast like pancakes.
Found this place downtown Syracuse while looking some place open at 9am that serves beer. Glad we found this place. Got breakfast and had a nice, cold, hazy IPA. Service was great. Food was okay. My sausage breakfast sandwich was an actual sausage cut in half. Not a typical breakfast sausage patty as I was expecting. Get the bacon instead. The bun was soft and fresh.
They’re usually busy on the weekends so it was up to a 30-45 min wait. The one downside is that their pancake/French toast does not come with sides, it will be an extra cost to add on sides (eggs, hash browns, bacon). Their drinks are delicious tho! The caramel milkshake with liquor is amazing and has cute drinks. Service is great tho and they will make sure everything is good (:
Was excited to get a burger at a place that offered a pretty decent glutenfree bun. The Mimosas flights were cute. Enjoyed the pineapple upside down cake version and the cherry limeade, the other two not so much. They were out of alot of items that day, but ill take out of fresh items than stocked full of whatever has been sitting around forever Aka food chain garbage. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The tot bowls are out of control! I feel like they should be part of a Man verses Food Food Network challenge. Tried a few items. Nothing super amazing. Nice atmosphere. We did see another table get some amazing looking waffles so I'd recommend trying those just based on the visual. It's great just to have a chance to get out for brunch in anywhere in Syracuse since so many places are currently closing, but we always try to support the smaller businesses. ;)
I first came here during Syracuse Dining Week and have subsequently eaten here a handful of times. The Canadian Gold poutine is a great take on the classic Quebecois delight. The Pot Roast Poutine that was a special was absolutely out of this world. That along with the Short Rib Patty Melt were my favorite two dishes I’ve had here. The juicy, tender braised short rib between the crispy pieces of bread smothered with melted cheddar and caramelized onions is to die for. The poutine had the pot roast, cheese, along with pot roast braised carrots and celery. It made a delicious salty, meaty take on poutine. My friend who I ate with is actually from Montreal and they absolutely loved their poutine. Everything about those dishes are just heavenly. Both times I’ve eaten here, I have felt forgotten about in terms of service. It seems you should either pay soon after you receive your food or you’re waiting to be cashed out my a server. One time I was actually late back to work from my lunch break because the server could not be found.
Spectacular mimosas and bloodys! I highly recommend the dill pickle mimosa (sounds crazy, but WOW!) Also, the Pigs Benedict with a full on slab of crispy pork belly was absolutely delicious. The home fries were a huge hit too, and came out piping hot and well-seasoned! The only drawbacks: coffee went unattended and service was slower than it should’ve been. It took approximately 30-35 minutes for food to arrive after ordering, and about 10-12 minutes for the mimosas to arrive, too. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant, perhaps not during a busy brunch filled with large parties of local students, though. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the ‘Cuse!
First time having brunch at Modern Malts, and it was pretty satisfying. 1) Food We ordered the Ranch Chicken Sandwich with tater tots and the Hot Cocoa Waffles. I really liked the chicken sandwich—the crispy bun, nicely cooked chicken, and the sauce and vegetables were harmonious. For me, the cocoa waffles were a bit too sweet. However, for those who enjoy sweet foods, I believe they will love them as well. 2) Service Considering that there weren’t too many guests and there seemed to be a relatively large number of servers, I had to wait a bit upon entering the restaurant, and the time it took to receive the food was a bit long. Yet, the server was nice :) So, I’d say it’s more of an operational efficiency issue. 3) Atmosphere I didn’t get the window seat I wanted, but overall, the atmosphere was very nice!

They only give you one slice of toast for $1.00. Charge $4.00 for homefries. The coffee tasted old. The server was nice and we did inform them that we had a Drs appointment, so the food came out very quickly. You had to find a place to park on any side street and parking was metered. No restaurant parking. We probably wouldn't go there again. What the heck is a 2% convenience fee?? I realized it's only $0.30 but come on!!!!. There were things that you should have informed us of!!!!
Well 6/10 times I’ve been disappointed. Today I ordered what I typically prefer blarney Rubble with the honey hot chicken which technically is supposed to come with 2 French toast and the chicken is typically lighter …. You can see the difference in chicken at different times. So I guess it depends on the cook and day
I have been wanting to try this restaurant since they first opened. We went here for my brothers birthday and it was kind of a let down. The menu is very unique , honestly no one else in CNY has a menu like it. We ordered burgers and they were cooked to the proper temperature and tasted ok other than the fact the the buns were crushed and and very underwhelming. The real disappointment was the service. We had to request silverware twice and our server was very aloof for most of our meal. We would have liked to sit inside but the restaurant does not seem to accommodate more than 4 person parties. We probably would have received better service inside.
Great atmosphere for brunch and warm, friendly service. The food is just ok though. The juevos rancheros omelet was lacking spice and fresh elements. Some cilantro and fresh jalapeño, salsa, something could've brightened it up. The toast was limp and needed butter or jam. The angry bird chicken sandwich was boring and not spicy in the least. Also, are screw drivers without ice a Syracuse thing?
Arrived 5 minutes before opening, walked in and was told to wait outside until open. There was two parties in restaurant and waited for food for longer than I would expect. Ordered strawberry waffles, good except waffles were cold. Also ordered smothered breakfast burrito which was very good, but again temp was like it had been sitting for a few minutes. Cute place, but not very impressed.

Not the best experience here today. My boyfriend and I arrived at 11:15 on a Saturday (a busy time, I know). They said the wait time would be 30 min. We weren't seated until past 12pm, and then i…
Went here for a friend of mine and I’s birthday and sadly we left disappointed our experience was very off putting from the beginning we ordered three caramel milkshakes, Our waitress Emily brought them over, dripping all over the outside of the cops, and now, all over the entire table, she threw a pack of napkins on the table and walked away. We did the best we could to try to clean up but everything was a sticky dirty mess and to make matters worse or a milkshake looks like a plain vanilla milkshake, and we asked a different server if it was made correctly and we were informed that they were not and she remade them. Our waitress noticed that we received the proper milkshakes we asked for and never returned to ask how are meal, refill drinks and she sent someone else over to drop off our food. We watched her repeatedly wait on tables all around us and ended up having to ask for a manager who is very nice, but tried to make the excuse that she was waiting on tables outside. We seen her probably 15 times speaking to other tables around us will not return again. Food was mediocre.
Worst greeting you can get to a restaurant. The host ignored me and sat people who came after me. I complained to one of the employees, her name was Champaign, about the actions of the host. Champaign was kind enough to seat us in her section. As for the food: - Omelette was fine, tastes like anything you make at home. - Blueberry pancake tasted like hand-soap.
We came here for breakfast on Saturday morning just as it was getting busy. Our waiter Shawn was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was not good. It was actually surprisingly bland and badly prepared. We got the pig benny (a pork belly benedict), the members only sandwich (turkey club) and a shake. The biscuits in the benedict were *very* stale, like the kind that’s so dry it’s unpleasant to chew. The benedict dish altogether was quite a bland and unbalanced dish, it needed salt and some more acidity (maybe more hollandaise and cranberry sauce?). The only good thing about it was that the eggs were poached correctly. The turkey club was uninteresting but fine. The fries that came with the sandwich were also stale (?), like someone cooked them ages ago and kept them warm-ish. The shake was ok. Total came to about $31.
2023 Update: The energy in this place has severely declined. Old review: Delicious American inspired food! Portions are disturbing and too large for the typical average person. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. There was nothing but friendly vibes, and the vintage theme was comforting.
Ordered the General Tso's Chicken and Waffles and was so disappointed. The chicken was too salty (overly seasoned chicken covered in a soy-based sauce does not lead to a balanced flavor profile). One of the chicken strips was also strangely mushy, and I’m not sure if it was the breading that absorbed too much sauce or if it was undercooked. Either way, it killed my appetite for the chicken. I tried to salvage the meal by focusing on the waffles, but they were also underwhelming. They tasted like the Belgian waffles with sugar crystals you can buy at Costco, just reheated. Overall, I left still hungry and disappointed.
We'll I'd love to post a picture of my food and tell you how great it is here at Modern Melt, but our server (after 30 minutes of drinking one cup of coffee with no refills) finally comes to our table with menus and says he lost our ticket and we needed to order again. We've been here for an hour now and still no food in sight. I'd love to have a manager stop by and touch base but we seem invisible. Regardless of how good my food will eventually taste, the service here is atrocious. Finally food came out, I'm pretty sure we weren't given preference in the kitchen with our meal prep. Mine was warm, not hot. The food was okay. Quick edit: on the way out someone brought their dog in. There was no attempt with a fake service vest or anything. No employee seemed to care. ... If I have anything to say about it, I'm never going back here.
Unfortunately I would not recommend Modern Malt. We entered and were hopeful since it was pretty empty when we entered that we would get our food fairly quickly. It was around 9:45 am. My sister sat across from me and unfortunately her booth seat was covered in syrup, and she had to go wash in the restroom. We moved seats, and put in our order, though our food didn’t come until over an hour later. It was packed by then, but three tables who came in after us and ordered after us got their food and finished before ours came. We only ordered two small plates of food. My plate had the wrong style egg, as I asked for fried over medium, and received very hard omelette style scrambled. I think my side of ham was just deli ham that was seared on a pan. My pancake was really yummy though! Unfortunately my sisters scrambled eggs were very dry and crumbly. The general diner needed to be cleaned, especially the floors. Our waitress was very nice, her name was Victoria.

I want to start off by asking if you'll put this on your TV screen by the front door since you're so engaged with what your customer experience is. This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. My wife and I went here for a couple of shakes and I figured I'd order breakfast as well since we were here. Well apparently ordering 2 poached eggs, toast and tater tots took over an hour to make and some. The waitress never told us her name, never once bothered to check on us or offer us anything else to drink like I don't know....water since we'd been waiting for over an hour for what should've taken 7 minutes tops to make. Never coming here again and I hope you put this up on the TV screen by the front door because you really should
