Decided to stop here for dinner after enjoying lights on the lake - when first walking in they seemed not busy, nice & very professional. Was expecting their small pizzas to be smaller, so when I seen the size I was for sure happy with the money I had spent & when I tasted the food as well nothing different could be said. My mom used to love pavones in destiny mall back 25+ years ago when she would go with my grandmother, & hasn’t been since they moved out of the mall. Meant a lot to be able to enjoy it with my mom too😊😊 Pictured below - small garlic pizza with broccoli & mushrooms & garlic knots.🤤

While visiting for the holidays we had the good fortune to discover this great little gem! We had their super delicious hot sausage sub with marinara sauce that is big enough for two! Well done guys! And thanks for the abundant friendliness and hospitality!

I stop for Pavones pizza every time I go to Syracuse if I can and REFUSE to eat anywhere else if I want pizza. I love this location and the random chit chat. Greasy, crisp, tasty everything in one.

Best pizza ever this is hands down better than pizza hut, papa johns and dominos put together.. This is fresh meat and vegetables... Exceptional customer service and huge huge slices of pizza!! Great place and the slices ate like 2.50 a pop soo good!!!! Garlic knots and free refills really good!!!!!

Rate a 4 due to Price. Two slices of specialty pizza was just short of $7.00. I ate my pizza there. It was nice and peaceful to be able to sit down and have a bite. Place was busy. Photos of the chicken bacon ranch pizza attached.

This location has significantly gone downhill as far as consistency. We went there today and got pizza to go and it was really undercooked, and it almost looked like the cheese was a different type of cheese than they've used for decades. The staff was really nice, but I'm not sure that I will return to this location.

You need to hire more people. You always put a slice in the oven to let it heat up and forget to take it out. Then I gotta yell at a kid who's on his phone and he gives me an annoyed look. So annoying. You got one high school kid working there. Hire people and pay them! Or your business will die.

My wife picked up pizza on April 5, 2024 at about 1130-1200 for me, her and our 4 year old. I bit into it and almost broke a tooth on a dirty old penny of all things. Ive tried calling to tell them about the incident but no one picks up. How does a penny make it into a pizza under cheese and toppings? It grossed me out to think what else could be in the pizza and I threw the rest of it away. So glad my kid didn’t get that piece and choke to death on it.

Whoever cut this pizza must have been wearing a blindfold. I typically love their pizza because it has a thin crispy crust. This pizza was thick and mushy. The garlic wings barely had flavor. Pretty disappointed in this visit. I recommend sticking to their slices instead of a whole pie.
