Great food, beautiful new store.. Sometimes the staff can be a little less than useful but hey I would be too for minimum wage. Only problem. I've really had is opening a wrapper to the outside of my sandwich covered in cheese, and not enough cheese on the actual meat.
Food always on point. Friendly service.
That's really service and good food. My favorite are the jamocha milkshakes. I also like your standard Arby's roast beef sandwich with cheese. And their curly fries are pretty good as well. There's one right down the street so I go there often. Service is always friendly everyone's always smiling. I've also never had an issue getting my order replaced if something was wrong with my order. They're definitely one of my favorite fast food restaurants!

I order delivery with some of the food delivery apps from here to my apartment and they have always got the orders correct every time AND they apply stickers to the bags and cups to help ensure they get to me as intended. I truly appreciate that extra effort. The one time I had to call up there because the app was being screwy on my end, the lady manager I spoke with was super nice and helpful and even called me back as she promised to once she got to the bottom of the issue. That’s customer service you don’t often see anywhere anymore, even less so at most fast food restaurants. Thank you, Arby’s. (And I’ve tried and tried to remember but I just can’t recall the manager lady’s name, I wish I could because she was great and I’d love to name her by name for her being so awesome. I’m so sorry because I would truly like to thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service!) Keep doing what you’re doing, Arby’s. You’re rocking it!
I can't say enough about my late night snack-venture! Despite some technical difficulties, everyone (especially Breanna, who took my order) was so professional, kind and wonderful. So refreshing and lovely to feel so cared for at a fast food joint! Thank you all <3
Excellent service and very friendly. Always let's you know their promotions. Always participating with the advertised promotions. One time, I saw someone with some coupons. I mentioned how lucky they were and the manager offered two coupon sheets to me. The best Arby's location in Jacksonville.
Arby has a different style and taste to be honest I had a different idea of what roast beef taste like the pict is different from what it actually looks like. any how it taste good but not what I was expecting the pita bread with the lettuces and tomatoes along with the roast beef was fresh and the French fries were hot and fresh customer service was on point I'm going to try the chicken sandwich next in the pita 🍞 I welcome all floridans to come on down where they got the meats!!!
I love this place. I eat here about twice to 3 times a week. The General Manager and staff are very friendly and make sure my food is always hot and fresh. If, you haven’t tried their food, you should. It’s always very good.

My experience in this Arby’s location was phenomenal ♥️ A big thanks to the Manager Liz which she went up and beyond on her service towards me . She is professional and I loved her great attitude, it’s great customer service like she provided that makes customers like me come back and I will for sure bring my coworkers to come with me on our future visits 🙌 I will definitely be back for the great food but specially for the great service Liz provided on my last visit.
There was a couple minutes wait on my chicken sandwiches and they asked me to pull over to not hold up the line, I was also given a large drink of my choice, and the delicious sandwiches were promptly delivered to my car with another gift 🤗🤗. They were very polite and treated me so very well! They had no idea, but my day prior to this had been horrible and I was so upset.. Then after stopping for lunch, because of this encounter, I knew everything was going to work out. Great group of folks, awesome team!!
They have the meats! Also very clean location with excellent service and quality. Personally a favorite for quick mozzarella sticks, not easily found almost anywhere else.
Extremely clean and neat location. Visited this location at lunch time on a Sunday and they were fairly busy. The manager was up front helping to keep the line down. We waited about 5 minutes in line behind about 4 other people. The cashier was very friendly and efficient. After we got our food, which also only took about 5 minutes, we realized that one of our sandwiches was wrong. When we took it back to the counter the manager apologized and said that he mixed up our order with another one. He went back to have the correct sandwich made immediately and it was ready in a couple of minutes. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant in such a long time, even with the mix up, that I had to commend the staff here.

Polite staff clean store.could use a bit more training. When I was a kid I used to work at McDonald's and something we were told was to take the order of anybody standing at the front so the kitchen could get to work on getting the order. The young lady at the front tonight took an order filled it took an order and filled it but outside of that it was a good visit it was only two people ahead of me not that big of a deal.
I had almost forgot how much I liked Arby's. I have always favored their Market Fresh sandwiches and I couldn't resist trying the new Chicken Pecan. The sandwich had good flavor that's if you could keep it inside the bread. The salad itself didn't stay together like you would think it would. It was falling out all over the place and it definitely could have used some more dressing (a little dry). Good flavor but don't eat it in the car. Everything else was great as usual and did I mention their amazing turnovers. If you haven't had one, they are a must.
The place looked closed, but the employees assured me they were still open for hours yet, so went ahead and ordered a couple of French dip meals. It's a shame they don't have Arby's sauce anymore, which is really what made the roast beef, but at least I can drown it in cheese and bullion water, so it'll do. The price is definitely right for this market. Thanks for being the last remaining affordable option!
This has been my go to spot for awhile now and the only location I come to, I have never ever had any issues nor any complaints since day one it's always been nonthing but good. The store is always clean and very well kept and always stocked with all the necessities you need while dinning in, food is always fresh and your order is served to you quickly never any excuses or delays. The atmosphere and vibe in here is amazing and is why I always dine in, as soon I walk in I'm always greeted and welcomed by the staff and treated with the upmost respect. I always have wonderful conversations with the employees I've gotten to know many of them very well, the way they handle themselves here is just professionalism they are all good people. Staff works hard and proud of what they do and I noticed a big part of that comes from the Assistant Manager Andrea, she runs this store as it's her own and operates it very efficiently and it shows. She cares about her staff treats them with respect and always works alongside with them, they work very well as a team due to the staff looks up to Andrea and know she is there for them and can count on her no matter what. Want to thank the people here for your hard work and dedication and for always making feel welcomed, appreciate you all keep doing what you do because you guys shine and I ring that bell when leaving acknowledging you for that thank you.

I had the best service here tonight, I made an online order with a 1 time 5 for 5 deal and sent it to the wrong store. After canceling that order I came into this location to a a bright smiling face the manager Tiffany was so helpful and kind to help me and get my order placed and quickly Arby's this is one you want to keep , even seemed they were short handed the atmosphere she presented to her customers was amazing! Went from 5 stars to this since I cant ever get a reasonable amount of cheese on my beef n chedders. For that I get 2 cups extra, those didnt show up. Mozzarella sticks, no marinara. Im over the inconsistent service at the only arbys near me. manager should be fired. I've changed this 3 and they are 1 for 3

Jason here at this specific store Sept 2025 has some of the best customer service and friendly attitudes. He seemed to make the other younger workers there also comfortable.
My family and I were in the orange park area and decided to give this Arby’s a visit there were about 4 people working that I could see and the service was amazing. The gentleman who was not only running drive thru he was talking front counter orders as well as running orders outside. We were greeted as soon as we walked in , didn’t have to wait long at all for someone to help us, our food was hot and fresh. We felt welcomed and I liked that alot. My family will be visiting this location again in the future. Great job Arby’s team that worked on August 8th 2025 10:45ish you all did an amazing job.
Hats off to the staff! Nicer, more knowledgeable, and leaps & bounds more attentative & capable than most every other fast food service in the area. Order was timely, accurate, tasted great, and was less than $13/person/meal. I paid in cash and actually got the correct change without the help of a manager. Don't sleep on this location if you're in need of a quick lunch. Hell, you can actually be in and out in less than 10 minutes even when they're busy, unlike a whole slew of drive-thru places nearby. Thanks again y'all, I will definitely be back sooner rather than later.
Went drive thru and had a great experience. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and a 5pc jalapeño poppers. When I got home I was surprised to see two 5pc jalapeño poppers. Was scared at first that I might have paid for two when I ordered only one but nope! Was a nice surprise and I saved them in the fridge to eat later.
This is the closest Arby's to me since the one on 103rd street closed. The food is great and the restaurant is usually clean inside. I've never had a problem with the service and the workers are always friendly and polite. The one complaint I have is how hot it can get inside. This is due to the placement of the windows, I would suggest they add some kind of blinds that can be lowered and raised throughout the day to help with this. But other than the temperature this Arby's is great.
I can't not get an Arby's sandwich. I wish they'd bring back the loaded curly fries. They were to die for. Fast, friendly, delicious service. Edit August 19,2021: Ordered 2 half pound beef and cheddar sandwiches. I ordered extra cheese on mine via door dash. We BARELY got any cheese. It's called a beef and cheddar? Where the heck is the cheddar? >:( If I didn't order mine with extra cheese i wouldn't have gotten any cheese at all. I'm a bit livid because it's literally in the name. I don't see how you can forget it.
Long wait times at the drive thru. In my opinion, the food is worth the wait. The drive thru arrangement seems weird, but it is whatbit is. Some days are busier than others. Most times the staff are working hard, but customers appreciate their service. Mynorders are hot and correct. The food is delicious 😋 so nothing else needs to be said.
Tried the good burger meal here it was good. The food came out fast. I overall didn't like the one girl running drive thru but it was still a good experience.
I'm a huge fan of a good turkey sandwich.....as we know Arby's is heavily promoting the Deep Fried Turkey. I dash over to Arby's Wells Rd Orange Park FL... Sandwich alone $6 & absolutely not worth the hype... Salty & sloppy..... Awful Totally disappointed.... Update.. I revisited this location & it was a much better experience. I would like to thank the customer service team for all you did to a Lil ole customer like myself.
I'll start by saying I'm not a huge Arby's goer. I don't usually get the main items but dang do I love their sides. The fries, the moz sticks, the poppers, etc. They def have some of the best hands down. That said, what I really enjoy about this place is the service. They're almost always super polite, attentive and give you great service. That alone keeps me going back.
Like the breakfast scramblers and the donut holes I love the burgers but they got too expensive for them little things
Premises was neat and tidy. Service was efficient. The manager gave our son an instant discount when he noticed one of his staff ignoring our son. We appreciate his awareness and quick decision to correct the oversight. Will definitely come back.
They gave me the wrong sandwich due to the employee at the register's carelessness which could be from being tired from a long shift or something idk but luckily, the one I got I also liked so all good I guess.
My husband ordered through Door Dash. They were excellent! We give the driver 5 stars. Our food would have been 5 too but the gyros were a bit dry. Unfortunately there wasn't enough tzatziki sauce on the gyros, but other than that, great meal! The roast beef sandwiches were a hit as usual!!!
A new coupon at the counter that gives away a sandwich if the customer downloads the Arby's app was not working as the sign suggested. It caused a long delay, but it eventually was handled. It was not perfect, but the food was good.

So convenient for us, about a 3 minute walk from our home. We just dropped by for a medium size drink, that’s it. Clean store, it did however, smelled a bit weird upon entering. Don’t know what it could be. The cashier was new, they were training him as he took our very small and simple order. The staff were friendly. No complaints there. Drive-through available!
The food was fine, you can never go wrong with Arby's beef and cheddar and their curly fries oh yes, but the drinks we ordered were not good. They were the lemonade and strawberry lemonade that Arby's offers and we could not even drink them they were so sweet. I felt like I was going to go into diabetic shock after having taken just a couple sips. I had to order strawberry lemonade because they did not have any sweet tea that I originally wanted, which I was not happy about. So I had to get something else to drink. The lemonade and sugar ratio for that drink selection most definitely needs to be recalibrated or something because it is insane how much sugar was in those drinks. That could potentially be a bad situation for someone with health issues that just wants some lemonade to drink. Overall okay experience. I would still recommend Arby's, but just watch out if you're ordering the lemonade. Definitely taste it before you leave.
We went through the drive up window. We got home. My chicken sandwich was hard, like it had been recooked.
It is Arby's. Counter server was WONDERFUL. Very pleasant and helpful. Manager obviously more interested in closing - I came in just before 8PM and therefore had to eat in my car as she made it clear that the dining in area would close promptly at 8 (there were people already sitting there, but evidently no others allowed once the clock reached 8).
Well I wouldn't try to call there for assistance of any kind because I called 4 times in 2 hours without any answer.. so no customer service... Food is not comparable to price, kinda dinky meat portions..everything else is mediocre..
This is based solely on the food as the service and atmosphere were great. I went to try the Cuban sandwich. While Arby's sandwiches are usually good, this one lacked flavor. I know it's asking a lot for a fast food joint taste good, but most Cuban sandwiches at any other place have had way more flavor than this. I'll be back, though, because I'll always have a hankering for a quick roast beef sandwich.
Pretty good food and service. The the roast beef dry but sauce helped that issue. They handed us part of our order at the drive-thru window and it took almost 7 minutes to get the drinks.
My husband ordered a beef and cheddar large, which should have been a pound of beef. We had a large fry but a regular sandwich. I had to Rubin and so much of it was fatty. I told my husband to take his sandwich back, but there are already a few people complaining about not receiving what they ordered so we just took the loss I will be more careful next time. Young lady that waited on us was great and she was steady smiling and taking care of people. So many people came in without a mask even though it was required at the door. I do drive to from here on out.
Friendly service however disappointed how our buffalo chicken was cooked. Way overly done, dried out, hard and chewy. And they just opened at 10am. We ordered at 10:15am. Fries were hot and fresh.
I love Arby's but they were real busy and short-staffed at the time I was there. Atmosphere was neither good nor bad, it was typical of a fast food establishment. The sandwiches were good as well as the fries. The fried Mac and Cheese was decent but not worth the price I paid. The apple pie barely had any filling in it but at least the crust was flaky and warm.
As always, food was delicious. However I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap with NO jalapenos, and no tortilla in a bowl instead of a wrap. They served it hot in a bowl. But on the bottom were lots of jalapenos and very spicy for me. They were busy, so I understand the mix up. Restaurant was clean, food pleasing to the eye and taste buds. Reasonably priced. I will go back again.

The app is screwed up, every time we’ve tried to order in app, and we’ve tried on four different visits, it says the “time isn’t available “ for pickup no matter what time we put in. There was no one in the restaurant and three people saw us walk in and it took 10 minutes to get someone to the regular. As usual the food was great, we had the Classic Beef and Cheddar, mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers. The customer service needs improvement and the app is definitely sub par.
Complete attitude issue with young man at the register. Not sure why he seems to hate people but not a good look for Arby's. The food tray was literally thrown on my table. The fries were hot and worth ordering but the prices are getting too high. The sandwich had a good bit of meat when paying for a double but the cheese was less than an ounce. They gave me another small container of cheese but the product served looks nothing like the appetizing pictures of hot fresh food. For the price I am not inclined to return and the attitude has been returned with this review but I still stuck to the facts. The restaurant is well kept up and appears clean. It was not too busy and the wait time was good. Still, I won't be back

All right I had Arby’s for lunch got the large Gyro combo sandwich was thick but lil amount of Tzatziki sauce. :( Then the large fries were all the hard crunchy pieces little to no potato The sweet tea tasted sour and not sweet at all. I asked the gentleman for a couple packets of Arby sauce and he handed me one, so then I turned around to the sauce station and the hand pump was broke. We don’t get Arby’s for lunch often and we were happy pulling in and we were sad when we left.
If you don't have time to wait, don't come in thinking it'll be faster than a long drive thru line. Apparently they serve drive thru then the five pple they have waiting in the line in the lobby but only one at a time. Smh. I walked into the lobby at 2pm 19 minutes later I'm being handed my food...I cannot stand lazy, don't wanna be at work type folks and that's what Arby's is paying their employees for, to just stand around 😑
I drove 5 miles outta my way to go to this Arby's. I get there and am told that I can't enter due to staffing issues. I had to drop my trailer just to go through the drive through. Once I went back to hook the trailer up I took a sip of my soda and it tasted like tonic water. I also witnessed several older couples make there long trek from their cars to the front door only to have to turn around and go to their car. There should be some obvious signage to alert customers in advance.
The service time seemed great initially. I used the drive through and made it home to find that the speed at the drive through was probably attributed to the fact that they were saving time by holding the cheese on my beef and cheddar. I tried to call back and let them know what the issue is and I was greeted with an endless ringing. No one there answered the phone at any of the times that I called. As with any place that has a drive through , attention to detail is important being that your customers have a drive ahead of them a 15 min. Drive home to find they messed up is a problem. I wont be making this mistake again.
I ordered a kids meal asked for a jomoca shake which the said they were out. I also ordered a roast beef combo the sandwich was dry and the beef was really tuff so I couldn't eat it the curly fries were cold not fresh.
I'm not sure what's going on, but we order from this particular Arby's and well... let's just say we were delivered was not what was advertised. They may have the meats, but they aren't giving any of them away. Our sandwiches were lighter than the receipt, and the price paid was not comparable to the quality.
Place has gone way down hill. Dirty inside, no tables wiped down. Food was dripping with grease, fries were soggy. Just not a good experience.
Tables dirty, food shrunk and is now tiny. Not really worth it here any more. There was no wet floor sign at the drink machines where there was a massive puddle, there were no lids, the drink machine shot a second spray on your hand (and all over the floor) when you went to fill your drink. Really gone downhill.
I ONLY eat arbys at this store because it’s the best one but for some reason I ordered my usual double beef and cheddar and there was no cheese sauce? I am super disappointed and honestly bummed. If there was a shortage of cheese and they didn’t have any, I would have just ordered something else. Nothing was communicated with me so I went all the way home with 2 slices of cheese on my sandwich instead of the cheddar sauce…
General Manager Tina is horrible at customer service very rude and argumentative. Really needs to get out of managment because she has no clue. The cashier Anna was very polite and professional maybe she can teach Tina some customer service skills. Food was good but customer service because of this so called "general manager" Tina HORRIBLE!!
I used to love going to this location but my last experience there left a bad tasting my mouth literally! Asked for hot fries and they put the cold one's back in the grease!! The Mac and cheese was ice Cold the fish sandwich was hard it was awful 😞

Just not the same. I have tried several different Arby's and I'm telling you they have changed the roast beef. It's sliced thicker, has a rubbery texture, and tastes different. Arby's has been my favorite fast food for 30 year's and I will never eat there again. Not mad but sad 😞
Rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional staff. They recently told me that the dining room was open until 10 pm. But tonight, after I had already started eating—and after a long, hard day at work—they informed that it was closing at 8 pm owing to a shortage of staff. They then kept harassing me while I was eating, reminding me of how many minutes were left. I'm never patronizing this business again, and I'll tell all my friends and loved ones to stay away as well.
After telling me they toss the boneless wings themselves I asked if they could sauce on the side. The manager said no and they also admitted it was just the nuggets they use. I don't understand why leaving the sauce on the side was such a big deal, it is saving them time actually, but I left without buying anything after waiting for 5 minutes for a clear answer about sauce on the side.
They got my order wrong even after saying they would replace part of it because they didn’t have the ingredients. A different bun =\= fish instead of beef
Not sure why but everyone seemed extremely angry and irritatable. As i left someone else walked in and i heard one the employees make a super loud groan. They also make the food pretty slow. I was here a couples months ago and no one was acting like this. Not sure if there's new management or just these 2 new employees are having a bad day. But whoever is in charge should really check into this and create a better work environment for their employees.
Poor service. Ordered online. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:43pm. I arrived at 8:42. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before I received my order. Was completely ignored. Took 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Order was ready but was not at the online order shelf. This wasn’t the first time I had poor service at this particular location.

Pulled up to drive thru to order, no response for almost 5 mins, I speak up to see if your even open at 3pm, and told to wait a moment, waited another . The date is 4-11-2025 saturday. I have another issue with arbys, walk in at 2:58 my phone says the food is done at 2:54pm. I wait till 3:21pm to be even acknowledged I'm waiting for my order. I paid ahead, asked if anyone was was working, no answer, ask again and am told corporate says to take of drive thru. If you can't properly staff your store you shouldn't offer services you can provide Ina timely manner. On top of that fries cold and sandwiches cold. So I'm officially never ordering ahead ever, or from this store location. I will never be treated that way ever. To be ignored while handling other customers while waiting around for 20 mins.
I really couldn't rate this place very well as their app never works & when you go there, the attendant must be told to say 'We don't know anything about online things. We don't know why you called a meal that name, ' we've never heard of a hamburger meal deal before?' You will have to try & pull up & try to access your app. & see if it works outside. And both times we left & went somewhere else to order food.

Been eating Arby's for over 10 years and even worked there at one point. Always loved the Ruben sandwich and I got a sandwich with a slice of paper as meat. Not literally paper. But I got crapped on my meat. Never will I buy a rudeness sandwich again if 3.5 Oz of meat weighs out to that kind of sandwich. Told manager and she said that's what it weighs and that's it. No accommodations or a remake to insure I was getting the right sandwich. 8$ dollars for mostly Sourcrow no meat. Highly Dissatisfied with my meal. Will be a long time before I go back. I went to the Arbys on wells road tonight to get some sliders and curly fries. I got home and gave my father en law a medium fries and started eating one of the sliders. My father en law came down to my room and said there was a cockroach in his fries and alive. He said he killed it and threw the rest of the fries away. I immediately stopped eating my food and threw it away. He now will not go to Arbys again. It's sad because he really loves those curly fries. So I tried calling them and there was no answer. Called back again, no answer with both calls going to a fax machine.
Placed a delivery order 07-25-2025 at 8pm and the delivery driver calls and says they have no roast beef what the hell is that you mise well close the damn place down what kind of place that roast beef is the main sandwich and don't have any you sure lost a customer for ever I'm done with place!
They totally ignored us and never took our order!
The wait was terribly long & when I asked for Arby’s sauce, the person there instead gave me something that looked somewhat like soy sauce. He was also a little rude & seemed in a big rush. I would come back again but I wish for better service.
Worst Arby's in FL, as they always seem to miss placing items in the Drive Thru. When you do try to call the Restaurant Phone#, nobody answers, so nothing gets resolved of missing items. Corporate needs to address the Service provided at this store, fire the lazy workers who aren't trying to fix Customer Service issues. I am still awaiting a call back from Management after I put in complaint?
The past 2 times I’ve came here I’ve had very poor service. I buy a lot of food for my family of 4. Today I was missing the fries for every single meal except for the kids meal. They were very rude about giving me the food and when I got to the line she had A very bad attitude and was just laughing and rolling her eyes at me with the other crewmembers. I did literally nothing but ask for the fries THEY forgot. Very unprofessional the lady’s name was angel. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. She was a chubby white girl with blue in her hair. On top of the horrible service, my 6 year old had blood in her chicken strip! I saved it and need to speak with someone asap
I never have an issue with this Arby’s but today I’m unfortunately leaving a bad review. I went thru the drive thru. I ordered the gyro meal and got the order. I didn’t check my order until I got to work and they gave me someone else’s order. I made several attempts to calm the store and nobody answers or it’s get picked up and then hung up. I’m not happy at all so I didn’t get to eat the meal I ordered or eat at all for lunch. The lady at the drive thru was in too much of a hurry and was rude.
