I did it! I went during restaurant week when they had a six for ten special and got a box to share with my coworkers. Ask you can see in the pictures, the presentations of the doughnuts is artful and witty. The taste is superb. My coworkers love peanut butter so I got three nutty buddies, and the Oreo one was quite gluttonous of my part. I absolutely loved the cinnamon roll doughnut because the cream cheese was so filling. Also, lemon raspberry was a good, lighter choice. The staff was friendly. I've heard about this place since moving back to the area but it took nearly a year to make it over here. They are closed on Mondays. I learned that the hard way haha. Worth a visit!

Really cute little shop that sells exactly what you’d think - super cute donuts! Variety is always very good. Donuts are SWEET!!! If you like an understated sourdough donut dusted with sugar this is NOT THE PLACE. If you want a mini cake with peanut, frosting and delights come on down. They do have some “plainer” donuts but they are all very dense and cakey. I’d definitely recommend this place to a friend - more of a “dessert” donut place. Try the buckeye!

Paul gave all the employees off for Juneteenth , but was happy and friendly the second I walked in the shop today. There was not the smallest inkling of a guy who was bummed out because he was manning the shop alone all day. Super happy face, incredible service, and I'd walk in there to Talk to the guy anytime. If you've tried the donuts, I don't even have to tell you how good they are. You already know!

These are the best donuts in the Syracuse area! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Their maple frosted donut is my favorite, but there are lots of other choices too! This family owned and operated shop is a gem in Central Square!!

Drove all the way from Ithaca to get donuts from this place! They had AMPLE options, freshly made. They had tons of cinnamon based options and other similar donuts. Staff was ultra patient with my indecisiveness, she offers to heat them up since I like warm sweets. The atmosphere was wonderful, lots of warm and friendly decor with photos of some celebrities on the wall. Ample parking on the street. Loved it! Excellent prices, was shocked to pay less than 4 dollars for 2 donuts. That is not a thing in NYC lol.

Date of visit: Sat Aug 19 We stopped into Glazed & confused donuts on a road trip that took us through Syracuse. This cute little shop is located in the downtown core and is a very vibrant and fun shop. The décor is a retro 50s style with lots of sputnik lamps, and space design. They have a lot of fun and unique flavours. We got cereal, Nutella, and a few other fun flavours. They offer a number hot & cold beverages. The donuts were very tasty and fresh. The servers were very friendly, engaging and patient. The shop is located just steps away from a downtown core where there was a morning market in the canal, surrounded by huge historic beautiful buildings.

We try to go out this way semi-frequently. We've never had a flavor we didn't like and the base donut is literally mouth-watering by itself. We've managed to go to a couple of fill-it Fridays and the donuts have always been absolutely smashingly good. The kids and my husband and I are huge fans! We devour these donuts with delight every time we get them!

Great local donut spot with fun & fancy choices. I personally prefer yeast donuts and most of the ones here are cake. Some special edition ones result in long lines. I would like to see a more streamlined online ordering process. I have to HT for the kid designed business concept, so no lost star for those weaknesses.

We absolutely love Paul and the Glazed Crew! They helped cater our dessert table for our wedding in 2018 and did an incredible job; our guests loved the donuts! Their delicious donuts and positive vibes always make our weekends a little brighter. Fill-it-Fridays are fun to look forward to - the cannoli stuffed donut is our absolute favorite. But we love trying all their creations! Glazed is a must-try if you’re near the Syracuse area! And if not, make the trip!

I got 1 dozen they pick. We cut them 1/4 so we could all have a little of everything. A few were really good, but the others not that exciting.(Took picture before we ate all of them)

Maybe I should have ordered a hot donut vs. getting the ones that's been sitting in the window. I got the Oreo & fruity pebbles. Being pregnant there's not many options. I wanted to treat myself but wasn't satisfied with the donut texture. Dry an stale. Wouldn't recommend anything sitting in the window. The woman decorating the donuts without proper food safety gloves was off-putting as well. Front counter girl was sweet. Good customer service on her end.

Starting in 2021, I started to become somewhat of a regular here. The woman at the counter, Lisa, was such a pleasure to start my morning with. Glazed & Confused was the only coffee (and donuts) shop on my way into work. I started stopping for the coffee and quickly began coming in daily before the commuter rush. It was the best feeling to come in to be greeted by Lisa or the other woman who worked there. I really felt a sense of community and I truly believed in their mission of providing unique tasty treats. (I lived in Providence, RI at the time of the gourmet donut craze with PVDonuts among others.). I may have a boast opinion but after Lisa left, I started to notice a decrease in quality at the shop. The texture of the donuts started to become slightly more dense with a larger crumb. The toppings started to become slightly more messy and inconsistent. This is a splitting of hairs so not to be taken personally. I stopped going in there daily once Lisa was no longer there. The visit in August of 2023 was my most disappointing. I went early in the morning, around 7:30am, and their sign said closed. Once I saw people inside, I walked in and let them know their sign said closed. The donuts that day had a crispy almost hard exterior and the toppings were messy. However (thank you for bearing with me during this long review) the last time I went in there right before Christmas, the donuts were soft, fluffy, fresh, and delicious. I think that they really just need to focus on serving a consistent product as they continue to expand and they will do great. I love seeing how active they are in the local community and would love to see them do well for years to come!
